On Tuesday, February 27th, I visited Store Location for coffee. I was assisted by a blonde employee whose name I regrettably did not obtain, but her service was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, and I truly appreciate all the assistance she provided during my visit.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided here. The employees seemed like they didnt care at all as if they were just there for their pay checks. I ordered 2 Caramel Brulee Lattes, one was made right and the other just tasted like plain coffee with milk. Not a first good impression, I am surely never coming back.

TLDR: horrible customer service avoid this store.I ordered a java chip frappachino and I was given a mocha coockie crumble frappachino upon asking we were told it’s just the same drink with different name, I took their word and tasted it only to find out both are two different drinks; on asking again the lady who prepared our drink was outright rude and said I’ll make the same drink again. She just dismissed our request and did not give us our drink either. I have never seen any Starbucks with a horrible service as this one.

I got the frozen acai berry drink and a treinta sized Iced Tea. The frozen drink was made first ... it was all juice on the bottom. They were semi busy so as I didnt want to bother them. Disappointed to say the least. It was a watered down melted acai drink. The iced tea had very little ice in it so it was like a warm tea... eww.Starbucks needs to have consistancy... how can a barista see melted drink and still serve it... hmmm?

The barista didnt read my customization too well after I asked the cashier how well do the baristas here read customizations. the barista made my drink wrong and well made very watery tasting pink drinks. The manager was friendly and turned it around or I would of dropped to one star.

Been coming for the past few months, just noticed they’ve been overcharged me for my drinks, I ordered on mobile and found out that they’ve been charging me Venti prices & I only get Grandes from here. Really sneaky! Double check your receipts here.

Staff was courteous but not very friendly. Restrooms were closed. I understand it may be policy, but its just inconvenient and I hope that Starbucks starts to care about customer convenience than some fake pretense about shutting down restrooms for safety.My trips to Starbucks have gone down largely because it is no longer a welcoming place. Too transactional.

Typical shopping-center Starbucks. Quick and easy. Theres a nice outside seating area for people-watching or making sure noone is trying to break into your car. Parking is great.

Was a nice spot, I like the location. If the world was perfect though, people like Linda wouldnt be supervisor of anyone with the holier-than-thou attitude and snide remarks. Not a customer service type of character if you ask me. I ordered a cup of ice, and a cup of water--separately--(my dog cant handle the ice water sometimes, soon simply add a few cubes here and there, has never been an issue for ANYONE else. But maybe everyone else isnt supervisor material huh? #demoteLinda

The Asian guy hated us and was being very rude to us and this headpiece that made it impossible to hear us so he kept saying, “huh” and it was annoying so ya sorry then we thought maybe it’s his personality but then this other Asian lady walked in and he was being nice to her but I enjoyed the drink I’m very very disappointed in his service. Btw he has blue hair so sorry if I am being rude but I was disappointed and I would like me and my friend to be treated better

If I could give them negative stars I would give them - 50. For the last 10 years it has been a horrible experience EVERY TIME I go in. The staff is extremely rude and all have this entitled and bitchy demeanor. They always get my drinks wrong and are never helpful with any questions.I was in there just a few weeks ago for my birthday with my 2 year old and my husbands grandma. They didnt use my two free drinks and the girl stressed something weird on the register because it didnt give me my change. She called out her supervisor, who made no eye contact with me and was super annoyed she was pulled away from the back room to do her job. Then they decided the best idea instead of fixing the actual problem, was to take my dollar 12 change out of the tip jar. Awkward and no thanks.Then they messed up ALL THREE DRINKS. They didnt make grandmas drink sugar free (she is diabetic) and when asked to remake it accompanied with the reason why, they were very rude and gave her a drink that was 75% ice after the fact. They ruined my drink at least twice, since the original cup the cashier wrote on was no longer there, and when I got it not only did it not have any peppermint (in a peppermint mocha) or any whip when I asked for extra, but it was extra hot instead of a bit cooler. When I asked about my drink, the super diva guy on bar got all uppity and decided to yell my drink order back to me flailing his arms around like a madman. I let him finish then said good memory, now how about you make it like that instead of what you did to mess this up? he was PISSED.How does someone mess up a water? They know how! I asked for half of a tall cup of water with no ice so the baby didnt spill everywhere. We got an extra ice full cup of water.No toilet paper in the one (always dirty) bathroom? I asked for some and the same guy on bar grabbed two rolls and stood there for about 5 minutes asking any staff member if they wanted to load it instead of him. I ended up having to do it.I would cut them slack if it was a one time thing. Or if they had a huge line, or if it was complicated order. None of these are the case. And if you cant figure out a register or how to make a tempted decaf peppermint zebra mocha, then you have no business working in a high volume store.Ill be getting my Westgate starbucks from target from now on. They actually seem to be grateful to have a job and dont act like spoiled little brats like everyone at this store does.

