Ordered the turkey, provolone & pesto on ciabatta for my birthday offer. It looks delicious in its website photo. However, what I received was nothing like the picture, except for the ciabatta bread. I received a sandwich with very little of any of the ingredients that come INSIDE the sandwich. Its so maddening when what you receive, looks NOTHING like what they advertise it is supposed to look like!

Went there the other day to get the only drink I ever get. I see the dude making it, right off the bat I knew it was wrong just by the way he made it. He made a plain green tea forgot it was suppose to have dragonfruit base and just tops it off. This also made it so it had like no ice, whatever I was going to drink it anyway but they forgot the inclusions. When I asked very politely and ask for a little more ice, this girl literally fills the entire cup with ice and half of the drink or more it just tossed. I was in disbelief with the attitude I just had to leave as I didn’t wanna cause anymore issues. Avoiding this location 😭

I love Starbucks I’m willing to pay the price to get my fix but when I received my order I was missing all food items and my drink didn’t have the extra cookie pieces witch I wouldn’t have even cared about if I had received my food. It’s just heat and serve food, just had to put it in the bag. Guess I need to stop ordering on door dash from Starbucks.

Ugh. This is the third time Ive been here and they made my order wrong 😫 Im just never gonna go back. This time I tried to order a drink and they said they didnt have the drink but could make something else similar. I said no thanks and ordered my tried and true. When she handed it it me, I could immediately tell something was off - it was totally the wrong color. I thought the best and drove off... Took one sip and NOPE!!! It was DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I ordered 😔 But I was exhausted and didnt feel like going back to hash it out (since this ghas happened before). I checked the label and whats crazy is it says whats *supposed* to be in there but thats not what they put in there. Third times out - Im never going back to this location again. Fam... I ordered an in - store pick up due to having work vehicle and not meeting drive thru requirements. When attempting to go inside the lobby to pick up ordered it was locked. I called and explained the situation to the employee and they told me that next time i do an order i need to bring a smaller car to go through the drive thru when specifically ordered to pick up in store. Very rude and bad service.

Got a large hot chocolate. Was kinda expensive for $4.50ish. Didnt taste like hot chocolate. It had mocha shot and the chocolate wasnt very tasteful.Would have rather bought a box of instant and made some at home.But the cashier was nice and there wasnt any line when we went

STARBUCKS SAVES THE DAY! After being misinformed with false hope at my hotel check-in that the breakfast buffet was going to be open for grab and go; which instead meant the breakfast was being handed in a bag of cheap quality gross food that I later gave to a panhandler in a different city. As I checked out of my hotel, I immediately Googled for the nearest Starbucks which wound up being a short drive away, so Starbucks I came. I had the impossible breakfast burger and a standard large latte. That ¿burger thing? was almost as good as the normal Hampton Inn breakfast. Difficultly, it is a food item one can eat while holding onto the bag with gloved hands (that contactless style of eating takes practice). Boy, Im sure glad there was a Starbucks nearby. The latte is just a fulfilling Starbucks Latte that I cant expect any reader to have never tried. In fact, this Starbucks has great parking and one of the most truly fun energetic staffs (I think Number 1) of all the about 25 different Starbucks that I have stopped at. The best example was how the pastry lady was so slick and dancy with those tongs for the oven and the bag. Of course, all of them were wearing gloves and masks and there definitely were smiles in their eyes. That was truly one of the greatest Starbucks experiences I have ever had, with or without their super-smooth covid adjustments - which the WITH was the true case. I wish my hometown San Rafael Starbucks had that fun slick gamey service!

Drive thru order . I went to Starbucks today and ordered a venti dragon fruit lemonade refresher asked for easy on the ice due to the fact I have a sore throat. First they got my order wrong handed me a passion fruit drink then she went ahead and redid my drink handed me a venti cup with appears to be 3/4ths of ice. Did not go back for a second time to have this issue resolve. Will no longer buy Starbucks. Horrible customer service!

Been to this one 3 times and never had a good experience. I wont be coming to this location again. The first time I went it took 30 min in the drive thru to get my coffee. The second time they messed up my order. Tonight I ordered a Venti and I got a grande in a Venti cup + extra whip. I know they messed something up cause it was all icy not much coffee. Hopefully this one closes down or they bring in a new manager to properly train.

