Well that was interesting. I have never had it take about 10-15 minutes to get a bottle of water? And then feel invisible as I stand there after the app said my order is ready? I normally give some kind of tip, and they did not seem that busy to me? If this was my very first experience with Starbucks I would never come back. Very disappointing.

The workers were nice but my coffee tasted like they put out cigarettes in it. Ive been to this Starbucks 2 times in 1 week and both times it tasted like garbage. Wont be back. I ordered the same drink at 3 other Starbucks and the drink tasted normal. Avoid this Starbucks.

We ordered inside. It took forever for them to make our 3 drinks & 2 of them were terrible. The hot chocolate was disgusting and the Chai I got tasted like warm milk. I would have tried to get my money back but I waited at the cash register for awhile before anyone took my order even though there was a guy standing right there, so it didn’t seem worth it. Terrible services, terrible drinks.

I had a very bad experience at this location. My wife and I stopped in with our baby on a drive back from Julian. The barista very nicely let us use the restroom before ordering because we needed to change our sons diaper. First, there is no diaper changing table in the restroom so I had to hold my baby while my wife changed him. This took several minutes. We had just finished up when the same barista banged loudly on the door for us to get out. Very startled we opened the door immediately. Apparently another customer needed to use the restroom. This was news to us because they hadnt knocked and instead opted to have the barista kick us out. My wife and I told the barista she didnt have to bang on the door. She startled our baby and made him upset. Instead of apologizing she told us we had been in there for 20 minutes (we hadnt) and that she had only stay as long as we had because of the baby. I told her she still didnt have to scare my son like that and that no one had knocked to say they were waiting. She then proceeded to yell at us to get out and to leave. We left and will never come back. A very very poor experience and terrible service.

So I ended up with a lot of stars and went in to buy drinks for my entire office. It was a pretty big order. Didnt take long and I was walking out with eight drinks and a breakfast sandwich for me. Took less than ten minutes, and everyone kept a smile on their face and was very positive behind that counter.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location.For the past 3 visits long lines, understaffed.Lobby’s closed.The baristas are very rude.They forget your order and get it wrong then have the nerve to ask for a Tip?You question what your getting and they get upset and roll there eyes well guess what I won’t be coming back to this one better off down the road in Santee.

Personally I really like the strong coffee. Its strong without being too bitter. But then again, I am a regular coffee drinker. The food and treats look good and the few i have had are good. I appreciate the friendly staff and consistency of the product.

I just got my hot chocolate and i throw it because it was without sugar i couldn’t drink it, if they don’t use sugar in coffee or in hot chocolates they fear if someone has A diabetic, they have to ask a costumer do you want sugar?! And then they have to use sugar or not.

Had a weird experienceI was making a call in the sun outside and felt like I needed water. I had been working at Starbucks with my service dog since about 9amOnce I asked for water I waited about 7-10 minutes while I saw them shaking up Frappuccino’s and making complex drinks.I then said, hey just checking on the water “sorry to bother you” and they responded “it’s in the queue” which is laughable because I go to Starbucks in La Jolla and Del Mar where they just hand it to you.How does it make sense to wait on a water pour…and make more complicated drinks in front of a thirsty customer?Also, since I didn’t “order” at the register, how do I know as a customer, that I’m in a “queue”.Then the person who poured the water for me said “do you not see the water coming out?” Not sure what that was about. A very convenient location, easy access, good parking. Moderately busy, staff was alert to all guests coming in the store. We were having our car serviced close by, hence, our time to sit & have a nice breakfast at this location, and i cant help but observe the store interior looking a bit worn and tired...possibly needs a fresh coat of paint & a restroom updating. The staff is accommodating and courteous, got our drinks & breakfast sandwiches in no time. I am a rewards member solely for my loyalty to Starbucks!!

They don’t seem to follow the recipes cause the caramel ribbon crunch frap here has tasted like cinnamon, and sometimes it is pale and doesn’t come with the coffee flavor it usually has?? They don’t really fulfill requests either so it’s a waste of money to come here. The one off winter gardens blvd is the better Starbucks, I’d go there instead.

