I work across the street so coffee at this location is very convenient. But lately they have been messing up my order. This is 2nd time I order a triple and my coffee tastes not milky rather than strong coffee. I will order elsewhere moving forward.

The more specific you are about how you like your food and drink...the better the experience youll likely have. Think on it for a minute. Do you like your Frappachino gritty...or more creamy...double blended perhaps. A lot of whipped cream...or just a little as well as perhaps only a little drizzle? Usually you can have a better outcome the more specific you are about the results youre looking for

The staff wasnt very friendly at the time for some reason, There energy was really low in the middle of the day.It seemed like they were upset/irritated and fixing my order was going to be a problem, every other Starbucks has no problem fixing my order without a hestiation so it was very unexpected.Overall staff wasnt very nice, kinda rude, and felt like they were cardboard boxes with no personality.Very disappointment in this Starbucks.

Always closes at random hours, the app says they are open til 8, but they are all closed up by 3 today.At least update the app with the correct hours.

This was the best experience Ive ever had a Starbucks my mom has stage 4 breast lung and bone cancer and a random doctor came up to me to give me strength and support and a grande caramel macchiato.

Staying over night at the hospital and having this place open late and back open super early in the morning was the best help ever getting through the desperate tiring night. Super fast & friendly employees.

This location is open late and the staff are always polite! George the Manager keeps a good team of baristas on hand to concoct all sorts of drinks you might think of.

While waiting at the ER. We decided to get coffee at the last minute. And all 3 of our coffees we got were watered down, other was who knows what. Very disappointed in the coffees we got at Starbucks here!!! #refundwanted
