HORRIBLE. GIVE IT-2.A very popular place to get coffee, its convenient. I have never been to this Starbucks I just happen to be at the bank and decided I wanted an iced coffee.The young woman working was busy cleaning, and the guy that was there looked at me turned around and walked away. Switch the girl said well be with you just a moment . She gave the guy a dirty look. And kept cleaning.Its 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday, horrible traffic nothing like a great cup of coffee to pick you up! So I went to order a iced coffee the guy said to me oh were out of iced coffee quote how can you possibly be out of iced coffee at 3:30 on a Friday when its 70° outside??!There was only one person already seated with his hot coffee and no one waiting I ended up waiting about 4 minutes to get served and then they didnt have iced coffee and they didnt have any lunch boxes but thats okay with the lunch boxes because its the end of the end of the work day. The guy didnt offer any way to make iced coffee or can you wait 5 minutes while we make iced coffee nothing. I did ask if it was okay to use the bathroom. What a mess! No toilet paper no paper towels and no soap in the dispenser! Give me a break I will never return to this Starbucks

I love starbucks coffee...but today I went to meet soneon. They had already gotten theirs and were at a table outside. I wanted some change to pay him what I owed him . When I went to cashier she said I had to buy something t ol get change.She couldnt open her register without a sale. So I said Id buy a banana. It was $ 1.25. She sold me this banana..I asked if they had another. this o e was over ripe. She said thats all they had.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! I work in customer service and I can honestly say they do an exceptional job with their customers. Shout out to Jeci who took my order and asked about my baby when he notice my daughters baby picture on my phone screen. To Omar who made my coffee and offered my stoppers for my warm drinks. Also to Stephanie for not just saying good morning once but twice. Lovely staff 💗

If you are a coffee lover don’t bother going here. Rather go to the one down the street on March lane. Better service and better coffee. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken. Can’t even taste the brown sugar all you taste is milk and ice.

Unbelievably dirty. Full trash cans inside, trash and water or some liquid on the floor, that I had to walk through for pick up. Dirty tables. Spilled coffee beans, grinds, and whipped cream visible behind the machine and clear partition. Low product offerings- several items were out of stock. However, the staff was courteous and kind.

It is always a hit and miss with these people. Every coffee I order they know how to mess it up! I pay you money to make my coffee it’s not hard to add things to the drink. How many times does an individual have to go back inside to ask for what they were suppose to add??! These people do not pay attention to what you say they just make it and go without hearing what the customer wants. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere to people that can listen.

They’re so kind! My mom and I were shopping for the frosted $3 cups and they helped us with deals for other cups as well. We bought 4 various cups and only spent $28! The workers were amazing and even offered us water after buying 😭 I loved the whole atmosphere!

The service is good, and they call out the names when an order is ready, nice and clearly even for those who may not hear to well.The location is good, but it is a little to small for the location as they are across from Delta College, and I did notice that some of the people seated at some of the few tables that they do have looked like they are students from Delta College or could be from UOP.

Very small no drive through, but makes the Batista able to interact more personally with the customers. They get to know the regulars names and orders. It is kept clean, lots of options for drinks and warm, cold or snack foods. They have healthy options also. Very quick service, and they have wifi

My friend and I went into this location for the first time last night and the girl that attended us was not friendly at all. She was impatient and didnt even give us our receipt, just walked away before we even finished paying with card. I asked for soymilk because I am lactose intolerant but apparently she didnt use soymilk because I became super sick a couple hours after drinking my java chip. We dont even want to go there again specially if shes serving. Which sucks because wed like to spend more time at Barnes and noble.

Just came in for the first time, and everyone working here was so kind. I only come in to get a PSL in the fall and a few times at Christmastime, so I have trouble remembering Starbucks-specific lingo. The cashier told me I could call it S, M, or L, whatever i liked and not to worry about memorizing their sizing. It made me feel really comfortable, and we had a nice conversation. Thanks for the good PSL!

This Starbucks is located in the Weberstown mall parking lot. Its pretty cool inside, a little smaller then other locations in town. The customer service is pretty cool and the drinks are awesome. Ive been coming to this location since 2012 and still love this little hidden gem.

I just left from this location. I asked the young man working at the cash register if I could have something hot close to a caramel Frap. He said, a caramel macchiato . When we paid for the order, and picked up our drinks, I tried the drink before leaving and it wasn’t very sweet. I asked for a caramel shot, and the Asian girl behind the counter rudely replied, “it’s not suppose to be sweet anyway”. And then I asked for my moms shot as well, she looked at us so rudely and we said “thank you” and left. Her customer service was outrageous. She completely hates her job.

I walk in to this crappy place, buy 2 of Bluetooth cups,AN ORGINAL RECEIPT was NEVER given. Only a duplicate. figured out it it’s not what my wife wanted went back to return them and these AHOLES. Called security on me and told me they won’t take them back when the girl JEN specifically remembers me buying them and not the duplicate situation. GO FLY A KITE. You scum !!! They had me escorted out like trash when really it’s this company and location that’s trash. I waited 3 days to hear from Starbucks and they claimed they called and never once did I get anything. There needs to be an advocate law group overlook this they are cheating customers !!!

Lid on my drink was able to be popped off and blown away by heavy wind. This is not a issue just at one location. Starbucks has recently been putting really cheap lids on all their drinks as of late. 3rd time one of them has popped off and cause a spill. This recent one I wasnt even back to my car before it popped off. Im done going here for coffee.
