This has the most chipper nicest baristas anywhere. The drive through is efficient, but careful when exiting as the complex here is a bit funny and has blind spots. Got a delicious latte here and gas at the corner. I tipped the barista nicely as they have such great energy and can put a zip in your day. Conveniently located off 101 on Airport Blvd.

I had an awful experience. Im lactose intolerant and selected oatmilk. The drink definitely did not have oatmilk, but because its so sweet.. I wasnt able to tell and drank it. I wish theyd paid a little more attention as this could be dangerous.

Worst location I have been to in a long time. Workers are not nice, and think they can get away with a lot with how they were treating customers. They gave a lady attitude because she wanted her milk only looking drink remade. Or another lady that had to pay $1 because they forgot her cream cheese. Almost every customer left unhappy.. I just wanted to get out of there.

Ordered online, went to ask about my order to the barista, they were having fun teasing each other and kind of ignored me for a while. 5min later (no customer in line anymore) I went to ask again and it turns out it was there getting cold and nobody had noticed.Very poor service. I appreciate employees being friendly with each other and with customers, but this is your job, not a park, a club or a place for you to tease and flirt or whatever you were doing.Muffin was delicious but a bit deformed, not sure if it happens after warming it up, or because they just left it there sideways for 5min+Was here on March 12th in the morning time

There was a very long line at the drive thru. The car that was waiting for her drink was there forever when they could have her park her car instead of holding up the line for the rest of us at the drive thru. Thats the reason for the 2 star for sevice.

Well I love the coffee of Starbucks and most of the people. Were absolutely wonderful when the barista was handing me my croissant. He literally threw it at me instead of handing it to me, and if he may have dropped it he could have at least apologize and said Im sorry but that didnt happen so how rude and not ok I believe he is the Manager.

At least weekday mornings, drive-thru is FAST and cheerful, but the most unfriendly baristas I’ve come across when picking up a mobile order. I always say “good morning” or “have a good one” and nothing, not even a smile back… they’re usually out of breakfast items… I’ll just stop going to this one and intentionally go to one out my way.Update: staffing has changed; place is so much better. Mobile order is so fast!

Would give it a 0 if I could. Each time I go the employees are super rude and always look super unhappy. My drinks are always made horrible you can tell they don’t care. A few weeks ago I ordered from the app and when I got there it was still not made and once it was ready they gave it to the person at the drive thru and didn’t even apologize and made me wait for them make me a new drink. Horrible place. Better off driving into town.

I am here right now and the girl taking the order through the drive through was extremely rude. Talking over me, not taking the time to listen. I think maybe she needs to find a different career, one which doesnt include helping, smiling, manners, or the ability to make a customer feel like they want to come back.

I had some time to kill before a doctor appointment so I went to Starbucks, I was there around 9am and even though there were about 8 people in front of me in line I was still in and out in less than 10 minutes. The employees I talked with were friendly, all in all it was a good experience. I wouldnt mind visiting this Starbucks location again if I am ever in the area.

Starbucks is and will always hit or miss when receiving service. The profit is in the coffee, this we all know and understand. I dont pay five bucks for the coffee, I pay five bucks to be remembered and treated like I was their only customer and everyone else should have that experience, not so at this location.

I work closeby so I come here very often during the week. A very nice group of people. Great attitudes even when you can tell they are totally slammed, they are a drive Thru and close to a bunch of businesses and the airport so that can happen pretty often too. Emilee, Jennifer, and Mercedes are always super helpful and I love chatting with them when I come into the store!

I started working down the street from this Starbucks and now I go here all the time! I usually do a mobile order. There has only been once that I had to wait for my drink, and they were clearly incredibly busy.Only reason I gave them 4 stars: they have given me goopy, messy cups more times than I can count. I have gotten green stuff smeared on the side, brown stuff on the lid, and too often whipped cream and espresso smeared on the sides of my cup. I understand that youre trying to go fast, but sometimes its the little touches that make a difference. (Ive never complained to them directly, its just some constructive criticism)

Though its out-of-the-way unless you live or work in the area, this location is nice and spacious with lots of seating. It gets busy during peak morning and afternoon times or on cold/rainy days, but the staff is friendly and attentive and everything moves quickly. The drive-thru often has a long line during rush hour so be prepared. One of my favorite locations in Santa Rosa for sitting down with a laptop and getting some work done for a couple hours.

This is the best Starbucks. They are fast and efficient and helpful. These Guys do it right! Sometimes we order coffee for the staff and regardless of the time of day, work it out even if its 30 extra drinks.

Stopped in at this Starbucks, purchased a Cap and slice of Banana bread. I put the slice (in its bag) in my glovebox (so the dog didnt eat it), came back 30 minutes later, opened the bag and it was covered in ants...Yuck. I pulled everything out of the glovebox and the only ants were in the bag. I stopped back at the Starbucks and told the server my story. She looked at me and said.you didnt get those ants here. She offered me a replacement and I said, not hungry for banana bread anymore. Can I get a refund? She went and fetched a manager who gave me a snarky, we dont have an ant problem here. The woman refunded my coffee and bread price, but it was her tone and attitude that annoyed me. I told her that had she said something like, Im sorry... let me replace/ comp... I would have been fine, but pushing the blame to a guest, not acceptable. I know my 2 cappucinos a week isnt a difference to you Starbucks, but you have lost my business and my respect

I visit all, what 8? Local starbucks locations in my city and by far have always had the worst expierience here. Not only is service slow, but I really think not a single employee was trained correctly. No drink I have ordered tastes as fresh or correct as other locations nearby. Only convienence of this store is the drive through. But its really not worth it.

Service is efficient and friendly. Not a place to read and relax. Music, always vocals, is very loud. Customers have to nearly shout across the table in conversation. Complained to management but they are hard of hearing and discount any complaint they cant hear.

If i could rate this Starbucks a 0 I would. The mobile app allowed me to order online and when I arrived they told me I had to wait in the drivs threw with about 20 cars in line. If the lobby is closed understandably due to current conditions they shouldnt allow you to order online it defets the purpose. The staff was rude and unpleasant.
