I was there today to get my Starbucks green tea Frappuccino drink, and the girls were very nice, respectful, and had great customer service. This is my local Starbucks, and I am proud of them. I even ask them if I may take a photo to show the world how nice they are. I am sorry I forgot their names, but hopefully, the photo will be remembered.

Using the app is very helpful, your drink is ready by the time you walk in however, no matter how much I add more cream or energy, my latte taste exactly the same. I stopped ordering from that location.

This Starbucks Ball and Brookhurst is a very, very cheesy Starbucks.It offers no amenities that starbucks should be known for !At bare minimum the service should excell, but unfortunately at location that is not the case !This starbucks offers less than Zero.If you are expecting it to be a normal bare minimum starbucks you will be sadly disappointed.Save yourself the agony if youre in this area just go to the Ralphs grocery store and buy as many Starbucks products that will bring you a sense of happiness. Because this one is terrible, I wish. I could retrieve my $5 tip and return my order, that is how disgusted I was with this location.Shame on the cheapskate owners, and the uneducated management.

At first I asked for a iced coffe medium and I did not like it then the lady said you can order a different drink if y wanted and I said ok and I ordered a strawberry frappuccino with 2 extra scoop of vanilla and I said I want a large and she said yes a tall. Now I thought that tall and large was the same thing and she gave me this I already drank some by the way and I paid 5$ and I got a nickel back and I should have got a bigger size

As usual this store hasnt change it seems like gets worse and worse too many employees that dont do anything, tables dirty all sticky trash can all dirty floors dirty, i left my coffe on the table and jacket on the table to use the restroom for a minute came back and this girl threw away my drink and took my jacket, i left the jacket on the table for a reason so people wont throw my drink away, it seems like this girl has a low IQ or some type of understanding problems to figure out why the jacket is on the table, i called the store to acknowledge the manager about this so the manager can retrain this employee but guess what the person that dump my drink was the manager so i asked her why you threw the drink away if you seeing the jacket on the table i said is that how you run your store throwing the customers drink away she didnt know what to say, it proves my point that starbucks just offer the manager position just to anyone not qualified just for 50 cents to a 1 dllrs more on their paid check to save money, wont recommend this store the only reason i stopped by this store because the other stores didnt have one of the items that usually buy i spent 25dllrs on this store on single purchase on that moment and what do i get my drink thrown away and my jackect taken so ridiculous.

I give it such a low score because I grew up in the neighborhood and this Starbucks has been on this site for close to 20 years and even 10 years ago it was a far better atmosphere if you wanted to sit down and have some coffee in a relaxed environment. There used to be wireless chargers in the tables and charging platforms like most Starbucks have now theres not theres just some wooden tables that look horrible slapped across the side of the wall like it doesnt belong there nobody sits down in there anymore because its not set up for that if management took the time to set the place up and get some better tables and chairs and some Outlets available for plugins I guarantee that you would have a huge increase in your net profit now I dont have to tell you that the sky is blue you already know this but for some reason this Starbucks has deteriorated degraded and fell apart more than any other Starbucks Ive ever seen its sad because its right here in my neighborhood.

Well, Im glad google asked me to update my review of this Starbucks because my opinion of this location has definitely changed. I have been going to this Starbucks almost every day for close to 5 years now. This USED TO BE my favorite Starbucks location...hands down. Not anymore! I mean I guess I will always have a love for this location and hope, but its just not the same and I dont know why I keep going there because there is another one about a mile away. I guess its like one of those bad relationships where you just keep holding on hoping things will change. Lol! 🤦🏼‍♀ The employees are what makes the store really and all the employees have changed. They used to have a staff that made you feel like family...like they were genuinely happy to see you when you walked in every morning and they just made you feel loved and welcomed. They made serious effort in their customer service and it showed. But all that is gone! It no longer feels like that. To be honest a lot of times I am made to feel like Im an inconvenience and an annoyance. The coffee is still great and some of them are fantastic baristas but its just not same. The customer service and just the store in general has gone way down hill. I feel like management has a lot to do with things too and management has changed. I dont know but I have hope for this store and will always have a love for it but I have seriously been thinking about going to a different one. If you are doing a mobile order and that quick run in and run out then this location is just fine but if you are looking for that outstanding customer service experience this is not the one! Sorry Starbucks but I gotta be honest!

This is the only Starbucks I go to. With other stores, theyre not as quick and almost always give me wrong orders or mess up my order. I personally have not had an issue with the store or the quality of my drinks. The baristas were super sweet and were very delightful to talk to each time I went.

I can see why there was only one other person besides me in this Starbucks on a Weekday at 7:30a. No greeting from the dude at the counter. He made my coffee and sat it down. Literally not a word. He just turned around and started doing something else.Take notes from the drive thru Starbucks on Ball Rd and State College. THAT Starbucks is friendly ALL THE TIME. Oh and the coffee he made was not as good either. Sheesh.

While Im a loyal fan of Starbucks, this was my first time to this location (22 May 2022). This place was a shambles. There were a few young kids there with their pet puppies. Some being held and some on a leash. Animals are not permitted in food establishments unless they are service animals. And these dogs were puppies. Way too young to be a service animal. There was a lot of trash all over the place. Napkins on tables. Straw wrappers on the floor. And people coming to get orders that were apparently already picked up. This place is a mess.

I just left the Starbucks at 2219 w Ball, Anaheim and I will NEVER be back. They might be fast with their drinks, im notnsure, but they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated me. I am in tears and cannot stop crying. I was in the restroom, changing my clothes, when they knocked and kept calling me sir, even thought Im clearly a woman. She embarrassed me in front of the whole lobby and made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when I was only trying to fix my dress. They need to stop this policy of policing, since they dont have the appropriate training on how to talk to people correctly. Shame on.you Starbucks, this is an ineffective way to solve people doing bad things in the bathrooms as the batista claimed. Youre gonna end up with a lawsuit.....

I like that it is close to home. I could walk there. The service is not as pleasant an experience as at others. The music is the same,flavors are the same, but the displays I like to set the mood. The cleanliness is not there. I mentioned the empty coffee service station. Completely out of napkins,the condiment shakers were empty and low. The counter was covered in white creamer,powders and sticky. Yes COVERED. No clean space to set your coffee. The girl came over and filled napkin and sugar packets. Nothing else and didnt wipe up the counter!!😯 Im sorry. I go for the atmosphere and lovely shopping and to enjoy the coffee and treats. I would love this to change at my location. The place is dirty.
