Not easy to park around here.I ordered here at least 50 times, there are 3 times my mobile order gets picked up by someone else. Tons of theft here.

Great location! Easy to park if you go early enough in the morning, peak hours…good luck. Sami the barista is very rude!!! No customer service skills. Gave me a hard time for using my personal cup, never had any issues at other Starbucks.

Would of been a great day for business for Starbucks! I’ve had friends who worked while in a hurricane 🌀 but not on a rainy day ? & workers were sitting down…Overall had to run to north Italian and their expressly coffee ☕️ was only $4.50 glad I went coffee was good and new experience.

Adrianne sold me a deformed cake pop and when I pulled it out of the bag to show to her asking for a replacement, she said let me ask my supervisor. Ok, no problem. Supervisor Andy came out smiling in my face saying well we can’t sell this one again, so I can’t give you another one. Andy’s solution was for me to 1. Buy another one or 2. Come back tomorrow to speak to another manager. All while saying this to me he was smiling and laughing. WOW! Excellent customer service skills young man with no regard for customer satisfaction or respect for customer time. On top of that, Adrianne walked away rolling her eyes at me not even wanting to hear me out when I was showing her the deformed cake pop and pointing out that the rest of them were normal when she was trying to tell me all of them look like that . Very weird and disrespectful behavior from these two. Every other cake pop was normal looking, it was a simple fix. Not sure why they disregarded quality control and respect for customers. He and the rest are severely lacking customer service skills that Starbucks is known for. At this point I asked for the number for someone above him, Shelly. I would like to hear if this is how customers are supposed to be treated and when this became their policy. Is that how they treat their customers when we are dissatisfied with the quality of product??? Is this the reputation they want to be known for? This is not the STARBUCKS I and the rest know!

I had to repeat myself 3 times each for 2 items, the cashier was so quite I had no idea what he was even saying.And they not only got my order completely wrongBut forgot an itemWhich when I asked for I was rudely told its comingAnd when it did arriveIt was the wrong item.I got nothing of what I wanted and wind up just throwing them away.I understand the food industryI work in itI was the only person their and I wanted 2 simple items, after a certain point the customer isnt being a Karen, you are just ACTUALLY incompetent.

Exterior: Three stars. This is a shopping center location, shared parking lot, no drive through. It has one design fillip, an oversized wall that defines the patio area to the side of the store. There is also a strip of tables fronting the parking lot. Patio seating is well maintained and they have umbrellas.Interior: Two stars. Recent long table interior design but tiny and awkwardly shaped. One bathroom, not key or code required.Vibe: Four stars. Can do attitude with the staff here.Closer to the freeway than youd think, this Irvine location is quiet and clean. A welcome change from many other freeway adjacent locations in this area.

My go to location when in the Irvine area for work. Its a brisk walk to get over to this one but its great to get out and get some steps in! You can always order ahead on the app if you need it in a hurry. Otherwise, note that this location is ALWAYS busy, so its likely to be a line and a wait. Its in the middle of a busy shopping / restaurant area, and close by to several business buildings.The staff is always friendly and quick to move your drink along. My drinks are always correct here, no issues there. They have a clean location with limited inside seating and few more seats on the patio area. They have a large selection of merch is you want a reusable tumbler or ground coffee.Overall: AGreat local location to the Irvine Office I frequent in Cali!

Other than the parking situation taking a very long time just to get in the store, my experience here on several occasions has been anything but what youd expect from Starbucks. This time around, I ordered two drinks, both I had to repeat myself over three times to get the order right in the system. Later when the drinks came the orders were still not right. The associate working there was by himself, didnt seem to have much help, and more than rude was just disinterested in helping customers. I plan on going out of my way next time around to avoid coming here!

If I could put 0 star for this location I would. This is the worst Starbucks experience in my life which ruin my Saturday morning. First of all, we order 2 croissants and the person only took one while he confirmed 2 with us. Then, while we are waiting, I found that their kitchen is so dirty and messy. Then the lady who made the drinks with terrible service. I accidentally spilt coffee on myself in front of her and she has no reaction whatsoever. The drink we order tasted like water. I never thought of a Cafe Moca would taste like watery chocolate and the cappuccino taste like water as well and there’s no coffee taste. Disappointed …

Starbucks has recipes and mixes they follow. There is always the human factor that plays a role. The difference between good (average) and exceptional is the human factor and this Starbucks is exceptional due to the team.In addition considering this is a tough parking lot there is plenty of parking options and absolutely worth it.

As others have said before there are only about 7 parking spaces outside this Starbucks. The rest are now reserved for other stores. I wish I could comment on the service at this Starbucks but since the only spaces were a good 5 minuite walk away and it was pouring rain I decided to go to a different coffee store.I hope that I can update this score when I come back another day.

