Great Starbucks location in Costa Mesa on 17th street and Westminster. Mobile order section ran well and employee handed me my drink in timely manner

Very friendly staff and very courteous to all guest entering their establishment including the homeless. You never know who is who when dealing with customers that enter your business and theyve showed that they are open and welcoming to everyone. They know customers by name, they greet every customer politely and show outstanding customer service when ordering. Im very satisfied with this location and you will be as well when visiting Costa Mesa. Also the restrooms and dining area are very clean.

Came in the store with my best friend who was having a really bad day. They were in the middle of cleaning the female employee empathize with how she was feeling. She made our drink so quick and even gave my friend a cake pop. She was so sweet. Thank you for having employees like her.

I was desperate for a good cup of coffee and a Dragonfruit Refresher, so I pulled into this Starbucks. Theres no drive through and the parking lot is a nightmare. Inside, it was busy, which I good for business, but it was very crowded. The orders were not completed together, so I had a lovely piece of banana bread that was heated, but turned cold by the time my Dragonfruit Refresher was delivered.

I cant recommend this Starbucks enough. The baristas are all incredibly friendly and kind, and I spent a few hours on their beautiful outside patio enjoying the sun! Both drinks I got were perfect and made very very quickly as well, I cant wait to come back!

I left tip for the barista paying with my card, found out later that she didn’t get the tip, the company keeps all the tips from the cards, the employees get the jar tips only, that sucks!! I’m very mad at Starbucks keeping all tips when you pay with card!! 😡 poor employees!!

Their card machine wasn’t working. Tried my credit card twice and it said it declined. Used my debt card and it went through. Checked my statements later and found I was charged on both cards for the same order. Called the store and Jade said to dispute it with my bank because she couldn’t do anything without a receipt #. They didn’t give me a receipt…. Unsatisfied with their response and lack of help in this situation. Probably won’t go back to this location

This a great Starbucks! Very friendly partners and a small little corner of the parking lot. On weekends the parking is pretty ridiculous so walking or riding over is best.Theyve really done a great job with covid-19 modifications like one door for entry and a separate one for exit, social distancing stickers with separate places to wait for an order, and a table for mobile orders away from everyone.

I come in every single morning and every morning I come in Christian, Isaac and jenni are beyond warm, friendly and kind. Coming to this Starbucks daily makes my mornings 10x better knowing the staff is friendly and SUPER kind. If I ever move I will make the drive to come here daily :)

Warning ! Early mornings, The homeless guy with ball cap,shopping cart, or dolly and self cut black hair is very dangerous and listens to people conversations. This guy has been around town 10 years and causes real problems, seriously your lawyer for the store is going to want to know this face, a predator paralegal type that makes problems, lives in the lagoon woods and warn patrons, dont let him listen to your talks, worse then u can imagine problems will arise from him . Take this very serious.

I LOVE this specific location. They’re all so nice and friendly. They greet me by name, and I usually only do mobile order instead of ordering inside.Their drinks are always made perfectly. If I could go to this location every time I would.Please give this team kudos!

If you are a starbucks partner dont go to this location! I felt very unwelcome here when I was harassed about using my discount and even asked for my ID by the store manager. This has never been a problem at any starbucks except this one. Other partners have come to my store before not sure if they could even use their discount because they had been to this starbucks before and had also been harassed! That is not how starbucks employees should be treated, I hope this store will be less strict on this policy in the future to make a better experience for partners and customers!

This coffee chain shop offers high-level customer service and taste. The female employee was very friendly and kind. This area is a bit crowded as there are three branches nearby.I visited this store to pick up my mobile order, but the store was not accepting my order.She quickly understood the situation and told me that the order was being taken at another store and gave me directions to that store.She had experienced the same situation several times before, so she handled this case smoothly.The terrace seats face the main street, but they are quite comfortable and you can enjoy coffee or tea.---This Chain Coffee Shops offer high level taste and service. The Employee Lady was especially nice and kind that day. This area is a little complicated because Three Branches are in the neighborhood. I visited there for pick up my mobile order, however, they did not receive my order. She noticed the reason so quickly and told me my order received another branch near the shop then gave an instruction to another Shop.She got several problems in the same situations before so she could handle my case very gently.Terrace is face on big Street but it is pretty cozy for enjoying nice coffee or tea.
