I give 1 star for the Summer Skies Boba Drink. I was excited to hear Starbucks has boba so I ordered one. I asked for coconut juice. The color was milky & greenish and had no coconut taste in it. The “bobas” were not bobas but little colored balls of sugared liquid. I was deeply disappointed. I couldn’t drink it and dumped my $7.00 drink. I don’t know what it’s supposed to be. It wasn’t refreshing or healthy. What a waste of $7.00.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in our area and customer service does nothing about it. They use whole or almond milk when you’re not looking, specifically when ordering oat-milk. There is a strong difference especially when someone is allergic to almonds. The customer service here is horrendous, they refused to refund or make the right drink, corporate headquarters refused to comment on almost killing someone, and they said the best they can do is leave feedback and a lawyer would be in touch. Do not go here, go to the one on Rengstorff Ave. they do not disappoint and the A team is on every day, 7 days a week. Plus they won’t try to kill you.

Great place to have a coffee and some foods. The staff is friendly and helpful, service is quick, though in the morning may be a little bit delayed because of the mobile orders they are processing.But you can order online before you go and there is no need to wait 🙂

Spacious location on the corner, lots of windows. Good parking, but typically lots of traffic in and out of the parking lot.Japanese market nearby for a tasty meal to go with your coffee.Reasonably clean, and decent service. What you would expect from Starbucks.

It was a bust weekday at about 9am so there was a longer wait than normal, but the seasonal drink I ordered was quite good. The table was clean and handy for a nice short conversation with my guest. I will certainly return.

For the most part, service has been excellent! We’ve encountered some of the best baristas here that provide greater than the average Starbucks service! Not everyone is perfect, which is usual of all locations, but this is one of the best!

What a delightful staff! The retail and line area are huge, the sitting area not huge BUT it is segregated from the hustle and bustle of the retail section. Lots of two to tables and one long communal table with charging. Plenty of parking, but do be cautious on the lot. Lots of cars. Did I mention the delightful staff.

No matter what size cup you buy, the amount of coffee they put inside the cup will be the same! Overall I almost dont buy from this store because they work grudgingly and the prices are absurd. Today I bought two sizes of cups 12oz and 16oz to do this test, and I really was right, you will pay dearly for a larger cup for the same amount of coffee for a smaller cup. Ridiculous!

Its a pretty decent Starbucks - the team brings drinks out quickly and the café itself is pretty roomy. They messed up on a mobile order once, but the supervisor was accommodating. The staff wont wow you with their friendliness at least in the evening, but none of the workers Ive interacted with here have been unfriendly or rude.

Ive ordered from this Starbucks as my go-to during the last fee months. Theyve swapped to a one customer at a time policy which is perfectly fine. They have a speaker system hooked up too, so they can call peoples names as their orders are finished.The location doesnt have the real estate to have two separate pick up areas for order in & mobile order, but the line is never very long in the early afternoon so the experience for mobile pickup is pretty much the same - walk in, get, walk out.

Incredible, while I was there this morning around 5:30 am 1/17/2020, one of your female employees spilled the stirring sticks on the ground. Rather than picking them up and throwing them away she instead picked them up, made them look neat and put them out on the floor for your customers to use. Disgusting.

Nice place for having coffee and snack with friends and relax for a while. Quite spacious and have enough seating space for 35 persons inside and has outdoor seating available as well. Employees are friendly. Ambiance is good. They play mild music and that good too!

Im new to this location. I completed a mobile app order, when I arrived to the location Id realized I would have to wait to be handed my order. Not a problem. I waited at the pick up area what felt like approximately 3-5 minutes, before Im ever acknowledged. The 2 baristas appeared to have made every effort to not even make eye contact with me. Thanks to the gentleman, who once he completed servicing customers at the register, came and handed me my order.

A very good coffee chain. They make consistently good coffee drinks and have friendly knowledgeable staff. Their best drinks are probably the sweetened and flavored ones. They are also a good place to get a quick bite to eat. Convenient parking for cars and bikes.

The cashier was very rude and they false advertised what food they were serving. I came hoping to get a double smoked bacon sandwich which was on display but they said they didn’t have any. Normally they are supposed to give you the one in the display if they don’t have any which they didn’t. Instead, they said they didn’t have any, so I told them they should take it off the display. They rudely answered ok and rolled they’re eyes. The food was good but my experience wasn’t the best.

She explained the purpose of a nitro cold brew beautifully and even went as far as to recap updates that came out for the reward program when she realized I was using my Starbucks Card. Over the last six months there have been numerous drink delays and/or incorrect fulfilments, and todays lack of information on an earlier than normal store closure (app says open) adds to the frustration.

Ive been to this starbucks for years, they used to be so friendly and made very nice drink, but these couple weeks, I really had troubles with them.Last week I ordered venti latte extra hot, the person who took my order got it wrong, I was very glad that he took care of later, but the person who made me a green tea latte let me feel I had to take whatever she made even it was wrong.This morning, I ordered in store then went to waiting area, after the person who came in later than me had her order, I went to ask where my drink was, they left in the mobile order section. And when I was walking out, the guy who stood at front said to me in a very rude way: You shd tell us your name! Excuse me??? In the morning rush, they made a mistake on my order. I received a large hot chocolate instead of a large mocha which I had asked for. Instead of immediately venting my frustration on yelp/social media, I decided to call and see what they could do to rectify the situation. I spoke to a pleasant gentleman named Clark and asked if I could come back tomorrow and get a free mocha. Clark did even better and also included a refund on my order. Thanks! :)
