Been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now. I usually get the nitro cold brew there and they have been really been not good about filling up lately. Has happened quite a lot where its only half full and the other half is all foam even after settling. People and atmosphere are still great though!

Come here every morning and my cup is always damaged creating a sealing problem between the lid and a cup which makes for spilled hot coffee all over my clothes. Not happy about it, but on a good note the staff is always polite

I known this place since 2010 wasn’t but until about 8 years hago that this male manager came in that makes it all difficult . They serve you 80% ice the rest liquid. He always makes a big deal when you try to get your drink fixed . They must do not do their job calibrating their machines bc their lates always come wrong. You try to request for what you suppose to get for $6.45 that spend every single F day. But not he always makes a big deal like he owns the billionaire business. Many times they close the dining room for no reason and now the restrooms have code to get in. I always have to go to another Starbucks to get my drinks fix. Oh I almost forgot… they take for ever to get your drinks ready specially on the drive trough. Compare the pictures of the Vanilla latte with light ice that is mostly milk from start this morning and the remake from the Starbucks I always end up going to get my drinks right .. I asked with no ice since I am not drink it tonight and look still the taste, consistency and coffee overall my coffee is perfect. What makes it so difficult to that manager to his work appropriately understanding that been on pro of the customers is where the busses success comes from?

I had to use up a gift card. If course the drive thru menu is incomplete and complete pricing is not posted.I ordered a venti peppermint mocha. Thats it.The total was $7.25!What an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.Thank God I used a gift card.I will NEVER EVER go to starbucks with these prices.7-11 has decent coffee at an absolute fraction of this price.Between an undeserving min wage of $20/hr for this on top of way high prices Im done.

The customer service here is amazing! I made a mistake in my order and Jeremiah and the team went really far out of their way to fix MY error. Always like Starbucks! But its better to go inside if you have any food allergies, so you can watch them make it! Weve seen them do some shady stuff, like scrape off the whipped cream, and hand back a drink that was supposed to be non-dairy! Made my best friend really sick! 😥

Ive held back on providing review to this location.1. The frequency of order errors are common.2. Their made drinks are lacking in flavor compared to other Starbucks.3. Poor customer service. I feel they are just there to get paid to themselves nothing else and forgetting about customer enjoyment first. they dont seem to care about the customer. Seriously who can drink poor customer service?4. Congratulations! This is the first store to not give out straws upon request for drinks that need one! This review isnt about their foods/drinks or regular customer service. - I had never had a problem with that . Im writing this review because for the first time, I did not feel comfortable at a Starbucks location.I hadnt been here in a couple months, but I used to usually go in once or twice a week to do homework for a couple hours in the evening. Never once was I rushed out of the place until today. This heavy-set woman with an uninviting attitude, whom I assume was the manager, told me I had about 13 minutes to leave even though they didnt close for 20 more minutes. Then as I was saving my work with about 4 minutes to close, she rudely asked, almost shouting, Can you pack up!?Many times its not what you say, its how you say it. She could have let me know they were about to close up in a dozen different polite ways. I feel that her demeanor should have been a great deal more friendly to match that of all other Starbucks employees Ive encountered over the years. It is people like myself, customers, who keep businesses alive. Like most other people, I go to Starbucks for the excellent environment and service, not because Im dying to spend 6 bucks on a cup of coffee. I really hope that this womans attitude improves, and I hope that she is not the manager since her subordinates might begin to emulate her terrible attitude.

One of my absolute fave locations. Baristas are exceptional in their expertise for food and drinks. I always ask them 4 suggestions when I need a change, and they come through everytime. They are responsive, patient, courteous and make you feel like a beloved family member.

I love coming to this starbucks whenever I can, and Im not in a time crunch. Ive only had one bad experience here with a lady that was really rude, but never again have I had a bad experience. Ive been a regular customer, ordering the same drinks for over two years, two to three times a week. As of today, Im done. They were exceptionally slow this morning, both in the drive thru and inside. Theyve been getting worse over the last few months. The barrista got snarky with me over my order and that cinched it for me. Get better at your customer service, people!

This is second time I went to this Starbucks and experienced the absolute SLOWEST service!!! It should not take 5-10 minutes for someone to simply come to the register and take an order. Then, it took another 10 minutes for the barista to make my drink my drink. Nothing special, just a tea.

I went to happy hour on a Thursday for the half price frapaccino. I expected it to be busy and it was. At the same time, after 30 minutes waiting and noticing the guy that came in 10 minutes after me getting his drink I inquired. They were apologetic and made my drink but it should not have taken so long. Everyone was complaining.

This Starbucks seems to disappoint everytime; the customer service is below the sbux benchmark. The employees are a good or miss, someones you get a pleasant attendant sometime you get the opposite. I rather go to the pond inside the target on the other side of the freeway.

Just ordered a drink that I have been ordering for the past 7 years and it was AWFUL. How does coffee taste watered down... The employees here couldnt even say Hi or Thank you when I ordered or came thru drive thru to pick up my drink. Almost as if she sounded overly bored to be there today!!I have been going to the Starbucks off of Lis Alamos for the past 3 years and they are the nicest upbeat group of people:)) HUGE mistake to try something different!! I will never go back to this location until they get real Starbucks Baristas who are happy upbeat and dont serve watered flavorless coffee for over $6 . Worst coffee ever!! PROS: Lots of room ..has a very large outdoor patio with tables, chairs, & TWO large couches.Inside is nice with 2 bathrooms and several tables ..great friendly service.Has a drive through - which is pretty fast ..usually 5 employees working a shift.People actually order the food here quite often.Lots of different people come here ..young, old, business, student, fashionistas, hipsters, people watchers, & good ole fashioned nerdlings who actually drink the coffee.CONS: Only one outlet inside ( there may be charging outlets at the long community table inside) ..not sure about outside.The ventilator fan at the front door is loud - serves a great purpose & many SBs have them, but still very loud ..get a table away from the door fan.Line inside is hit or miss ..usually miss ..BUT sometimes line can be 4 people long ..no more.Also hit or miss inside ..wait for order ..either very fast or somewhat slow (1-3min.) 50/50

The drive thru is so slow any time of day. When you finally get to the ordering speaker they ask you to wait to order for nearly 5 minutes. This hasnt happened once or twice but EVERYTIME I have come here. Management needs to address. Today is my last visit to this location.

They actually make your cappuccino a cappuccino and not a latte. Id given up hope completely. You can even order a dry cap and its a latte. I even ordered a doppio machiatto (two shots THROUGH foam) that came out a micro latte. This bucks does it right though.
