2023-12-19 00:38:20Between this Starbucks and the one nearby next to the stater bros, this one doesn’t mess up orders as much. But they still do. I’ve come to expect my drink to be bad like 40% of the time, either burnt tasting or no flavor or with the wrong milk. Every Starbucks in the area has become so careless and it’s frustrating when you’re paying 6-8$ for a drink. I don’t want to go back to any Starbucks, especially this one. What a waste of money.

2023-10-31 00:48:00Such a shame that this Starbucks location is always on point in the mornings and I have come to like the morning shift openers and the coffee being freshly brewed and made correct first time, whereas their afternoon team is either poorly trained or does not care at all. Returned my PSL twice for correction and second time handed back I knew nothing had changed and just drove off to write this review. Yeah yeah if I get like it I could’ve just made coffee at home but it’s the principal of getting it right.

2019-01-19 21:53:34It is 1:43 p.m and the lady on drive through is extremely rude. We requested blonde and she said it was not available. Therefore, we feel inclined to ask what kind of milk they have. Her response was what what do you mean milk and she said that a couple times with a RUDE tone. She made us feel simple minded so we had to lead her in the right direction and suggest almond milk or half half. Finally, she told us our options, but every time we said someth in ng she would cut us off and say is that it?Her demeanor could of been much nicer! If I am not mistaken her name is Jess.I also asked for light ice and look at it...On the bright side, our order was correct!

2023-10-03 12:29:48I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over ten years and I can’t ever brag enough about the crew here. Megan, Kim, Raul, Daniel, the OG in the back with the sandwiches. I can’t thank y’all enough for always starting my day off right. From ordering to coffee in hand - 2 min, never fails. I go to other starbucks along my route now since my schedule has changed and none of them compare to the 0500 crew at Los Alamos and the 215. Missing y’all’s perfectly made brews and positive chill vibe. -Natalie

2023-01-03 21:41:27Super friendly people and very clean and quiet! Plenty of seating.But. So. Torturously. Slow.I was in around 12:30 on a Tuesday. I was literally the only person inside and there were two cars in line…and my drink still took close to 15 minutes. I’d expect that if the store was swamped. But it wasn’t. And a handful of the barista’s were standing around in the corners chatting.I hate complaining, but just be aware that you may be waiting a while. Patience is a virtue, though!

2023-05-18 05:58:35Ok, I understand that they were close at 8:30 but I had a DoorDash order at this location. The outside door was locked, so I used the drive-thru but nobody answered. I proceeded to go up to the window. I gave them a little honk to let them know I’m here I have an order. After I blew my horn this man shook his head and proceeded to do whatever he was doing. He never came to the window and told me that they were closed.I don’t know if it’s possible but if I were them I would turn off the drive-thru menu completely blackout. If you can’t do that then block the drive thru maybe with a cone or a wet floor sign. Or how about this get a sign that says you are closed.End of the day, I ended up letting the customer know what was going on and that I was canceling the order due to a lack of not getting help from employees. Like for God’s sake, I could have had an emergency. Who knows I might have been kidnapped and needed to call 911!!!
