This is the BEST Starbucks in the area! They always have the nicest staff that my kids love to say hi to and wave at, and the coffee is always the perfect combination of everything I love about coffee. This location alone makes me want to treat myself to coffee more frequently.

I went there today (Tuesday) at 7:12pm since Google Maps says they close at 7:30pm. They will not answer in the drive-thru. Then, I went up to the window, and they were there, and they would not even open the window. I kept saying people are in line (3 cars behind me), and after I tapped at the window, they would just signal from the inside, saying they were closed. There is a reason why people are in line; if Google Maps says they are open until 7:30pm, then I was expecting the service to be open until that time. If not, they will need to update it. It is sort of rude of them not even to open the window. They even avoided me until I tapped on the window a couple of times(they clearly saw me when I drove up to the window and stood there).

Kinda disappointed with my order. I specifically asked for a hot drink and they make it cold, then my sandwich, all the insides came out into the bag, they put the avocado dip at the bottom of the sandwich which was a mess. I hate to complain, but your employees need to listen better. If a person asks for a hot drink give them a hot drink.I couldnt enjoy my meal.

Me and my grandmother have continued to try this place over the past year but they continue to mess up our drinks. They either mess up the tea that they put in or don’t put as many pumps that we paid extra for. We thought it would get better but it’s hit or miss. One time we went back for them to fix the drink and it was still bad the second time.I haven’t had a rude experience but I can’t say it was amazing either. They don’t greet us at the windows until we they are handing us the drink. So I would give that a 3/5 as well.Although the one down the street (Starbucks on Cirby and riverside) is fantastic! They are super super energetic and sweet. They make our drinks 10/10 every time. Even though it’s more of a drive for us I think we will be going there because we’re tired of spending 15+ just to get then drinks ruined.

This is probably the Starbucks that I most frequently visit, since its closest to where I live. The Baristas are generally friendly, sometimes entusiastic, sometimes low-key, but rarely grumpy. Coffee-wise, its what youd expect at most Starbucks you go to; overpriced, and addictive. Id recommend this particular store, since its in a super convenient location, and has a drive-thru. It does get really busy in the morning, though, so be prepared for a wait & dont go if youre in a rush. 🙂☕

I go in here almost every morning and the staff isnt always nice. the staff tends to goof off during the mornings when people are trying to get to work. they want you to come work for their team, but dont know how to have teamwork once your employed. seems like every one for themselves. was banned from this store because i complained about the lack teamwork while one person is making drinks there are two people standing around dancing. I spoke with the managers there and they seem to condone this behavior since i was the one told not to come back. so if you want to be apart of a functional team dont apply here. or if you want to get to work on time, this isnt the store for you either.

The staff here are very good. Ive never honestly had a messed up order in the year I have been going here. Also, the lounge was swept and cleaned every hour while I was there to study. They also are kind enough to support my photography endeavor a while back. Overall this place deserves the 5 stars and even with the fierce competition out there for coffee the staff of this place is unbeatable.

Starbucks was fine. The cashier was really nice. I used to be a barista for the company and the thing I hate most, I can tell when effort was not put into a drink. My espresso shots tasted old and the flavor wasnt that great in my drink. Its a shame when getting drinks out the window is more important than quality.

Normally a decent place to visit...just dont expect to be able to go into the store 15-20 minutes before the posted closing time. The doors are locked and staff will ignore you if you try to get their attention.

When I tried to ask about the change, the Barista was unfriendly and in a rush to get to the next customer. Too bad. I was making this routine stop on the way home.

I go here often because its close to my workplace. The drive through line is super long all the time (which is no big deal most of the time), but sometimes when I order a refresher they put 2x the normal syrup and I can not drink it. Waste of 5$ and 45 minutes+ gas.

I love Starbucks I think there drinks and baked goods are delightful and I love there sandwiches because they come warm. The only thing I would say they should start doing again is heating up there marshmallow dream bars, I know they cant because it has to be sealed though. Anyway I think you would love it here and you should visit sometime its also a good place to hang out and talk with someone

The employees are nice and competent.Half of the time I have entered this Starbucks I have turned around and left.This Starbucks is always understaffed, the tables and chairs are dirty, the floors are dirty, even the counter where you pick up your beverage and food is dirty. Everything is dirty. They are so understaffed and over whelmed that they don’t have time to.be nice to the guests nor each other. Have the lead with the headset bark at employees makes you feel uncomfortable.Don’t even think about going through the drive-through because it’s always backed up 10 cars deep and out in the street. Starbucks, if you are listening, you are about to get your butt kicked by Dutch Brothers in this region !!

Friendly, efficient and accurate!! With the emphasis being on friendly!! I discovered this Starbucks location while being in the area for an appointment about 3 months ago. Its in Roseville and Im in Natomas, but Ive continued to go out of my way to come to this particular location. Shawn at the drive-thru window in the mornings has to be one of the most amazing Baristas Ive ever encountered! After only a couple of visits she knew my drink and my name as soon as I started to order at the window. Pretty darned impressive!! The other staff Ive encountered here have also been very friendly and accommodating as well, always taking care to make sure my special request for not shaken is being done correctly and on the rare occasion when it was not, they caught it before they handed it to me and had it remade. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location. The management and staff are doing a great job, and I very much appreciate it!

Drive through was extremely slow. Order 2 hot drinks and egg bites. I got the 1st hot drinks I n.v and egg bites relatively quickly, then sat in line while the orderntaker made small talk for approx 6 min. I have noticed that this starbucks is very slow in getting orders out. They never seem to have enough staff or their staff in inefficient.

I drink roughly 1 latte annually. I dont frequent Starbucks. I drink mostly black drip coffee subbed with an occasional americano. Anyways I saw a giant poster for something called a Maple Pecan Latte. Wow, sounds delicious, perfect for my annual latte. I order it at the counter, they politely tell me they are out. I told them I saw an advertisement at the front door. They said they are aware that they are advertising for this drink they dont stock anymore. Why dont they take the advertisement down? I just left the store confused. Ill take my business elsewhere. Thanks for wasting 5 minutes of my day!

WOW! This was the slowest service Ive ever gotten. Sat at the pick up window for 5 mins waiting on a Mocha. Watched 4 elderly women employees lean against the counter and chit chat while I waited. The employees here are all very nice, but the service is terrible. I ordered a flat white, which should be a shot of espresso and an equal part streamed milk. They made me a latte, with about 10 oz of milk. I asked them to just put a little milk into the shot, but the barista insisted on filling the cup upon remaking my drink. I dont understand why they couldnt make what I asked for...

I’ve had good and bad experience here, I guess it just depends on who is working or if they are running a special. DO NOT go to this location on a day they are running a special. Pulled up to the window and was lucky enough to listen to the woman talk about her personal life while changing the garbage (in case youre curious there was no hand washing). She turned to the window and handed me the wrong drink and when I told her it was the wrong drink she glared at me and took it back (sorry you werent paying attention?). I do not typically go to any Starbucks, especially near my home as I have a favorite one I go to regularly. I have been wanting to try the new shaken iced expressos, a chocolate one and a brown sugar one. My Starbucks has been selling out. I went to this one to try the expressos. The drive thru barista was helpful with options and i ordered a venti brown sugar variety. This is when the issues arose. The drink was not shaken. It looked like an iced machiato. I had heard the barista mention adding some heavy cream to the drink, but the whole drink was heavy cream. Of course i noticed all of this driving home. I tried to fix it once home but ended up dumping it. The only upside was earning 25 points for the drink and pumpkin loaf purchase.
