Cool spot. Ample places to sit and hang out. Old pas isn’t as busy as it used to be but still cool date spot. I like the bricks and old school character of this Starbucks. I know, that sentence doesn’t usually fit but it does here. I usually get a pour over but got the regular drip today.

Very nice spot for a quick breakfast and to just spend time having conversation or work while sipping a cup of coffee. We had 2 lattes and a bagel, cream cheese and a bacon and sausage egg rap, we paid total $11,58. Just didn’t like that the cream cheese is bought separated but other than that, it was all good. Definitely coming back!

A good place for a quick snack near the Convention Center. The service is quick and the atmosphere is good. At the time of this writing there were only four seats inside, which is a problem when the temperatures rise. So keep that in mind when visiting in the summer. Other than that, I enjoyed my visits there.

I like this location. Its one of the last frontiers of pure-cafe Starbucks with no drive-thru. The staff is nice and efficient even though the cafe is a bit small inside.Please, if you come to this Starbucks and you are a wahh, le door is heavy type of person, take note that the fire alarm next to the door is just that, a FIRE ALARM, not an automatic-door switch. Just push harder on the door.Coffee doesnt pair well with screeching alarm klaxons and strobe lights, thank you!

There I was… strolling about the Pasadena Conference Center and I had to walk over to the mall. While in the area of the mall, an epic downpour of biblical proportions fell on the area. I was freezing cold and scurried into this Starbucks where I was welcomed with warm smiles and smiling faces. I warmed up with a delicious white chocolate mocha, no fat - with whip and was able to warm my bones and face the day again.Scored this very cool, LAish cup for my bride - huge win! She loved it!So yes, stop in and grab yourself that coffee I know your thinking about right now.

I came today to redeem my birthday drink, as soon as I got to work, my drink fell and hit the ground, I hadnt even taken a sip yet. Just my luck, figures, right?I went back to buy another one, shared my horror story with Mike and immediately he offered to make me another free of charge. He didnt have to, but out of the kindness of his heart, he did. He said it was no way to start my birthday. I really appreciated that. Harvey, the barista, even made my replacement drink a little bit more special after hearing it was my birthday. They really turned my morning around. Thank you to both of them, and thank you to Starbucks for having such exceptional members on staff.

This Starbucks is at the Paseo in Pasadena. Its conveniently near the ice rink and the convention center. The service is good there and usually has the snacks that we like even later in the day( protein pack or the sugary treats) .

The coffee was alright. But the main reason you make a stop at Starbucks is so you can continue working (especially if you are on the move). Unfortunately, they have closed all the charging ports and you cant plug in if you are low on charge. Bad experience.

As Starbucks go this is the worst starbucks I have been in. What really gets me is that this one is located in the Paseo in Pasadena. This location opened about a year ago. I came here on Saturday 7/30/16 @ 9 pm. There was trash all over the floor the wait was ridiculously long. Definitely the potential for a roach motel...here are my pictures to prove it. Wont come back until this place fixes its appearance. And the barista doesnt appear to like her job bc she didnt annouce that my drink was ready...i soon learned that you have to wait by the are where the drinks come and figure out if ita your drink or not.

Absolutely loved this location back when I lived in LA county (I live in Central Texas now with my fiancé). Whenever I would come to this nice area to deliver for Doordash, I would order from this Starbucks all the time, the staff was always friendly and since I was a fairly regular customer I would even get free drinks! Definitely one of the things I miss about Old Town Pasadena, also this is definitely the best location in all of Old Town Pasadena where there are at least 3 other Starbucks locations that I remember were not really as nice, so I definitely recommend coming here if you are in area!

This has happened way too many times. Everytime I order English Breakfast Tea, 6 out of 10 Starbucks gives me Earl Grey 😒 If I wanted earl grey I would order earl grey but I hate earl grey 😣They are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT teas and one would imagine it’s pretty basic knowledge for a barista. Read your labels please!

This is one of the most friendly locations Ive visited. I visit Pasadena periodically and this is my goto location. I use the mobile app to order. They have all the mobile orders set aside on a shelf, easy to pick up. Staff are friendly, they always try their best to have a quick conversation with the customers, despite the fact this is a very busy location.

Nothing to complain. Staff are super nice. Been visiting whenever Id charge my Tesla at the Tesla Supercharger. The Starbucks does offer parking validation for 90 minutes. That’s plenty of time to give your Tesla a full charge. Never had any problem with the drink at this Starbucks. For all the Tesla drivers, coke grab a drink and have your parking ticket validated!

Loved the atmosphere! Was greeted when I entered the building. Ordered a Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brew and the barista that made it did a great job! Best one I’ve had thus far. I wish I got his name but I totally spaced on it! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the checker’s name either but he was tall, blonde, and overall had a great attitude. Pleasant experience considering this was my first time at this location. I just wanted to take the time to leave a good review. I’ll definitely be visiting again :)

Best one in all of Old Town Pasadena, I like to deliver for Doordash in safe areas like Pasadena and whenever I stop here on breaks, all baristas are super friendly and listen well when they make my drinks, I have very RARELY had any issues here. You are always better off going to this location than the one on Lake Ave or the other one on Colorado and De Lacey.

I always enjoy visiting this location. The employees are always nice and helpful. Today my experience was unpleasant as the air conditioning system was down so it was a bit warm inside. Omg!!! Very tasty drinks. My family had fun just walking and getting drinks. Tyler the worker was very patient with my daughter and help her with the card reader. He understood that she have ADHD. He was very patient with her drinks she wanted. Tyler apologized for late food, but we didnt mind. My daughter Ivy just made a new friend. Very nice newer location in this mall, they used to be on the very far corner, now they are in the center of the mall with cute sitting area. Quite upgraded.I give it 4 stars because my favorite and the only drink I always order from Starbucks a lot that was not as good as other locations and its funny because its supposed to be standard but its not, some locations have better Chai Venty Latte and this location did not have the best tasting Chai Venty Latte

Service was terrible. I asked for a small amount of ice on my iced chocolate mocha and the guy that was making my drink gave an attitude as if I insulted him or something. I asked politely and nicely. If people cant comply with a simple customer request such as that without giving an attitude, then you shouldnt be in a customer service related job!!!! And when he gave me the drink, he tossed it across the countertop and didnt even give me a straw. Again, with the attitude.

...this starbucks sucks. I never write reviews. But this is worth my time. The employee who took my order told me they were out of my coffee, a blonde drip...while I was able to see it labeled, sitting on the counter. It was 9:15 pm at night and they had already pulled the half and half, closing at 11 pm. When I asked for some...the other employee wouldnt let me pour the cream into my own coffee...he just poured a ton in and handed it back...so weird. Not to mention, when we left no one told us good bye, we could hear them complaining about having to clean up after close. Never again.

Typical Starbucks that is well placed in a highly foot trafficked location. There is covered outdoor seating right on the edge of Colorado Boulevard which makes people watching more interesting while sipping your beverage of choice, eating, reading or working on your phone, tablet or laptop.
