Hmmmm is this a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade? Nope!its frothy and disgusting. Bummer it went directly into the trash can. I would have asked them to remake it but they made my drink incorrect the first time. They made a dragon fruit drink. 🙄 I didnt time to wait for a 3rd drink, that was a waste of time and money.

I would not normally post on a Starbucks I mean whats the point they are everywhere. This one in particular is always on point, their drive though always moves pretty quickly, and the drinks are consistently good. Ive visited other Starbucks and not all are always good. When you spend north of $5 on a drink it should always be good. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and sometimes you find out when youre already gone. Also for the travelers on the 5 south entering Valencia there is a really easy off and on ramp here (Rye Cyn) so you can grab your fix and get right back on the road. Safe Travels

Bathrooms were a mess, hardly a place to sit in the dining room. This location was extremely busy, the wait line inside the store after ordering was unusually huge for any Starbucks. I don’t know if it was short staffed or maybe someone behind the counter was slow. Drive through seemed like they were getting their orders quickly though. It was the only Starbucks in the area… the others were by magic mountain or inside a Vons.

Solid Starbucks in terms of efficiency. Lots of people coming in and out throughout the day due to the proximity to the gas station and I-5. Dock one star since its not that great a Starbucks to camp out and get work done. There was only one outlet that I saw (its in the very corner of the store), the seating isnt very comfortable, and the floor kind of slopes underneath the table/chair near the outlet.

One of my favorite locations. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They listen and make sure they have your order to satisfaction. Right now pumpkin spice drinks are out. Oh boy sorry had to drink most before taking the pic was so happy for the season 😇

I dont know whose idea this new floor plan was but, it was definitely not the brightest. Why would you turn it into a walk-up window and a drive-thru? Whats the plan when it starts raining? Now everyone has to go through the drive-thru causing long lines and wait times in this little area. That drive-thru line gets so long as it is and whats up with the window being so low and short? I get why its low, but why am I only 55 and have to crouch down to look at someone in the eye? Apparently, a lot of customers are complaining and your employees morale is low now that they have to hear everyone complain. Definitely not a welcoming environment anymore, not the smartest plan. Another issue, I used to be able to walk in grab my drink and go. Now I gotta wait for everyone ahead to get their life together…..

This Starbucks is open to come in but a little small so just keep that in mind. They also like all places require a facemask and marked places for social distancing. Very cute inside and they made our Frappuccinos perfectly! :D

Stopped by this store around 5:30 am. Saw that it was supposed to be open. Lights were on inside and out. Waited for 7 minutes in the drive thru. No one every took our order and I went around and parked. Doors were locked and saw no one inside. We had to be somewhere and checked the hours before we went. If you are in a hurry, do not stop here. Also, change your open hours online if you are not open!!!!

Stopped in the evening for a caffeine boost during a long drive to North county San Diego from Medford, Oregon (did it in 12 hrs with stops). Behind the gas station but easy to see the sign from the street. It looked closed but they were open. Service was fast and friendly. They share a bathroom located next door and it was clean and spacious. Easy off and on the freeway for us heading south on the I -5.

Saturday crew is awesome . The sunday crew screws up my coffee order every time i ve decided to stop my starbucks run on sundays because of it . There are literally so many wonderful people here that deserve so much praise!!! They are so hard working, and genuinely the most amazing humans I encounter! They all should be awarded raises, a gold star, sticker, plaques and trophies! We may not have those in our disposal as we pass by the drive thru, but one way we can show them how much their hard work is appreciated and valued is by TIPPING! seriously guys! customer service is a thankless job, and the staff is so kind, every time I come to this location, my day shifts to a better one, not just because they cater to my addiction, but truly because of the team that work so hard every day in and out. Please forgive me if I misspell / miss a few of their names, Ill update more when I can, Im literally on lunch trying to type this out! You know! Starbucks has been on and off lately I dont know if it has to do with the pandemic or just a lack of training to hire employees to do labor and hard work.. I go in Starbucks and order a specific drink and instead of doing it correctly they will give me what I did not ask for and supply less shots of coffee than I asked for and also would give me decaf instead of Caffeinated coffee.

This particular one in Valencia is a step above, they go out of their way no matter how busy they are to ensure you are happy with your order!! Since we only are able to go to drive thru Starbucks during the virus days, I had to visit this one. Yesterday I pulled up and the guy comes through the speaker “shalom, your speaking to the greatest”. I thought strange.But today when I pulled up the same exact thing happened, “shalom, your speaking to the greatest”. My question is, how the hell is a manager allowing this to happen or is this guy the manager?I’m sure Starbucks corporate doesn’t know this is going on. Or do they?

Not enough room to sit down like other locations. If it were not for the good service, I would give it 2 stars. It was cold where I sat and also uncomfortable. Food quality is always above reproach but I just did not have a good service experience. I left and ended up at a much more comfortable location. Unfortunately, it wasnt Starbucks. I will not likely return.

Staff not wearing masks, but won’t touch my reusable travel mug. They’re far more likely to get COVID by not wearing masks than by touching my mug. I’m more likely to get COVID from a wasted paper mug that’s been sitting in the cafe for however many hours.The coffee was mediocre. Their “blonde” roast is over roasted.

I have been disillusioned with Starbucks as a whole as of late. I feel like the company has gotten so large that it cant fail and because of that the quality and the standards of excellence have gone down. Overpacked over ran and Attention gets diverted because of so many customers and the overload of orders sometimes it causes the employees to mess up orders and not give you the right right drinks that the customers order if I pay $10 for a coffee vanilla blonde latte with 5 add hots the employee Will only give me 3 shots with an overload of syrup which causes my drink to be ruined

My beverage was watered down. I was really just passing through on the way to San Diego so I did not go back. While I was there a Barista was sweeping the floor, and swept dirt over my feet. I asked her why she did that and she ignored me. It was very rude of her. This was Sunday, July 19th. Next time I am in Valencia I definitely will choose another Starbucks location.

Seriously the slowest Starbucks ever. They move as slow as molasses. In my picture I haven’t taken a drink and it’s not even full. Don’t bother going inside they are even slower. This location is a really small Starbucks inside the Shell station. It has a drive-thru which is probably the way to go. The location is right off the freeway, so its convenient to get to when traveling south on the I-5. However, going in to the store is a hassle, particularly in the mornings as the morning commuting crowd is in there to get their cup of jo. Avoid this one in the morning and go to the one off Magic Mountain parkway.

Beware of camille. Shes tells lies on why they cant break a $100. This Starbucks and others give me change all the time, only when I do a walk in they magically cant break the bill. When im in the drive thru, even at 6 am, they have no problem. She is rude and doesnt make the attempt to try and help a customer in need of their frappuccino and sandwich. Starbucks would rather lose $13 dollars than go the extra length to help me.

This Starbucks boasts easy to find parking and a large area for seating - we were able to find seating for a group of 12 because they have a large L-shaped bench seat with tables. Lattes, mochas and blonde roast were all excellent!

This particular Starbucks I dont care too much for..the service is adequate...I was there yesterday and ordered my favorite Cool Lime Refresher and the barista advised me that they disconntinued that flavor and replaced it with the new mango refresher! Boy was i soooo bummed..because that is my all time fav drink! Well she did let me sample the new mango..it was ok..but nowhere as tasty as the cool lime..she neglected to tell me it was at just THIS location they discontinued the cool lime...other Starbucks were still serving it...not cool..because i was going around all day sad thinking I could never have that again..I went to another Starbucks the next morning and ordered my fav! 😄...( does anyone remember the Valencia Orange Refresher that was discontinued years ago?
