OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Great! Did a mobile order for p/u. Drinks were made as ordered.AMBIANCE: Not a lot of tables for indoor seating. Small outdoor patio seating.ORDERED:- Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha- Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte with Lavender Cream Cold Foamthe cold foam was a decent amount, compared to other Starbucks, where it was lacking.SERVICE: Didnt interact with anyone, but my order was correct and prompt!PARKING: The parking lot here is awful!

I cant understand why they wrote my name on the cup as “Sebra”. I told the staff My name is Isabel 😂They were unwelcoming, and hazelnut oat-shaken espresso tasted horrible. Hazelnut oat-shaken espresso is my go-to drink, so I know what it is supposed to taste like. Don’t go here.

I love that you can place an order before you arrive. And the pick up is a breeze. The barista are so friendly and nice. Theyve always been so nice that I have to leave a tip every time I stop by. They deserve it! The grilled cheese is now one of my faves to order. This place gets pretty busy. But most people are in and out so quick.

This place? This is one of the pimpest of Starbucks that exists. Staff is more or less friendly, the bathroom is clean, and the service is for the most part, quick. Its a good little place to finish your day off at. Keep in mind though it gets a lot of traffic being where it is so its a decent place to watch the world fo by, if you know what I mean.

I usually come in early to pick up coffee as they open early. This location is on my way to work, and it is convenient. There is a small parking lot. Staff is always friendly even though it is early in the morning. They are also very helpful. Drink is decent. Will continue to support this location.

Never an empty seat inside here. The patio tends to be dirty with weird things in the bushes (like random womens shoes). Friendly service, but overall kind of a gross Starbucks location.

Came here to get my coffee and study i ne had i had and issue wit coming here brought my fur baby the girls are always noce to him michael saw me walk in with my fur baby as im ordering i can see he had a discomfort face towards him his costumer service was not so great made me feel uncomfortable to even order as im walking he comes to tell me me and my fur baby cant be inside horrible as a fur momma never had a i walked imto a Starbucks feeling so unwelcome and the guy dodnt even wanna give us our food had us waiting till the girl handed it and apologized

I like this store on Fremont and Huntington a lot better than the others. They have great customer service (thats a big thing for me) and they always have the best frappes, I swear. I came from out of town and was looking for a good coffee shop. After trying a few local small businesses with slow service and poor/over priced product I came to this Starbucks.The staff was super friendly, asking how my day was. Even through their mobile app showed they were out of peppermint latte, she was able to procure one for me.The service was quick and the drink was great. Enjoyed it outside with their outside seating. They have parking there as well which made it helpful.

As a health care worker that frequently gets caffeine to help start there day. This place is by far the best Starbucks Ive been to. Calling there regulars by a first name basis and giving the best customer service I have ever seen!!! These Baristas remember my order and give it the best TLC. I feel like my drink is always consistent and they always ask if its perfect. This location has a bunch of all stars and I hope it never changes. Mad shout out to these heroes.

Ordered through the app. My order was ready after 6 minutes (the time frame given after I placed my order was 6-8 minutes). The inside of the store was very clean, and there were clear markers on the floor to help with social distancing. The friendly barista at the counter for mobile orders welcomed me as soon as I walked in and quickly handed my order to me after asking for my name. One of the best Starbucks stores Ive been to.

This place had two bathrooms, now it has only one, and instead of at least making it larger they made the restroom smaller, as if we did something to deserve that 😒.The baristas, if they can be called that, are constantly watching what customers add to their orders on half and half and condiments, as if the place was constantly short on supplies or something, VERY uncomfortable feeling, not to mention the rude service and attitude of the baristas and the customers, it feels more like a private club where if youre not one of the in crowd youre not getting recognized or something.Definitely not a place Id recommend if you dont know anyone there or plan to relax for a pleasant afternoon, youd be better off at a McDonalds somewhere, ANYWHERE, rather than this location 😔😔😔

Wkdays are not overcrowded. First Starbucks I have not seen any homeless and random loiters around inside or outside. Staff are super friendly. Great amount of tables and space for those wifi junkies, workers, studiers. Free parking lot.

I never do reviews but I got the salted caramel cold brew and it tasted like a mc Donald’s ice coffee. I always order this drink and never have I gotten one this wrongly made.. it tasted watered down the first sip. and they put way too much ice to begin with .. such a disappointment they don’t even know their own ingredients for a drink and didn’t think someone would notice. Lol I didn’t have time to go back and tell them since I was already in my car and on my way to work. But they really know how to not make drinks lol ...

Good service and a terrific cup of coffee. Great place for a late afternoon or early evening cup of coffee. Although it is located at a busy intersection parking can be found on the side street. I sometimes come here to read and relax after a long day at work.

Super stoked my boy Xander works here and transferred from the Arroyo parkway location. Hes one of the very few Starbucks staff members that just likes to have a conversation. Not as typical for a corporate place, which I enjoy.Ill tell you why, I order under my wifes name because we use the same card. Her name is Jennifer, So every time I go pick up Starbucks, I always pick up an order for Jennifer. Well, Xander is the only person to ask me what my name is rather than do nothing or assume something else.

Coffee always deserves stars but this wasnt my favorite coffee spot. They didnt have Strawberry Acai anything, so we ordered the suggested Berry Hibiscus drink. It wasnt that good. Plus they didnt give us the usually sippy cup type lid. It came with a hamburger stand lid. We dont use straws so that lid was useless.I ordered the lower calorie Chestnut Praline Latte to go. We had plans. It wasnt till I was on my bus that I realized I was given Creme Brulee. Im sure that super sweet drink had way more calories than I intended to intake.My gift card went to waste!
