Hands down the BEST coffee shop, not just the best Starbucks. The team is wonderful, my drinks are delicious, they accommodate my familys weird requests... everything. I love this team. Never change. Ill be back tomorrow.

They have limited limited sandwiches, flavored drinks had to get the caffenated one cause thats all they had on top of that they only had venti size well i have not slept since the day before, down at the bottom itvasked what do I recommend well I cant they dont have anything in stock

They don’t have coffee. But they have signs all over the place that say they don’t have coffee. And they are rude af, for your own money… wow. Hope that helps.

I was there for an interview recently, the manager had me wait over an hour and all she said was I apologize, and at the end told me that they werent hiring. Waste of time.

Busy location, in a high demand area. Outside sitting area available, right at the corner of Pacific and Stocker. During school lots of student visitors. Store is always clean and organized. Quick, professional and friendly customer service. Armen is a great customer service guy with good attitude. Great location great people.

Every single day either missing a order or day dont have anything, and wiat time is so longer than online the time online shows, the hole point of ordering online is to save time not loose time.

Drinks take forever to be made. When they are ready to be served, they are not prepared correctly. It took them 3 attempts to make my Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte with no whip cream. I seriously had to wait a long time! At the end, there was no apology. This calls for better training and improvement in their customer service.

If I could give this place one star I would. I went here to get me and and my daughter a drink but they messed up both of our drinks. I asked for a hot drink but instead the lady gives me the cold one. I said nicely I actually asked for a hot latte and she was so mad she threw out the drink and couldn’t let me finish talking. My daughter got a vanilla bean frap but they somehow messed that up to. The drink is brown and it tastes like she put no care into the drink at all. I am never coming here again. Just go to any other Starbucks.

This is a local Starbucks with a great staff! They get to know their visitors and will remember you regular order. Background music is set to a minimum so many locals come to talk or work. The downside is that the morning rush can get really crowded, especially on a Friday morning with the nearby High School. In general this is a great Starbucks spot.
