Starbucks is always consistent. I can always depend on the quality of thr drinks and the service.As always, the bariatas were on point. They were friendly and helpful.The drinks taste great and they made thr drinks super fast :)The store was also clean and the bathrooms were clean too.I highly recommend this location.

I appreciate this Starbucks for being close to the office. The drinks are well made, food isnt 5 stars but its something to put in your stomach until lunchtime comes around.BUT my biggest ick with this location is that they never fail to put the Salted Almond Chocolate Bites I order in the same bag as the hot food we order. (Our office typically gets starbucks delivered to us, we do not go and pick it up). I love getting the chocolate almonds, but I hate that they are melted and messy by the time I get them because they put them in the same bag as the hot food. Maybe place in a separate bag? Or staple them to the outside of the bag they use? Idk. Just stop putting them together pls

Came here driving through yorba Linda the other day. Had a free drink so got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it was just another Starbucks. Nothing special or anything that made it better or worse than other Starbucks. If you go to starbucks, this is as good as other locations.

Very cute corner Starbucks next to the Bank of America. Trendy atmosphere with a good amount of seating. Not great parking unless you count the garage next door that is a bit small and only gives 30 min free parking. I tend to walk around a lot, so I park in the mall (3 hours free) and walk around.

Good Morning! It seems that every time I go to the La Palma location, my order is always delayed and not how I ordered it. This morning I was the only one of two people in the store and it took almost 20 mins to receive my order. I had to ask where my order was and it turns out that the deer in head lights guy at the register never put my order in! I will NEVER be back to this location. The service is HORRIBLE and the staff could care less! I had to give it 1 star to post this. Zero is more accurate.

I love Starbucks! I never used to go there because I’m not a coffee drinker. That was until my teenage daughter told me that Starbucks has much more to offer than just coffee. I immediately fell love with their Strawberry Açaí / Pink drink... must get “venti” size. They have other refreshers and calorie wise they’re great. They also carry a wonderful assortment of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bakery goods, protein bowls, even yogurt and fresh fruit. The list is quite extensive. The service...no matter where I go people are friendly, always greet you with a smile...and I have visited many Starbucks wherever I travel. Lines are long, but go pretty quickly. You call ahead and your order will be waiting for you with your name on it. How wonderful is that? commend Starbucks for their great service!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was a longtime, daily customer, but decided to move on to another location that has a drive-thru. This place reminded me of 3rd grade the way the employees behaved, with the manager Kristy as the teacher and her employees as her students. When Kristy left a 3rd time for maternity leave, it got real bad - the worst I have ever experienced, which I told Kristy about when she returned from a long maternity absence. The wait times when mobile ordering are atrocious, and their curbside pick-up is a BIG JOKE, and if you spend 1-3 minutes talking to the employee who brings your drink to you, Josiah - or any other employee - will come out and tell the employee who brought your drink to you, that someone is on the phone for them (they have a call). This is their way of getting the person to come back inside and to not interact whatsoever w/ the customer! They even used this tactic when Kristy brought my drink to me! So unprofessional and the associates behave like grade school kids!! I will NEVER go back and they lost my business of over $2k / year! The new drive-thru location I go to now is SO MUCH BETTER and I am VERY happy I dont have to put up w/ the non-sense at this location anymore! Save yourself wasted time and headaches by going to your local drive-thru!

The gentleman in what I assumed is the Coffee Master apron with the Green Piping. He had no name tag on otherwise I would mention it. The time was between 8am-815am on 10/18. He was passing out mobile drinks and orders on the guest side. The reason I am leaving a review is that when I was standing and waiting for my drink I watched him handle every single drink. Grabbing each drink top down and placed his hands and fingers all over the mouth pieces. I know for a fact you are not supposed to grab a drink from the top. People put their mouths there. Really turned my stomach.