Barista did not pay attention to no foam request, and after going back to request to remove foam, he just scooped it out and gypped me of volume. Also heard customer before me complain that she got burned and the barista should be fired. Not coming back to this Starbucks.

I remember my mom order a venti pink drink spilt it into two small cups with no ice . I also remember ordering breakfast and cake pop and a small cup of water with no ice. The baristas are working very hard for the Customers what drink is order iced or hot it’s so good I’m so glad to be a Starbucks customer at this Starbucks and other Starbucks at well!!!!!!!! I remember I went to Safeway the one on Bollinger and I order a tall double chocolaty chip Crème Frappuccino with no whipped cream it was so good!!!!!!!

Starbucks! Usual standard corporate menu. Current listing says this is inside Target : wrong. It is external, and located down by the theater (if that has been edited, ignore that point).Several small tables inside, and a few outside. Staff was friendly and helpful after my mobile order was lost. Usual bags of beans and mugs for sale, and a long glass window with food demos in full view.Those evil cake pops. So good They are just wrong.

The drinks are great the location is good because its right next to Westgate Mall with a lot of good shops however at the time I went you werent able to sit inside so I had to take my drink and go which is kind of inconvenient.

Before buying the kale and mushroom portobello bites, I specifically asked the cashier if it contains dairy. He said it’s not.After I googled and it does contains eggs and milk. I just don’t get why lie about it, if you simply don’t know, just say so, and I could google it and picked up something different. Ugh, waste of food and money honestly.Please, just be honest when you don’t know, it’s okay don’t know stuff, but rather than be that person who lies.

EXTREMELY rude woman named EMILY.After she was done pretending I wasnt standing there I asked her for milk for my coffee. Apparently she was too busy to ask what kind and comes back out w/out saying a word and proceeds to pour half & half in my cup of coffee. Because she didnt listen or want to listen she ruined my coffee. An associate was kind enough to help me instead and apologized for the chaos. LEARN the difference between half & half and whole milk before you work at a coffee shop! Smh

I made an online order and arrived on time to pick up, but this Starbucks only allow 4 people inside. I have to wait outside for other 5 customers to finish their order instead of get my drink in 5 seconds. Then what’s the point to make online ordering. I didn’t save any time.I will choose another Starbucks which I can pick up immediately.

This is a small location located just outside of Westgate mall. The inside is clean and inviting. There are also tables outside. As far as the drinks go, its a Starbucks--theyre all the same.

This guy did just a bad job from the beginning was just having a conservation with another person and taking its time and were waiting there waiting and nothing and on top of that did my drinks wrong and all he did is all more water and made it worse and ask for my money back and didnt want to give it to me. Very friendly, especially a young man who was taking the orders as a cashier, I spoke Spanish to him and he understood what I asked perfectly, of course he spoke English to me, but he did not do what many young people do today who say I dont speak Spanish and Sometimes they do talk about it but they dont want to help you.☹️
