Friendliest staff and this is the only Starbucks that Ive seen that gives sample drinks Ive never tasted one but I love that I could if I wanted to try it today it was a pistachio something looked yummy. Plus they greet you by your name which sounds weird but now I like it

I was from out of the area and the employees made me feel right at home! I enjoyed very much every day of my 5 day visit to Fremont CA and they were Quick!The manager and the Starbucks company should applaud the store.You Starbucks Coffee LOVERS if you want Great *Friendly *Service Go to Santa Teresa off Mission Blvd!

It was a rainy day and I craved Starbucks toasted white chocolate mocha. I also ordered strawberry and Oreo cookies cake pop and cranberry pastry. It was delicious, and the service was great as it was a drive thru.

I personally come to Starbucks almost every week. The staff are incredibly nice and great. Today, I ordered a Soy Bean Latte and I didn’t mean to get it hot. The employees were generous and gave me a free cold Soy Bean Latte. I love these people.

Best staff in town. Huge kudos to all of them. Remember your preferences and have perfect crafted orders out fast and super consistent.Despite Covid, the outside seating area is nice with great view towards the hills.

Staff is really nice, great place. Only problem is that two times now, theyve made my drink wrong :( I get an apple crisp *creme* frap and they always give me the regular one which isnt as sweet :( I understand that theyre rushing to finish drinks but pls check the labels better 👍

This place is close to where I live, and I come here after school with my friends. I really like it here, and usually the wait is short, unless there are a bunch of kids there. The food is also quality. I love it!

Nice and clean!! My order was great!! And didnt have to wait. Always wonder how come they always act shocked when i give them a tip? Thats mostly any Starbucks. I stop every time i bring my grandson to CSD(CALIFORNIA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF FREMONT) from Stockton! Everyone is always smiling and fast! Love it!!

Great neighborhood Starbucks with friendly locals and great community. Wonderful place to network, hangout and catch up with friends. They dont have much vegetarian or vegan snacks, but make sure you request for soy or almond in your coffee.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times- didn’t care for the service but wasn’t bothered about it until now. When we entered this Starbucks they didn’t even give the courtesy of saying hello to myself, my sister and the one other customer who walked in ahead of us. They blatantly ignored us- pretending to consume themselves in unwrapping some packages. There were four workers- all pretending to busy themselves. We wouldn’t have minded if we’d been acknowledged- we waited so long until finally my sister and I said let’s go- we’re not going to support this business where all four unmannered workers are working.We spend our hard-earned money that we won’t waste on workers who don’t get paid to bring their bad attitudes to the job.

Starbucks in Fremont is always an easy stop hardly any lines there. Staff is super friendly, and go out of their way to make sure your day starts off well. I ordered a medium white mocha coffee extra hot with whip it is always consistent. The problem is by the time I get to work Ive consumed it all LOL. I pretty much make this a daily stop you ought to drop in and give him a chance..

I went to this Starbucks this morning around 6:30 am today June 28th and the lady who took my order did not even say good morning and she was not smiling. She did not ask me if I want my receipt, the thing is she was really friendly with the lady who was in line before me, she shouldnt be treating customers the way she treated me. I just dont have the time to say it to her face because Im going to be late for work. Ive been in this store before and this is the first time I experienced a poor customer service. I hope the management could teach that lady some good manners if not then just let her clean the restroom or sweep the floor!!!!!

This was a first visit. The cashier taking my order, I think she heard me correctly. I repeated myself and she confirmed it. Yet, my beverage was wrong. It tasted funny, I was driving so didnt get the chance to check it out right away. It was a London fog latte with a green tea added. I got 3 Earl Grey tea bags. What happened to the green tea Ill never know.It seemed that there were a couple of new persons training, so the error may have been to inexperience?It wont stop me from going there if Im ever in the area again. It has taught me a lesson. Check your bags before you leave! Lol!

Typical Starbucks, but the staff was very kind and efficent. They kept orders coming out at a steady pace, and the wait is never too long. Also one of my happiest things about this Starbucks is that almost all the times I order a Java Chip frap, the baristas will put the chocolate drizzle on top. I would recommend going here. :)

I go every day to order a coffee that isnt for me. Lol they are fast. Some employees, ( the younger ones), like to have their phones out. No. No. *** But the rest do their jobs at a fast and courteous pace. I love coming here for the coffee I dont drink. Haha

Overall service and menu selection standard Starbucks. What this place lacks is the options Starbucks normally excels at to keep a customer around. The seating areas are few and tight particularly where there are outlets for those who like to use their electronics. The hours arent open as late as most Starbucks, closing 8:30 at the latest.

My drinks almosts always come out wrong here. I ask for light ice and it still comes filled with so much. I asked for one drink and I get a completely different drink. This happens at other Starbucks as well, but this guy was already waving over the next customer before I even put my stuff away. Can you at least take the time to verify my order??How does one end up with a Skinny Mocha when they order a Skinny Salted Caramel latte with extra coffee?? Are you even listening to me dude? Dont you know I need my salt and caffeine??At least the white female barista made the drinks well and super quickly. She cut the waiting line down so fast.. Thank goodness!

Your average Starbucks. Nothing special. But, the seating is very very limited. So if you need a place to meet someone for business, etc., its not that great, especially in the afternoon. I came and it was too crowded for an important business meeting.

Do not mobile order here. On two different occasions, it took over 20 minutes after mobile ordering in advance and people who walked in got their drink first. They seem to be short-staffed and the system for mobile orders is very inefficient at this location.

It is a neighborhood park that is big enough to have some soccer fields and a track. There is also a creekside trail you can walk along, but there is not anything to distinguish it from similar parks.

I stopped by today and noticed that the Wi-Fi here is now Google Starbucks rather than the attwifi that most Starbucks still have. It connected in only a few seconds, and the connection was blazingly fast. I was even able to stream a short YouTube video (something I normally dont do out of respect for others on the attwifi connection) with absolutely no buffering issues. Hopefully this will soon be the new normal at Starbucks around the Bay Area.
