We pay so much for a starbucks drink and its not the same. I ordered sweet cream cold foam on my drink and pretty much got bubbles on top. Once they handed me my drink at the drive through I asked if that even had the cold foam on it.... they said ya it just sank a little, I think it sank a lot to not even last 30 sec. From me pulling up to the window. Then to find out the manager made my drink. Standards are dropping.

Ive been a couple times at that location, the staff its very friendly most of all the small girl who works over there, I asked for the wifi both times so I can activate my rewards account and they didnt know how to reset the modem or provide access. My phone got stolen from there the second time at fathers day.

The girl who took our order in the drive thru today was so ignorant. Completely ignored when I told her the drink she typed up wasnt the right one. Went on saying it was. Once we received it, it was the wrong one. Never again!

If i could i would give them zero stars, it’s not this particular Starbucks but every Starbucks. They charge you 6 bucks for about 1 oz of a OK tasting drink, they fill their cups full of 75% ice so they don’t use as much product and make you believe that you are get a good drink when you are getting nothing 🙄 and they charge extra if you ask for less ice 🤦‍♀️ Super disappointed in the whole company overpricing everything, I make better stuff at home quicker and cheaper.

My first time at this location. Very large and clean cafe. Lots of seating for students/friends. Baristas are friendly and efficient. Loved the delicious watermelon strawberry juice concoction.

I have been coming to this Starbucks often within the past month or so because its within walking distance of my apartment. The service and product fluctuate constantly. Sometimes they are friendly, helpful, quick, and get the order right.The past few times however have been enough where Im writing this review. I was given the wrong flavor entirely in one drink after being the first one there at 5am and waiting almost 20 mins for one iced latte while drive thru was prioritized and my order was neglected. I was given the wrong type of milk (regular instead of oatmilk) twice in a row the last two times, so I had to wait about half an hour for my iced latte to be correctly made this time. The staff is cold with me most of the time, yet some are very good at what they do. The girl who remade my apple crisp latte today was very apologetic and kind about it at least.Im very on the fence about this starbucks, and expect inconsistency if you decide to go to this particular location. The apple crisp latte was delicious, but the service needs work here.

I love to get a venti Soy Vanilla Sigarefree later (SVF) and one of their grilled cheese sandwiches, nicely toasted. That is so delicious.

Love the location, I usually go to the Starbucks on lighthouse Ave but missed my turn this morning, so I decided to stop here. I usually go inside to order on lighthouse, I did the same here. The big difference in location is this one primarily focuses on getting the drive thru line moving, we had to get comfortable in the lobby. There was a pick up order that was not ready, making the individual late for work. It was ordered ahead...I had already paid for it. I asked for my drink after waiting 10 minutes, I finally got it but it was extremely watered down. I unserstand a monday morning or at least a day during the week, but on a sunday? Not cool. Though a bigger and nicer location, the service and product at the lighthouse location is definitely a lot better than at this one.

I bought a latte, took white sugar, Went in again in a few minutes.Me: can I have more sugarMasked Woman:yes which oneMe: the regular kindMasked Woman: white?Me: yesShe turned around took a few white, looked back at me, her eyes smiled knowingly, took a few brown 🤎 too, handed them to me smiling.I smiled back at her.I loved her brown sugar in the latte.I am visiting the USA as a tourist. I will always remember the smile of her eyes on her glowing coffee brown skin every time I think of coffee and sugar.
