I was just at the drive through orders some drinks for my kids and thinking to order something for myself. The girl who took my order was rude. Her tone is incredible rude. I called the store and spoke to the manager name Gee while in the drive thru. We was sincere and apologies. Found out the girl name when I got to the window. Her name is Shelsy or Shelby. I saw the girl and asked the manager if that was her. She was looking at our direction and laughed. The manager said they are short today maybe thats why. I dont think it is excuses to be rude to the customers if youre short staff.

The girl who took my order felt the need to correct me about the honey citrus mint tea when I called it a medicine ball. The correction wasn’t a big deal it was the rude tone then I still tipped and she threw it in the jar so rudely and to top it off my hot honey citrus mint tea wasn’t even closed right and spilled all over myself and the car. Wasn’t the first time at this location either it’s usually my preferred. But after my experience never again.

I usually have a good service and everything is good whenever I get a coffee at Starbucks but today I went to go get two coffees today in this Starbucks and at first I had to wait like 20 minutes in line after that I got into the line and once I get to the window the guy had horrible attitude, I told them my name for my order and he told me to stop at the speaker first with a bad tone and I said I was sorry and that I was going to stop there next time. He gets the orders and hands them and doesnt say anything else and once I get my order which were a carmel brûlée Frappuccino and a pistachio Frappuccino. The Carmel brûlée didn’t even have the toppings that I included in my order.

Sometimes they have the drinks ready by the counter sometimes they dont....Wish theres more room to get in and out of this place, drive thru can be tight too and be extra cautious at night plenty of shady characters

Ive had several unfortunate experiences from horrible attitudes to mobile drinks getting stolen to them forgetting to make my order and having to wait over 15 min. Still Ive remained patient with the staff as I am fully aware of how busy it can get and how overwhelmed they must be however this incident really topped it for me.Ordered 2 drinks through the mobile app on Oct. 2nd later in the evening. I am not aware of their hours so I assumed if the mobile app is active then I am free to pick up my order inside, not to mention there had been a man at the door receiving his by an employee so I assumed they were open.. When I walked up to the door and attempted to open it, it was locked. There was about 5 employees who watched me confused and all looked away ignoring me, pretending as if they did not see me at the door. After them noticing I did not leave (because my drinks were already paid for I was not going anywhere) one employee pointed toward the other door so I assumed she was saying to use other door, walked over and she mouthed drive thru, that is when I began to get frustrated with them because I thought it was very unprofessional to ignore a customer, as a supervisor I would have walked up and explained to the customer our store hours and how we were closed but I would be happy to hand you your drink through the drive thru, but that was not the case. Instead they all pretended they did not see me hoping I would go away. As I am explaining this to the employee at the drive thru the girls in the back are laughing and making remarks about the situation. Supervisor claims she made an exception to the man as he was in a semi and it would not fit through the drive thru however he was not in a semi, it was a van.. The entire situation could have been prevented had they just used proper customer service etiquette. If they are unhappy with their employment and are not capable of ensuring positive interactions then they might have chosen the wrong career path.Writing this review in hopes this reaches the appropriate person and they can remind their staff to do better and be kinder!Thanks.

The baristas are incredibly rude. It took ten minutes for them the make my drink which is outrageous when you have upwards of ten employees working behind the counter. This one barista was so rude to another customer when he flagged that his drink was made wrong and then kept acting like he did the customer a favor by correcting the mistake. I get having a bad day but he was so nice to his fellow baristas - just not the customers.

I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week! I always go to this Starbucks, they have the best employees and they make the best drinks! If it’s hot outside I either get a caramel macchiato or an iced chai tea latte. If it’s cold outside I always get a white chocolate mocha! Those are the best drinks and trust me I’ve tried a lot! If you want good service and a perfectly made drink, go to this Starbucks!

Terrible service. Very rude staff Carlos and Chelsea showed no empathy when expressing concerns over possible allergy exposure. Only one young man was helpful towards the situation and apologized for the lack of customer etiquette their staff showed. If their staff was careful enough to review what is going on via drive through the entire issue could have been avoided.

Tuesday, July 25th at about 9pm. I went with my family to get some drinks, since we were in the area. Drive thru was open and we proceeded. They took about 15 min to take our order and the lady had a very bad tune. I order two custom drinks and they were not made properly. I also order a white mocha Frappuccino was not blended properly the straw hit a rock like ice. I tried to let the employee know but the red headed girl with piercings ignored me and I decided to leave and write this review. I threw away about $25 dollars super disappointed. Not coming here again.
