Starbucks is Starbucks. Same great coffee. Same, well trained, friendly service. Starbucks cafes differ slightly in interior decoration. So as you travel theres always something to discover.But, the reason you came, the drinks, are as you expect.Dine outside under the covered patio, or inside on several well spaced tables.Bathrooms are located down a short hallway, near the order counter.Everything is ADA compatible. Lots of free parking.

I came in fairly late in the day and a very nice worker Taylor with a sun name tag was very efficient and very nice to me when I made small talk! My drink was made properly if only I got extra chocolate lol! Will be visiting again!

Unexpectedly found myself rushing off to Woodland Hills this morning for a basketball game. Of course, I was unprepared and needed food and a bathroom upon arriving. Found myself here and WOW was the bathroom clean at this SB! Thank you!! Also, this is my new favorite drink:

Rude employees in my opinion! I went in for a pickup order and there mustve been 8 people behind the counter, but no one even greeted me. In fact, when I walked up to the counter, no one even looked at me. They were indeed busy, but not stressfully so. Not enough to warrant not even affording a welcoming glance or a just a moment. No one was waiting in line to place an order. I waited awkwardly for a few more minutes before leaving before getting my pickup order.

My drink wasnt made properly, was missing an ingredient, and I had to wipe the cup with napkins because of the spill. They were more busy than usually, so my order was rushed, I feel.

These people are so rude, I would not be in a customer service if I hated people the way the show they do. They have 0 customer service. If I could give less than a one star I would!! They messed up all three of my drinks and when I asked them to remake it the lady just rolled her eyes and snatched my drink. She only remade one of the three. The manager here needs to do better!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the one up the street in the commons!!! The staff there is much more friendly and attentive!! Do better Mulholland!!!

I come here because it is the most convenient coffee to acquire on my way to the freeway, but they make objectively terrible coffee. It’s always incredibly bitter. It’s clear they try to rush their espresso shots and it’s just so unfortunate. If you have any other alternative, take it

Drinks were made accurately, but the customer service of the cashier was poor. No patience in letting me tell her my order, which was a bit detailed since i was ordering for a group. It seemed like an inconvenience to her, the fact that she had to put in a little work in ringing me up. She threw the food items I ordered on the counter like she couldnt wait to walk away. My tip: keep your order to a 2 item minimum so they dont get too annoyed at you.

The one in the commons is better. They constantly forget items in to go orders. Today when asking for a pick up order, the girl was rude and said they were backed up. She didn’t even check the bag sitting behind the counter which was mine. So I stood for 15 min waiting while the bag sat there and items melting. This is not the first time this has happened to me there. Just put delivery orders on the counter since you don’t want to hand them over and let them sit!

They consistently mess up mobile orders or dont have them ready in time. Trying to get the Baristas attention is impossible. Theres no system for how mobile orders are organized so you have to look at each cup to figure out which order is yours which can be cumbersome when there are a lot of mobile orders

Who doesnt love Starbucks Coffee? This is a great location, super friendly staff, and the drinks are always top-notch. Theyve got space inside and outside to enjoy your favorite drink and snack. Theyve got inductive chargers built into many of the indoor countertops, so you can charge your phone too.

Customer service is really lacking. Cashiers and baristas can’t be bothered with the customer. I’ve come nearly everyday for two months and it seems to just be store-wide bad culture. Looking at you Management…

I finally found a Starbucks that honors the refill policy if you have a Starbucks cup when I first bought my Starbucks cup it cost me $22, I was told that with this cup I could go to any Starbucks get a refill for $0.50, not only am I a senior but Im a loyal Starbucks customer theres a Starbucks and Im not going to tell you where, yes I I am, Culver City terrible service employees were from another planet. Good job at this Starbucks!

Twice I’ve been to this Starbucks in the last couple of days and both times they said they had the avocado spread only to come back after I’d got my toasted bagel to say they didn’t have any. I’ve had to have money refunded on my card twice in the past couple days because they didn’t actually check to see if they had stock of what I ordered even when I ASKED if they had it. This is poor customer service. I’m a vegan and can’t do cream cheese. I would not recommend this Starbucks location.

I only go to Starbucks in Los Angeles, because they only have my favorite there. The Cinnamon dolce latte tall with extra cream. You have to try it ❤️The workers at every Starbucks i have been to is extremely nice and friendly!always clean

Very impressed! I was standing in line and a Burista (Yudith...i think) took the initiative to ask me what I wanted so she can start my beverage while the cashier was occupied. Excellent work ethic, Yudith. Many thanks. BTW- The drink was great!

Starbucks...as always. We meet up here, have a treat, never had a problem. Often crowded, but people are nice. Doesnt take long to get a table. Lots of outside seating.

I ordered a VENTI caramel macchiato. I received a GRANDE in a Venti cup with a Caramel CLOUD Macchiato!. The cup was literally 2/3 coffee. Disappointed.
