This is a great location - beats the one on north Beverly drive. It’s spacious, has beautiful outdoor seating, spacious indoor seating with outlets and there wasn’t a line when we came mid day on a Friday vs the north Beverly location had a line. We ordered a dragonfruit lemonade less ice and matcha frappacino with coconut milk. The drinks were refreshing and good - the lemonade was a bit too sweet though. Overall, would definitely come back for the vibes and ambience!!

This location is much better than the one on North Beverly Drive. There was no queue when we arrived in the middle of the day on a Friday, in contrast to the north Beverly location, which had a queue. It is roomy, has lovely outdoor seating, spacious indoor seating and outlets. We selected a matcha frappacino with coconut milk and a dragonfruit lemonade with less ice. The drinks were tasty and refreshing, but the lemonade was a little too sweet. Overall, Id return just for the atmosphere and vibes!!

Some baristas like Rabbi (tall guy with black beard) acted strangely for refills. Normally I get a new fresh cup of tea. But he insisted to just add water into the old cup. Very strange, he has no knowledge of how tea should brew, plus his attitude is appalling. I wouldnt go back if he serves.

I used to go to this branch often back in 2012, and it has always been such a chill and cozy branch to stay at. The staff were nice, and the service was fast and efficient.Four years later, Im back to a renovated branch! While the interiors have been updated, Im so glad that the service hasnt changed. Barristas are friendly and the atmospheres nice. There are none of those low round / square tables for two to three people inside now, it has been replaced by a long wooden table, just right for those looking to work on their laptops or study. There are two high tables with chairs, and there is outside seating as well.The place is kept neat and tidy. Its not that crowded on weekdays, and youll be sure to find a seat. ^^ The line CAN get long, but it moves quickly and most who come in order to go :)Lovely branch in a lovely area!

Always reliable...after all these years the Seattle-based coffee purveyor is part of the fabric of our lives.Clean and well run, local Starbucks outlets appear to be following all precautions re the Covid situation.A Starbucks store near Bush St + Grant Ave. diagonally across from the Chinatown Dragon gate, is worth visiting. Unique in its melding of Asian decor alongside standard Starbucks design, its definitely one to checkout.

I love Starbucks but sometimes theyre too busy and the employees forget to smile LOL but thats never happened to this location, this Starbucks is stellar. I usually come here in the day time when it is super busy and many people in a line. The employees here are always friendly especially just now Sept 18 at 8:30pm, i ordered vanilla bean frappuccino and it was Stephanie who took the order. While i was waiting for my drink i just realized that she was multitasking (cashier and barista). It was not that much busy probably around 10 customers but she was able to handle it in friendly manner (smile and greet customers). The other female employee was busy cleaning the bathroom i guess. This place is always clean and stuff like napkins, straws, creamer, sugar etc get replenished right away.

I usually go to a different coffee shop in the neighborhood, but every once in a while I try Starbucks again. Every time I visit this location I am reminded why I do not like them. The customer service is terrible here. I noticed they pick and choose who they want to be nice to and have even given me attitude when Ive asked basic questions. I made sure to visit multiple times before writing this review but now I notice this will always be an issue at this location. I recommend trying a competitor in the area.

Okay 5 stars is a tad bit extravagant as it is only a Starbucks...But... this particular Starbucks is in Beverly Hills. And how can you not give Beverly Hills 5 stars. Even their homeless are better dressed than me. Besides the Barista, Stephanie, was absolutely wonderful. The drinks were to die for.

Located just off Wilshire Blvd in the Beverly Hills area. The location is open and even the bathroom is open which is extremely rare in this pandemic. The staff is nice a little new but still experienced enough to to fix any mistakes.

Hopping hot spot in Bevery Hills on Beverly Drive. Serving many creative hot or cold coffee, expresso, and tea drinks as well as light snacks....protein bars, protein boxes, sandwiches, pastries, and other light bites. Be sure to park next door at free Beverly Hills parking facility for 2 hours if you get there before 6pm. Otherwise, $5.

I used to steer clear of Starbucks because of the sky high calorie count in all the flavored drinks until my girlfriend told me about the latte with almond milk and sugar free vanilla flavoring. 100 calories! Low carb! And delicious! Try it if you want. It is better than regular milk and the real sugar.

13 minutes waiting in line to even order my drink ? Had to leave for call :( Was told that the register person was brand new ? I get that!! but #1. ONE Would think the manager of a Starbucks should anticipate new register training should be done in off peek hours to keep customers feeling appreciated? #2.Should the manager have a the TRAINER/MANAGER/standing next to them IF it is during peek hours to keep from bottle necking AND BAD REVIEWS OF CUSTOMERS THAT WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION ? #3.That manager should consider the customers first and frankly be there during training to talk to customers like me & accomidate THE customers.#4 The manager name should be prepared to get reported for lack of manager mind set and Best Retail practices to the Head office in Seattle. You need to be de-moted to clean toilets !

This Starbucks is kind of a scene, as one would expect from a Starbucks actually located in Beverly Hills, but the crowd during the day is a working crowd, for the most part, so those folks tend to order quickly and avoid the worst excesses of the triple-mocha-vegan-half-latter Starbucks crowd. Very good for people watching.

This poor Starbucks was getting pounded when I was there and it seemed horribly understaffed - from what I could see, only one person was making drinks. I felt overwhelmed watching the employees. I was in no rush so I didnt mind the wait but some people were getting pretty impatient.

We had a custom made order for a salt caramel moca Frap. Since we wanted simple ingredients, the supervisor insisted to calculate the ingredients one by one, in an unfriendly way, while there was a long line behind us. The total cost turned out, of course, cheaper than a moca Frap, but she seemed to have fun to exercise her power.

Terrible customer service, incompetent employees. The petite black woman behind the counter who took my order got literally everything I ordered wrong, she kept cutting me off while I was ordering and then got upset at me because she didnt know what the vanilla bean scones were because theres a lot vanilla items on the menu and then said I cant hear you. I was standing a few inches from her. She made me repeat each item three times or more, and then still got it all wrong. Wrong cups, everything. Im standing there like Im in the twilight zone or something, it was so crazy. Then she gave me a nasty attitude and dismissed me. And sure enough when the drinks came out...the order was still wrong.

This place really needs to go out of business. Very over priced for the low quality and unhealthy food and drink options that they offer.