I went in at 5:30 A.M. last week because I ran out of coffee grounds and everywhere else was closed. Dawn was super kind to voluntarily help me find the coffee grounds I would enjoy & even offered to grind them up for me. I ordered a drink and she took the time to ask & spell my name correctly, that usually never happens and there’s a million ways to spell my name & it’s always the wrong way. She hand delivered my grounds as I was waiting for my coffee to come out and had the nicest attitude and best customer service i’ve ever received. 10/10 this is my new favorite starbucks simply because of her! Warmest staff ever 💗

I really hated leaving bad review, because I love Starbucks and they always so nice to me, thats why I was so shocked and hurt that last night (9/3) for the first time ever two of the employees of this location were very rude to me. I went there around 10:30 pm at their drive through. First they gave me my iced coffee without my straw. It happened. I understand, theyre only human. But when I mentioned I ordered two items, he said he only got one, he couldve said in nicer way. Only when I pointed in my cup that it clearly showed 2 items then he believed me. Then a woman employee came to the window and asked what I order. I told her it was an egg, again she could ask me in nicer way, but she was very rude, basically half yelling at me. I think at this point my mobile order probably has finally shown in their computer, because she finally lower her tone down, when she told me that it was in the oven now. Still I didnt hear any apologies from both the employees for being rude and being late! Ive been coming to this Starbucks for almost everyday. Im their everyday customer, so its saddened me to being treated this way. Not that Im deserved better than anyone else. However, I still have hope they probably just had a bad time with previous customer, but somehow they decided to take it out on me, which is not an excuse, but I hope this wont happen again.

Worst Starbucks ever! The last 2 times I’ve been there their drive thru took 30 minutes!!! I thought the first time was a fluke so I tried it again and it took another 30 minutes. There was 1 car ahead of me to pull into the drive thru line so it wasn’t that busy and they don’t take online orders so a 30 minute drive thru wait is unacceptable. The fact that I have enough time to even write this while waiting in the drive thru is unacceptable.

Not the friendliest of crew and thats really a big letdown. Management really needs to hire staff that is really friendly. The huge plus about this location is that its open 24 hours a day at the drive-thru. Three stars because the crew here isnt the friendliest and they may come off as agitated or disturbed by your presence at the drive-thru. I dont recommend a tip unless the friendliness and customer service is there otherwise dont tip them.

Just moved into the area and this starbucks is easy to jump off the freeway and back on. Problem is....terrible customer service. 3 times now Ive waited over 20 minutes with one or two cars in front. All 3 times waited at the window for at least 5 minutes. When I asked about the wait the woman basically shoved my drink at me and said have a nice day. Then crammed the window shut. Today my drink was terrible so I decided its time for a bad review.

Staff is extremely friendly but thats where it stops. I leave for work at 3 a.m. when theres not a lot of people around. This Starbucks three times has filled my order wrong which is a simple venti black coffee Light Ice. Theyve been completely out of coffee one time. And numerous times Ive been the only person in line and it takes 5 minutes to get my venti black coffee with light ice but only after they asked what did I order then it takes another 3 minutes.

I am over starbucks. 3 times in a row my drinks haven’t been made correctly. I have been to different locations and they never consistant. So i ordered a Tentra Mango Dragon fruit Refresher with LIGHT WATER and 4 scoops of dragilon fruit pieces. The drink was way too watered down. They definitely did not add the extra scoops i requested. I had already left before tasting it and did not want to drive back to get it remade since gas is not that cheap right now. Will not continue to purchase their products.

I went there this morning got my drink it. I got my drink based off the picture and the picture didnt appear to have coffee added to the vt chs prl frp so I wanted to ask if it was supposed to and I tried to call the cashier the widow was open but she cut me off and walked away..... I know she heard me I guess she thought I would just drive away or something but naw and then the other lady helped me answered my question and I left. I dont pay 6 dollars for a drink to get sorry customer service I know it is early in the morning but that lady needs to step her game up or not deal with customers at all in the morning period. I am so disappointed with the store. I go to this location 5 days a week and lately I have gotten the wrong drink 2-3 times out of the week. It starts off at ordering at the drive thru. I have to repeat my order 2-3 times. Its not a hard order. Venti Latte with soy. I have gotten it with almond milk, regular milk, with no coffee (just warm milk). I have even gotten drinks where the cup is only half full. I understand that Starbucks has a policy that will give you a free drink if they mess yours up, but it is really annoying to have to call or go back and point out that they made a mistake. I go early in the morning when there are not very many people there. I would completely understand if they were super busy and got drinks wrong but not when there are 2 cars in front of me and maybe a handful of people inside. I am definitely going to find another location that is on my way to work.