Great place and staff in the mornings and afternoon. But the night shift is horrible. I went through the drive-through where there were 3 cars there, and nobody was moving for 5 minutes. And then I pulled out to go inside, and the lobby was closed. And then. The cars inside had to drive around to the front cause it seemed like nobody helped them at the drive-thru. And when we both came to the door, the 3 girls inside were giving us signals to go through the drive thu. But no one was helping us! Thats why we wanted to go inside! 5 stars for the day shift, 1 star for the night shift.

Bathrooms were both out of order. Starbucks makes enough money, they can install a system that issues a bathroom door code with a purchase. That would prevent unhoused people from destroying the restrooms for paying customers. Also the customers walking in should have priority over customers that use the app to pre order

Worst Customer Service. Placed an order on the app for a quick pick up. After giving them more than enough time to fulfill I get there and their doors are closed. It was 7pm. I wouldve never ordered if I knew I had to pick up through Drive Thru. They had a long line and it was just inconvenient.Lesly was very rude and said she wouldnt provide coorprates number after she said I had to cancel my order through them. I was never rude. And she still hung up on me.

Wow, some of the reviews arent good.This location is one my 3 favorites, well this one is on my way to work. But usually its not busy depending on the day and I always try to give myself a extra 10 minutes, in case the drive thru is long. I go in at times, usually they say good morning. At times some of the girls seem crabby, but I look at it like this Its early in morning and Im sure they were up before me. But havent had any problems either out of this location. Always get my coffee, latte or whatever and go about my business, Keep up the good works GIRLS. I know its 2 guys who work morning also, they are polite also.

Never fails! This place is ran efficiently and with enthusiasm. Not only do they take care of you but also of your fur babies. I havent had a single bad experience (and I frequent it very often) and the drinks always come out delicious and quickly. I go to this location often, it is very clean, friendly and even with a long line they r organized and work quickly. I get a specialized iced coffee, and usually it takes a special person to make it right. Google says this place closes at 11pm. Drove to get a drink from this location at 7:00pm and the door was locked, two women outside were confused as well as to why it was closed. They were doing drive thru only. No sign or anything as to why. Gas is too expensive to be wasting these days how ridiculous that there wasnt even warning or anythin. As far as I saw, no sign outside stating the cafe was closed off at certain times or nothing like that.

They missed half of the ingredients on the coffee that I ordered. This is what I ordered 4shots of espresso over ice in a venti cup with 3 pumps white mocha and 2 pumps toffee nut with vanilla sweet cream and cinnamon on top. I received my order( a friend brought it to me because Im in quarantine due to covid) the label on the cup was correct but the drink is not, I only received the espresso and the vainilla sweet cold foam.....but they did charge me for the whole drink, so I ended up with no coffee and waste of money.....

I tried to go in for my birthday drink but I immediately had car trouble. I asked the ladies working inside if anyone had a flashlight so I could FaceTime someone for help while showing what was wrong. They refused to help and one employee kept scoffing and shaking her head. I’m from out of state and being dark out there were homeless people wandering and I felt completely unsafe and scared while they watched me figure it out from inside. As always we use drive through and the lady on told us to wait to take our order and we kept waiting waiting waiting and than we just drove to the window. And told us did u order ?? I get coffee everyday. When I go to the drive thru the person at the window always has a positive vibe and smiles. But this one was different. We had one of the best customer service experience with Cassey. She was soooo amazing, fun outgoing and energetic. Horrible service. Staff unfriendly. Sunday, April 4, waited 20 minutes for my order. They were short staffed, but the cashier kept pumping out the orders instead of helping. Today, 4/7, waited 10 minutes for a mobile order that was to be filled when I got there. Not short staffed. 6 people behind the counter. No line at drive thru. Was not greeted. When asked for my order was told it would be made soon. Order had 2 drinks. One drink apparently made and set aside. When second drink complete first drink could not be found. Had to ask 3 times for a straw after which it was tossed at me. Manager needs to step up customer service training.

Bad customers service, dirty lobby laced with flies, and off tasting drinks. First, I ordered a skinny mocha latte which had no coffee flavor nor chocolate taste... When I was rang up I brought my own reusable coffee cup and had to remind the cashier to give me the discount. About an hour later I asked for a coffee refill and was charged the full amount. I had to remind the cashier it was a refill and she rudely responded, but did you get your drink here. This is a very convenient location for me since its near my work but the next time I need my caffeine fix Ill go to Dunkin down the street!

