Closed for dine in/ pick up without notice (during open hours), caused a CRAZY line for drive through, got awfully tasted drinks.Ordered on the app without knowing it, when arrived the door was locked, leaving the drive through for orders and pick ups. Had to get in the drive through line for almost half hour to get melted drinks. Even though they re-blended the drink, melted drinks were tasted awfully plain. BTW, I’ve had an experience that another location offered to make a new one for late pick up.This location is definitely NOT recommended!Open the door for pick ups, or leave a window for it! At least, notice the situation on the app so that people won’t be sitting in the car for melted drinks!

Its embarrassing, how can they serve you half a cup of coffee when you paid for a full one.I was dissatisfied with my drink, I asked for a remake and the barista,manager and cashier refused to remake it because “that’s how they were trained to make the drink” i thought the starbucks policy is that if you’re dissatisfied with your drink, you can ask for a remake with no issues. employees really need some training and attention. And the worst thing of all is that none of the three baristas offered me any solution, or a refund. I wouldnt leave any stars if I could

Second time we have stopped at the new location. Service is horrible! Place is a mess. Servers have no idea what they are doing. And today the are out of “Mocha” for your drink. The old small location was much better. We won’t stop again. We will stop at the one down the street. Sad!!

The location is wrong. If you follow the google maps, look on the other side of the road to locate this place. It’s in the frontof Home depot.Overall the service is very similar to other Starbucks locations.

I was so excited they made this Starbucks into a drive thru and couldnt wait to try it! Upon arriving the line was long but we didnt mind it, after waiting for about 10 minutes the first car about four cars ahead of us finally started to order. When it was our chance to get to the ordering screen our cashier had her mic on and was talking to other customers and to her co- worker about another employee I presume about not coming to work?!! And that someone should text him! We told her hey we can hear you and your mic is on lol. After finally ordering and arriving to the window our cashier had horrible customer service there was no good afternoon how are you or anything. She scanned my Starbucks app and gave us one of our food items. She gave us our drinks a few minutes later and they were made wrong 😑 unfortunately! I let her know our drinks didnt have the extra caramel drizzle we ordered and she said well can I just give it to you in another cup 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I thought that was hilarious and just said no thank you! Our drinks were not made right either and were terribly blended and tasted only like ice and milk! For such a beautiful location and building this Starbucks needs to retrain all staff and bounce back even better! You have the Potential to Succeed!!!!!!!!!

Nice new location.Service is the worst I have ever encountered at Starbucks.Stood at the counter for 5 minutes without acknowledgement. Finally ordered on mobile app and drinks took 10 minutes longer than app estimated.That would normally be fine but there were employees literally standing around doing nothing. No one in drive thru.

I ordered drinks at 5pm and went thru drive thru to pick it up took me 30min just to get to the speaker and then got to the window another 15min later the girl told me to just park and come in. I feel like once you knew i was in the drive-thru, they should make the order and not make you go sit in another line. This location is usually a little slow, but this is really ridiculous. On top of that once the drinks were ready 2 of them were made incorrectly

I thought i was the only one with an issue with this store boy was I wrong.would always order my venti white mocha with no ice and it would always be an issue. “ next time order a grande” next time upgrade the starbucks app to be able to pay for extra milk how about that? and to the girl that said “ customers be trying to scam” with the no ice option nobody likes watery strong coffee once again.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my app order, a simple ice tea. The store did not seem to be busy though others around me were complaining about wait times. When I received the drink I discovered they added lemonade by mistake. They re-made the drink and then eat it on the back prep counter. I watched as they moved on to other orders. It took me a while to get their attention to ask them to set my drink on the customer counter. What a mess this store is Not a single apology. The worst part is my ice tea was very water down. My least favorite tea and Starbucks experience of all time. I would like a refund for sure.

Coffee was good when it’s open. It is the most unreliable Starbucks I’ve been to. Two weeks in a row, it was not open in the morning because someone didn’t come to work on time. I had to find another coffee shop at 7am.

Its probably my go-to starbucks in Fremont. The only thing is their food is often out of stock, especially the breakfast options. The customer service here is amazing. Their staff is extremely friendly and always greeting with a friendly smile.

Starbucks at this location on Hugo Terrace - Store 6551-63799 is one of the best Starbucks!!! I order online just about everyday and the early morning opening staff is top-notch exceptional!!! my order is always correct - ready and never had any issues with anything here. THE SUPER EARLY CREW is always friendly - happy and engages with their customers on first name basis!!! i love this team and appreciate each and every one of them - even going in at different times - the whole crew at this location is the best!!!

Very disappointed with this location. A young lady named maya messed up my wifes drink not once, but THREE times. It was empty and no rush but after the 3rd mistake my wife was so upset and just walked out with a poorly made drink. Simple things were overlooked and the barista didnt seem to care much. This morning went to get coffee just after 6am. I was handed the coffee that was fresh brewed, I had waited for it to finish. The coffee was barely warm. I told the barista she asked the other one what happened. They gave me another Pike brew this time barely any hotter. This is the 2nd time in a month with hot coffee being cold and the staff has no clue. It appears all orders this morning were not hot.Avoid this place and give your money to a different Starbucks if you must.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks since the pandemic started and my regular one closed. Its clean and the social distancing stuff is clearly marked. Mobile orders come up quickly and the line usually moves pretty well if you order in person. This also makes a nice alternative if the line at the Auto Mall drive through is packed.

Barista was friendly and asked if I liked the drink that I have never ordered before. I like when some baristas actually engage in small talk with the customers and not like other baristas that just thinks your order is complicating, has an attitude, and just dont care about the customers. I like staff that knows how to put good customers service first.

My absolute favorite location!!!The staff are awesome!!! My drinks are always great. Great service. Lines can be a little long but the wait isnt long at all. The workers and know what their doing, friendly and quick. I have no complaints. Im always happy when I visit this location.

Normally we like Starbucks, they are a great stop for a bathroom break and a treat for the kids. I’ve seen third world bathrooms that are cleaner than this location’s. When we inquired about toilet paper, we were met with “uhhh...” blank stares. It tells me that they aren’t that clean in the kitchen too. Just gross.