Ive come to this location at least 30 times. It used to be good, standard Starbucks quality. Last night was horrible though. Went through the drive through, good service, but the coffee was so watered down, both my wife and I agreed that any gas station makes better coffee. The low quality totally contradicts the brand image. This seems to be an increasingly common problem at certain franchises. Managers cutting corners and driving customers away. Its a shame to see an extremely profitable company known for overpriced coffee screwing over their customers to make more by selling an inferior product.

This location cannot make a drink right the first time. Literally I have gone here over ten times and never once have they not had to remake my drink. Today I finally leave a review because they made my drink incorrectly and then the remade it wrong again. Seriously check your order if you go to this location because odds are it will be totally wrong. I also only order a iced mocha with no whip, its not a complicated beverage and most the time the tag on it says the right thing its just filled with something else everytime. Every other Starbucks can make it just fine but for some reason this location cant focus enough to do their jobs.

No matter how many chances I give this location.. they always mess something up. Both in the drive through and inside. If I go inside and order two drinks I always get the second one up to 8 minutes after my 1st drink is complete no matter how many people are inside. This even happened at 630 am one morning when it was myself and 2 other people in the store and nobody in the drive through. If I go in the drive through I have to go back inside every time to have my drink remade. There was even a time one of the baristas tried to argue that my drink was made properly. The other thing is if I order a bagel its always burnt! There have been other issues but according to the barista I spoke to it all depends on who rings you up and the manager. This store is extremely close to my house so stopping on the way to work is very convenient, especially with the drive through. Since I moved this way in March Ive gone to this location at least 10 times, spread out and have had an issue every time. I dont really understand why I have had so many issues. Ive been to MANY starbucks and my mother worked for starbucks for many years and this particular store is the only one Ive continually had issues with. I am posting this not to give a bad name, but in hopes that they can fix the problem. I am sure one customer isnt a huge deal, but the number of times Ive had issues I wouldnt be surprised if other people have them as well.

Ive never complained about the customer service until now. I live close by so I stop in all of the time to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I always order it without cheese and they have never once got my order correct, but it never really made me upset or anything until recently. 2 days ago I went through the drive thru to order a pumpkin latte. For some reason I was asked if I wanted to try it with almond milk. I said, No thanks. Im really allergic to almonds. Im not sure how they messed that up but I was given almond milk in my latte anyway. Needless to say I spend the next 12 hours in the ER. I will never go back to this starbucks. I asked for 2 mango dragon fruit but he had run out and did not have enough for 2 drinks he said he can make the drinks with less dragon fruit but more lemonade and if I dont like it he can make me new drinks. I hesitate to give them even one star .. they dont deserve it .. I paid for a sandwich and it wasnt a busy day .. there was bunch of them at the bar just doing nothing and I was waiting someone to warm my sandwich until they put it back with the rest in the fridge.. It was ok, there were two Batistas that were really nice one guy his name was Caleb, but I can not remember the other one. I got a Carmel Farappiccino, and then I got my refill. The guy that I do not remember his name, the computer was not ringing it up so he just put it regular. Then when I went up for my second refill before I even scanned my gold card Caleb, He did my drink for me. He was awsome. They were both really nice. (I think they work on Wednesday around 5:00)

If you order anything slightly modified through the drive through (e.g. no milk, sub soy), be prepared to wait while the teens behind the counter make 3 or 4 attempts to fulfill your order. I usually order a Trenta unsweetened coffee for me and a couple kids chocolate soy milks (3 total) and every other time Im given a single coffee with chocolate mixed in instead. Nice people, but I think they copied off their neighbors tests in barista school.