Losing a star just for limited parking. Getting in and out can be an issues sometimes due to traffic. Its a smaller store. Services are always fast and friendly when I visited. Decent amount of seating inside and outside. Good place to hang out on weekends with less traffic.

Recent decline in quality and service. I live across the street from this location and have been going here a few times a week for 2 years ago. In the past couple months there has been a dramatic decline. Just this week I was over charged twice, the baristas couldnt be bothered to call clients names when their drinks were ready. After waiting almost 20min I came to the counter to find half a dozen orders just sitting there getting cold. Today my cup was only partially filled (1.5 inches from the top) and was essentially lukewarm milk, with little flavor even after I stirred it. I will be driving to a further location from now on, service and quality should matter when you pay this much for a drink.

Im an Uber Eats driver. I went in to pick up an order for a customer today. There was a white girl behind the counter and another white man in line in front of me. The girl asked the man if he had a mobile order. He said no and stepped away, then the barista went back to making drinks. I stepped up to the counter to ask about my mobile order, but she made 3 drinks while actively ignoring my existence, even after I was the only person in the store. So I asked her if I was invisible and she gave me attitude about having to mention that I had a mobile order in the first place. When I told her that she didnt ask the other guy if he had a mobile order, she gave me my order and walked away without saying a word. Easily the worst customer service Ive ever received at a Starbucks, and Im almost positive its because Im a black man. This is Irvine, after all. I highly recommend avoiding this place, it isnt friendly to POCs.

Yesterday, I went to this store and have ordered two Americanos, hot and iced. And I have asked them for the refill later. First employee well acknowleged about the refill policy so she provided me for the refill for the coffee for hot americono. And she asked me, of course, what kind of drink I want to get for the refill since I can get refill for only brewed coffee and tea. (By the way, she seems like new employee and was being helped by the other employee. Thank you so much for the support.) And I wanted to get another refill for my iced americano because the taste was bit light on that day, and the other employee at the register says I cannot get the refill for the iced Americano. Because sometimes I asked for the refill for the coffee at other store so I felt so weird so I have searched the Starbucks policy and there was written that I can get refill for brewed coffee and tea for any beverage. In the beginning, I thought that she might misunderstood that I want the refill for ice americano (sometimes it happens, and in that case, usually, an employee always explains me what I can get for the refills) so I try to show her the policy and try to explain to her, but she said she already knows the policy and I cannot get the refill for iced americano order for her store. I told her that I got refill from other store but she says she cannot provide refill for her store for iced americano order unless I make a new purchase for coffee. I have asked to talk with the manager because I felt like the issue cannot be solved with her and she said she is the manager. I could not believe that the manager does not acknowledge well enough about the policy than a regular employee. So I have contacted the customer service and they say the district manager (I think that is what she said) will contact me within 48 hours.

The location was clean but the drinks were sub par. Apparently the quality of the coffee still depends on the barista despite the best efforts of the chain. I guess the people on duty dont know their stuff. We had 2 hot drinks and one frap. The frap was ok but the 2 coffees tasted (no taste or flavor) worse than watered down coffee. McCafe coffee would be better than those 2 overpriced cups of junk we were served. It is not our habit to send stuff back but we know where NOT to return for our next fix.

Pretty typical suburban Starbucks location. I have visited on a few occasions and its always busy with a longer than normal wait for a Starbucks. That said it is a busy location, it is well staffed with friendly people and has your typical Starbucks selections. Not a lot of indoor seating but plenty outdoors, something to consider if you plan to stay when the weather is bad.

Cold brew is pretty disappointing, no flavor, only taste the milk. Not surprising from the Mc DoNald of coffee. Compared to local spots like The Cup and Nook Coffee, their coffee pales in comparison. If you just want the taste of milks and syrups, come here.Update: got a decaf cafe latte with THREE espresso shots hoping to get a stronger tasting coffee…it only tasted like oat milk. I was pretty shocked. Even my wife who prefers a much less strong cafe latte could not even taste coffee. I added my decaf Starbucks Nespresso shots when I got home and it finally tasted like coffee. Would rate this Starbucks a 0 if possible.

This Starbucks usually delivers good drinks. They are the only location I know of nearby that has the Clover machine. Its basically a pour-over coffee machine where they brew only selected and limited and more expensive coffee beans. If you like rich, flavorful coffee and dont mind the extra expense above the regular drip coffee then its worth it. Parking can be a problem because its in a VERY busy shopping center with lots of popular shops and restaurants. The construction has been finished for a while now so getting around is not as bad as it used to be. But the workers are usually friendly and competent. I dont think Ive ever had a wrong order from this location. Limited seating inside though, however there is a large patio directly outside.
