Placed an order on the app, said it would be ready by 9:05 : got there at 9:05 and had my drinks ready but i was just waiting for my walnut loaf . about 10 min passed when a rude employee, alyssa asked what i was waiting for, i told her my loaf and she said “he’s working on other peoples stuff” okay ? you’re the one who asked me . a ton of customers ordered while i waited and everyone got their food orders asap . thankfully another employee asked what i needed and got me my cold loaf . didn’t know i had to wait 20-30 minutes for a loaf . on the other hand, ron was on the register and was very kind to a customer who was mute, he was very patient and understanding with him .

We live around the corner & come here often. We usually place our mobile order ahead of time & go through the drive thru. This morning, we placed it and waited in the line. I placed the order at 6am. We were on our way to work and ended getting there around 6:05am. Usually everyone is very kind and inviting but not this morning. We went through the line & by the time we got to the window it was 610am-The girl who greeted us told us that next time we need to follow the time it tells us on the app (which said 612am) Not sure when being rude became part of the Starbucks mantra. It really made us feel unwelcomed and most definitely unhappy. Will not be coming back to this location where they make you feel like a burden. I worked at Starbucks for over 5 years and regardless of the situation- the partners need to handle their stress much better than what we experienced. Didn’t get the girls name, but she had a grey sweater on this morning. Hope you do better Starbucks- your customer service should increase along with your prices.

SUPER SHADY EMPLOYEES around 2:16 pm. Sis asked for light ice and got the opposite which is not cute. No one greets you, feels like u have to BEG for attention just to ask for the slightest thing. The drinks are usually correct to standards of larger Starbucks locations, but I sometimes get a drink with the ratios way off (i.e. too much milk and too little coffee, or vice versa)Friendly staff, crazy drive thru for most of the morning (please put signs up so people don’t try to make two lines!!)Overall a great Starbucks location that I hope recovers well from the fire :/

This is a large location, it has plenty of seating inside. The bathrooms were very well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly, and well staffed so the drinks were pumping out quick. This location has a drive through, and even patio outside seating.

I know it’s early but if you say you open at five it would be nice if you were actually open. Got there slightly before and waited for them to unlock the door. At 5:05 no one had unlock the door and no one was answering at the drive-through so I left. I don’t really want to be up this early either but I thought I could count on Starbucks to get me my caffeine fix to get my day going.

Everything at this Starbucks location felt like it was under lock and key. From condiments to creamers, it had to be asked for. Having new covid stipulations in place make sense, however waiting in line again after ordering a drink is a very inconvenient.The good size store for a Starbucks, they definitely do better with their drive-thru service.

I regularly (1-3 times a week) go to Starbucks to do work for a few hours. This was my second time doing my work at this Starbucks and it was bad. There were 6 people behind the bar but only two of them were actually working. The other four spent time talking very loudly and doing small tasks every couple of minutes then went back to talking. Meanwhile, all the tables were sticky and dirty. There was trash on the floor and no one came out behind the bar to clean any of it (And I was there for 5 hours total between the two times I was there.) Whoever is the store manager needs to have a conversation with their workers about actually working.

The indoor staff are so overwhelmed that the cashier just left my panni to sit by the register instead of toasting it. When I got to the register the cashier was also packing up to go orders. I was expected to order while he distractedly working on other things. Its weird to watch so many staff there and still cant allow staff to deal with incoming customers. Super annoying.

Starbucks itself is always great. Staff very friendly! My fav local spot. However, the customers dont know how to behave or understand basic street laws for the drive through. Today, an impatient and rude lady almost hit the truck in front of her because she doesnt understand basic street laws. Another impatient and rude lady almost side swipe my car for the same reason. Its not hard folks. Starbucks should implement a better drive thru rule so its not so chaotic. People were gonna fight and as great as the coffee is..not worth the hassle.

I don’t normally review Starbucks, because they’re well…Starbucks. They’re all the same right? But honestly the Starbucks was different than any I’ve been to, very much a hipster vibe with the decorating. Everybody seemed nice and I got my drink pretty fast too, wifi was good and it’s a really good spot for solo studying/work. Maybe not the best for a big group of friends meeting. No outdoor seating.

This location has improved its customer service quite a bit, but this morning I was left waiting at the drive thru window for quite awhile. I ordered a latte and that does not take long. I was being patient. I was looking to see if my coffee was sitting on the counter near the register which has happened to me before. The last time I questioned this, I was told by the employee that they have to take the next order before giving me my order. ? Dont understand. So I was checking to see if this was the case today, no it was not sitting there waiting. Finally, the employee comes back with 3 drinks in her hands. So I had to wait for the other two drinks before I got mine. This is so wrong. Will I stop going to this Starbucks, no. Am I happy with my service, NO! Please heed this review and try to do better.

This is the first time Ive been to the Starbucks on Vista Way. Nice little place right on the corner of bobier and Vista Way. Great place to relax and take your time read a book and drink some coffee. Well definitely be coming here again.

