What a horrendous experience. They close at 8:30pm. We arrive just after 7:30 and order two simple drinks and a water and ask to use the restroom. Rude staff tells my wife she cannot use bathroom because they’re cleaning it. Another customer comes in immediately after us who walks right into the bathroom with no issue. The hot drinks we ordered are ice cold, probably because they turned the espresso machine off since they’re closing in less than an hour but why not just tell us that?? Why serve the drinks cold?? Just because you’re closing in an hour doesn’t mean you can degrade the level of service and quality of product. NEVER been this disappointed with a Starbucks.

So we are frequent Starbucks people. We live here in Redding. This Starbucks is full of rude employees. For people who get paid a living wage thanks to California they have poor attitudes. We have ordered a special brown sugar oat milk coffee at every store in town. We have never stopped here and won’t ever again. The barista took an attitude when we asked him to make it a special way. I will not mention his name but he was the only guy working at the time. Also they need to service the restroom. This is a bad Starbucks. Needs better employees. Management needs to pay attention here. Won’t be back to this one.

The staff are incredibly rude. Woman working the drive through litterally argued about a rule that starbucks has and tried to be something by saying shes been there since 2017. I have been with starbucks the same number of years, but apparently, she never learned the standard of customer care that starbucks instills. This is one of the worst starbucks Ive ever been to. When we didnt get straws with our order we went in to grab straws; the store is filthy. If that all wasnt bad enough, the straws are behind the counter, and the woman from the drive through litterally told someone else to help. She was mid conversation with another barista talking badly about everyone in our car while we just asked for straws. Absolutely terrible customer serbiced.and dining experience.

The drink was good. The service was good. However, when we pulled into the parking lot, there was nothing to indicate that this was a Drive-Thru only store. So, we walked all over trying to find the entrance...frustrating.

My only issue is that it should not be the responsibility to pay part of their salary with tips. Starbucks should stop being so cheap and pay their employees what they are worth. I dont buy anymore. Expensive drink and expected to pay tips. No way!

Not a good place to study:Took 10 minutes for a black coffee.Restrooms not well kept and inside is poorly maintained. All plug in’s bolted, so not ideal if you need your laptop. Few tables with chairs so finding seating was difficult. One of the most awkward Starbucks I’ve seen.

It was alright, the staff seemed pretty busy with the drive thru. Got my drink and left, it tasted great.

Hayden was super amazing! After the guy that was working in drive thru was arguing with me over a drink that didnt taste right . Hayden step up and made my drink how it suppose to . I really appreciate his help. Hayden treated me with the best customer service . In other hand the guy in drive thru should take customer service lessons because he doesnt know how to treat people, thanks Hayden for providing me with the great experience at this Starbucks location 🩵👍

I like a consistent latte. And thats what I get at the Cypress & Churn Creek Starbucks. Their friendly, and have good service.