This location was a little different from the one which had been spotless. This location was quite clean and had incredible staff, and a super friendly manager on duty. This spot could probably be compared to a popular Tim Hortons in Canada; however, the United States based brand, Starbucks, centralized in Seattle, offers a premium beverage that you might only dream of in A Midsummer Nights Dream. 10/10. 5 Golden stars. Tried ordering a caramel apple spice in the drive thru. I was asked if I wanted hot or iced. I was confused because the drink is just steamed apple juice.. so I tried to say, Hot, the drink I want is the cider. But before I finished saying I want the cider I got cut off and the girl said I know what the drink is. And then I ended up with the exact drink I was trying to explain i didnt want. Hmm. So now I have this gross apple crisp macchiato that I cant drink because Im lactose intolerant. I was gonna leave a complaint but I didnt get a receipt. The line was also long as hell and I was already half home when I realized. Please just listen to people and dont cut them off when theyre ordering.. I ordered a drink at store #19357 today at 1:37pm. My order was a Vt. Mgo Drg Lemonad and I placed my order with a young lady in glasses at register 1. She took my order but got my name wrong. Its Shon not Ton. Then I waited for 12 minutes and a lady that came in after me was giving her drink before me. The young man that was doing the orders was very rude and had nothing to say when I asked why I had to wait another 3 minutes when I ordered before the other woman. Was also told that I wouldnt taste the caramel in my caramel drink because, itd melted into my coffee. Also every time Ive been here my extra caramel drink had little to no caramel. Starbucks is pretty overpriced honestly but I do love their iced grean tea and if you get a trenta it is actually not that expensive I think its like $4 or something like that not too bad Compared to like a karma machiato or a karma Frappuccino which are outrageously expensive in my opinion and not that good. Plus if you drink Starbucks every day you might have considered it your dessert of the day with the number of calories that are in their drinks. So stick with ice cream tea no sweetener and its good.

Yesterday I had ordered a total of four drinks..mine was venti light iced coffee with 8 pumps sugar free vanilla and heavy cream but it didnt taste the same as the last time I got it :( Nothing like vanilla so Im assuming not all 8 pumps were in there. Worst Starbucks ever!!!! Have been in the area for a month visiting my daughter who is having a baby. Every time I go and order a drink there is an issue, and every time they do not put whipped cream on my drink. Even specifically ordered and asked for it!!! I even took my drink back and said, I asked for Whipped Cream and was then told, oh we’re out...took the empty container and sprayed my drink with air and a few bits of cream to prove it. When I asked if they were serving drinks without it the rest of the day I was told oh no we’re making more......um. OK then why didn’t you just wait to serve me my drink WITH WHIP??!!!!! The girl was rude and acted like I was bothering her. Even after this incident I went back several times and had to take my drink back up for whip. The service was horrible. They were out of all Tea, and really a lot of other stuff. Took them over 15 minutes to make one simple frapp. They served everyone that was after me in line before me and when I asked a worker lady where my drink was, she said she was on break and couldnt answer me. The workers acted like I was not standing there waiting for my drink. When I called and asked for the manager, they hung up, so I called again and they said the manager was not on site. This is my favorite Starbucks to come to do college work or grab a cold brew and escape the heat. Super friendly staff, good service, they treat new customers warmly and old ones like friends. The staff has adopted me like a stray critter, and make sure Im taken care of. I have few vices these days but strong coffee is one, and on my cheat days I love the baked goods..in not sure how brownies are healthy but we make it sound reasonable. Plus I do really actually like the foods..much better than fast food when I eat out.

Joel took my order and was kind to me but while I waited he started pushing past his co-workers and obviously wasnt being a team player, his side comments towards his co-workers were disrespectful it made me feel uncomfortable and I really wanted to yell at him to get out. These kids work so hard and Joel is the big bully that brings them down. Management needs to do something about this ASAP! He also made my drink wrong and it tasted absolutely terrible.

It is hit or miss at this place. When the drive thru is busy, that is their main concern. This is understandable, and for good reason. If they didnt focus on cutting down on the drive thru traffic it would cause a jam out and down Ballantyne.