I have had several meh experiences at this location. My drinks have been inconsistent in quality (I do not order anything off menu besides modifying the ice) and my most recent visit, my drink was completely incorrect. I ordered one of the featured drinks, which I hope would be something that they are familiar with...and they did not appear to be busy as it was later in the day. It may have been an honest mistake, but disappointing nonetheless.ETA: I am a frequent customer of another location and do not have any issues with the quality, and consistency, of my drinks. It just happens to be my experiences at this location have not been great.

They have good stuff but they need a bigger drive through. There shouldn’t be cars budging you from the parking lot when you’ve been sitting In line for 20 mins wrapped all the way from the street. Finally you get to the entrance and someone is pushing themselves more like wedging there car between you and the ordering menu . People are just horrible . And yes I let them in. Because I didn’t feel like letting it ruin my entire day. But since you asked google I thought i’de tell you!

The staff is always friendly. The service inside is usually quick. Unfortunately, the drive through is unpredictable when it comes to speed. I once waited 14 minutes in line at the drive through for a drink I ordered on the mobile app before I got there! They apologized but that was it. The drinks are not as consistently made as they are at other locations. All of this to say, Ill still come here because the staff is nice.

Worst Starbucks around.If you order anything with expressos, expect it to taste bitter because they let the shots sit. If you mobile order, expect it to never be ready, even of you give it an extra 5-10 minutes and sometimes the lobby is closed, so you have to wait in a 20 minute line at the drivethru for a drink thats ice has already all melted. I live down the street and drive 20 minutes out of my way for coffee from another location just to avoid this place.The staff is extremely friendly, I don’t fault them.But this store needs to fix everything they do before I waste my money on bad coffee again.

So, I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha in the drive thru. Always when I go to Starbucks the customer service is always great and staff is always friendly no matter who I spoke to. As I drive away & I reach for my drink and I had spilled my drink all over my car, and being that I am pregnant I of course bawled my eyes out and thought it was the end of my coffee morning. I called the store back really hoping that maybe they would help me out to replace my drink. Of course emotional/embarrassed over the phone explaining what had happened to the lovely staff member Ruby was absolutely the sweetest in helping me out with my “clumsy pregnancy incident” & not only having to walk back into the store with shame. I just had to share my gratefulness for the kind staff at this location. They were all so sweet towards me. Thank you Starbucks for hiring such wonderful employees.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks around the area. This one has a lot of charging ports and seating to study or meet with others. But Im writing this review because the customer service is always very friendly, no matter how many people are in line they treat you well with a smiling face. SHORTCUT!!!I love Starbucks! My favorite is Green Tea Lemonade, any with tea actually! I usually order using my app! Mostly, staff are friendly and courteous when they make mistakes in my drinks, they are very apologetic! But, this lady in the Drive Thru ( didn’t get her name, on duty 1/12/19 at around 1pm) was very rude, ignored me when I’m calling her attention about my drink was just a Trenta green tea. She replaced it with venti then she replaced it again as I watched her making my drink, she wasn’t using the Container with its measurement. She made it straight from the disposable cup!!! A little of each until it gets full.As I recalled, once she made me a drink and I told it doesn’t have lemonade and she replied sorry we run out of lemonade, how I wish she told it to me first before I tried my drink so at least I felt that she’s honest or else I drive away without knowing that it’s just a regular green tea!!!! Please Starbucks, hire the employees that are really deserving to be in your team! You are such a great company!!! Don’t make them do shortcuts though I know you guys can work under pressure!!!

Just left Starbucks and I had asked for non-fat milk in my drink. My daughter received the coffee and told me to try it because she thought she heard the employee say whole milk. The drink was wrong. Also, I looked at the cup and it was written incorrectly. Ok, easy fix right? No the person who made it denied saying that it was whole milk (with an attitude) and stated that she made it with non-fat milk. The employee who took our order realized she wrote it wrong on the cup and said we will make another one. Still did not taste right after. Typically I do not go to this because of the slow service but happened to be in the area. I do not recommend this Starbucks.

There were three people behind the counter; one doing all the work and the other two doing absolutely nothing but getting in the way of the one doing the work. There was no concern for the length of the line or the delay caused by the two who were doing nothing. This is not a store we will return to. Having been a frequent customer of Starbucks for years, this is undoubtedly the WORST Starbucks I have ever been in. Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and my order is literally NEVER right. I have had to wait 5-10 minutes past the pick-up time at times for a mobile order. Todays complaint-last straw- was having to wait for my drink to be made while the barista cleaned around the machine with my cup with my mobile order sticker from 10 minutes earlier sitting in front of him. He then made it and then let it sit there while he took an order from the car behind me and made their drink! Then he put the cover on, smirked at me and handed it to me with a rude Here you go. No eye contact, smile, etc. All things I enjoy from any other Starbucks Ive been to. I imagine this sounds bitchy, but this is consistently like this here.Oh, when I got home I realized I got sweet BBQ chips instead of sweet potatoes. Why am I not surprised?