The kid at the front tried to make it a point that I knew what kind of coffee I was buying which I express to him I didnt drink coffee it was for my wife so I really dont care too much but he seemed to push what the coffee was and how it was made. Just thought he could work on his customer service.If someone doesnt seem to be into what youre talking about just make the coffee Dont lecture.Other than that for a small coffee shop probably one of the smallest Starbucks Ive ever been into and with how crowded it was it was a very clean and very fast service getting out peoples drinks I was pretty impressed with that.

The staff here are so friendly and absolutely amazing. I had pharyngitis and just wanted some tea to help me feel better. The barista knew exactly what I needed, and fixed me a delicious tea that helped soothe my aching vocal chords.

We were ignored and annoyingly greeted the guy in a usmc shirt didnt know his drinks and couldnt describe a seasonal drink and had to ask his coworker that also did t know how to describe the holiday drink. When we left they were to busy talking to each other to say thank you have a great day. Starbucks use to be a half decent place to get a cup of coffee but its really gotten bad in the few years. Ill stick to my Chevron coffee where I am at least greeted.

Best way to describe this Starbucks unit Filthy unkept! Does not deserve a Star🌟. Since you are forced to indicate a Star to complete this review I am forced to give this unit 1 star. Ive been here multuple times a week for over two years. I can tell you my observations lately have me leaving a stellar review of this Starbucks and their baristas. They know many of the regulars by name and drink. The mobile order line is not bad (exception of one time it was like rish hour in the store!), and the selection of food is always plentiful. Ive seen the mid morning staff working hard to restock, clean, and keep the customers happy with fast lines and accurate delicious drinks. Keep it up Starbucks @ La Palma!

I ordered 2 drinks. the cashier changed my order from 2 drinks to 1. i clarified im making the order for 2. the cashier said she was keeping it as 1. i requested i be allowed to order the 2 items. the cashier finally relented & said she would make it for 2. she confirmed the order for 2 items, being specific but incorrect. i described my order a 4th time. she claimed it was the same as she had just described, but it was not & i told her so. i clarified my order for a 5th time. she assured me that the order was correct, but didnt confirm what it was for this time. 10 minutes later, i received the 2 items to discover she had indeed entered the order incorrectly (& kept it incorrect while claiming it was correct). i had to wait in line again, AND wait for the same cashier to enter the 2 drinks into the register again (but CORRECTLY). i couldnt see a name visible on her shirt, but it was the cashier with long red hair. im not willing to risk half an hour on nothing, so i wont be back to this starbucks again.

Nice starbucks that is off the 91 freeway. A little hard to find as it is tucked away in the back of the parking lot. Head towards the theater and go right to find it.Keep in mind theres no drive-through at the Starbucks but its kept nice and clean inside with a few tables and chairs for patio seating.

Emily charged us $5.95 each for a drink that my wife and I each get at least 1 a day at locations all over Southern California for $3.95. When we asked she said she can charge whatever she wants... I dont know how true that is... except maybe the Disneyland locations. After we complained she reduced it to $5.35, still $1.40 more than we should have been charged.Needless to say with at least 2 other locations within ¼ mile we will never be returning to this location.Either A) cashiers can charge whatever they like. B) this location charges more than than the other 2 neighbouring locations, and the location at my work, my wifes work, and every other location to which Ive ever been.

Ive been here to this location multiple times and theyve had no cold-brewed coffee in the afternoon. This morning and came and spent $6 on a food item and ask for a venti hot water they told me theyre no longer allowed to give out venti hot Waters. I go to Starbucks in many other locations where I can get a venti hot water daily unless this is some sort of new policy by the CEO? I believe the gentleman behind the counter was lying to me. Everytime I ask for a hot water I make sure I have a purchased item. I cant drink cold water because it upsets my stomach. The gentleman behind the counter on a cold morning then said that he could give me a cold water instead of hot water. Which tells me its not the cost of a cup which is the issue. It is just that he wanted to refuse my request, and give no explanation why. If it was the cost of the cup that was the issue I would gladly pay for it. Which he didnt disclose and then give me an opportunity to do so. This location sits across from my office I never want to go there again.