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. I purposely drive the extra 6 minutes to the one slightly farther away just so I dont start/end my day pissed off. My drinks are constantly wrong, or the taste is off. The employees are unprofessional, and appear lazy. I have asked to have a drink remade, which to my understanding is a company policy, and the barista seemed annoyed at my request.On one occasion I was going through the drive through and while ordering the employee taking the order decided to make jokes the whole time. I was told there was no grande sizes and needed to order a venti. Not understanding that this was a joke I proceeded to correct my order (the employees were all laughing in the background the entire time,) then I was told that they couldnt make the drink I was requesting. This was so frustrating and made my experience so unpleasant. UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never had anything like this happen at any other Starbucks.

This Starbucks is ridiculous! Definitely go somewhere else . . . The first problem was how many time I was Rudly interrupted when trying to order my drinks. When I was finally finished at the menue I went to the window which was wide open. . . Three Starbucks employees stared me down, gave me dirty looks, and rolled there eyes at me while being consumed in making theyre own personal drinks not one person said hello or that theyd be right with me instead I was slapped in the face with rude attitude filled looks. Finally I was getting my drinks the first being a Carmel Frappacino with extra Carmel I can understand a little Carmel getting out side of the cup but when he passed the drink thru the window the sides of the cup where drenched with Carmel my hand was dripping Carmel and my atm card I used to pay was painted with Carmel because they decided to be sloppy lazy and unprofessional. Leading to my next cup of coffee yet another Frappacino. . . Was made hot when I asked what it was the guy at the window huffed and puffed under his breath didnt tell me anything about fixing it my bad nothing instead he walked a away.The last thing I ordered was a pup-a-cino (cup of whip cream) the man at the window handed me my last Frappacino and looked at me suggesting to leave I asked for the 5th time where the pupachino was and he got a cup came back to the fridge by the window and slapp d the cup lid and whip cream and fridge door making such a seance for no reason.All this to say dont go here theres definitely better places to visit. Lousey management in this store, always a long line, SLOW SERVICE, how can the service be so slow, employees do not know how to move a line during the morning rush, the usual line wait is at a minimum 10 minutes if there are only 4-6 people in line and the drive through takes 4min+ per car on average. THis store is very close and convenient to my house and I avoid it because I keep getting suckered into another 10 minute wait when there are only 3 people in front of me. Today on a Friday are 6:15 am it took 8 minutes to get to the counter and the little smiling pretty girl said she would need to make the pike coffee because there was none, ok forget it, give me a blonde I say, sorry but I need to make that too, bold? if you can wait 5 minutes I will make it for you. WTF!!!!!!!!! You have no coffee made at 6am??????? I should have fired her on the spot and made her leave the premises even though I have no employment at this place.There are 2 businesses running in this store - the inside line and the drive through, it seems these 2 businesses get in the way of each other and hold the others line up. Management needs to be removed from this store.The new local coffee shop down the street tries much harder to get your business and they have better quality. Why the hell do I get duped into the bloated franchise store with silly long lines.

I walked over to the drive through hoping to get it quickly switched out. The long hair, bearded guy working tied ignoring me at first. Then he pretended he couldnt hear me because he had his drive though headset on. Such a lame move, all I was asking was to get 1 drink switched out, and they had just closed. He kept saying they were closed, come back tomorrow. I asked him if this is really how he wanted the brand he represents to be known by. Im sure he had more important things to do. Check your drinks before you leave, who knows if they have the time to make it right for you.

This Starbucks is randomly closing recently. I guess from covid related issues?!? Its really random though, so not like oh, well be closed from 12pm to 1pm daily for sanitizing etc. Its not posted beforehand, Ive gone twice and they just have a sign at drive thru that theyll be closed today. Just FYI, theres a new Dunkin Donuts across the street with a drive thru if you really need your caffeine fix and find S-bucks closed. Slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. The posts about ridiculous wait times are no joke. This Starbucks is right next to my work, as in 2 min via google maps. There have been multiple times were I am +20 min early for work and decide to grab a cup of coffee at this location. Every single time it is a HUGE mistake. I had to stop going because I would end up late for work.What would take other locations only minutes to do, seems to take this team hours. The workers have no work ethic here. Every time I visit this location there are multiple employees standing around not doing a thing, or theyll be holding cleaning supplies with nothing to clean. The management team here needs to get their stuff together.

We live very near this starbucks, so go to it frequently, always on the hope that this visit will go better than the last.This is the slowest starbucks I have ever visited. Even when we go in the afternoon, are the only ones in the store, and just order 2 drinks, the in-store time is a MINIMUM of 10 minutes. Often there are 8ish people working and the majority of them are restocking or wandering aimlessly, not making orders.As a barista myself with 8+ years experience, I am always floored at how little urgency the employees seem to feel.
