On site free and street parking. Regular Starbucks. They added chairs and tables indoor and outdoor. Open earlier and later than nearby coffee shops.

For some reason matcha at drive thru SB are always out. Ive been getting matcha from inside Target, Vons, and like this SB here. I like it better with no seats and table, it really a in and out service here. Place look more spacey and relaxing.

I come here A LOT, mainly in the evening. I love the experience every time! Michael is awesome! The staff we very friendly. I would say theyre pricey compared to other coffeehouses but its Starbucks! They are well maintained here. This & the yogurt land next door are my go to for a casual meet up.

The lady who i think was the maneger was really rude when i kindly told her she had made a mistake and asked that mistake to be corrected. I had already talked to the 1 (800) number and they had already told me that i could return a cup that was damaged but she acted so rudely.

I had to wait a very long time to order...in a long line. Free drinks were supposed to be offered to veterans. I asked for one and got a deer in the head light look from the barista. She conferred with management. I did not get free drink. There is no place to sit. VERY LONG WAIT TIME.

Updating review to 1 star: literally slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Spare yourself3 employees only one serving customers. This isn’t a rush hour photo it’s late morning. Ordered cold crew, they gave me iced coffee (those aren’t the same). Below average for Starbucks

Experiencing inconsistency with the baristas mixture preparation. My go-to order is an oat milk shaken espresso with 3 shots, but the quality varies significantly. On some occasions, its perfectly made, while on others, it seems like they forgot to add the espresso shots entirely. To compensate, I request an extra shot, but even then, the taste fluctuates between overly bitter and lacking in strength. It would be great if the baristas could use a jigger or measuring cup to ensure consistency.

Hope the manger of this store sees this!! but the person who was working today at 1:30pm on the 19th January. I wanted to tell the person (not sure on the name but they had blonde hair) who made my drinks today always does an amazing job on my drinks, didn’t want to disturb her as I seen she had a couple orders! I walked in this morning, no one else there ordering. Staff looked up seen me, no acknowledgement, no nothing. I stood there for 5 minutes. No one still came to help me. I walked out. I will not return to this location again. The customer service is awful here.

Quick stop on December 31, 2022,, we had our food and drinks sitting on the counter for 30 min I kept telling the staff barista worker lady are those my drinks she said we’re waiting for the rest of the items,,,, So we waited another 15 minutes don’t know the reason why they decided to avoid us they did help other customers quicker,, mainly white customers, we are Hispanics,, the cashier didn’t ask for my name, the barista then waited for another worker to show up and told her those items don’t have a name so just yell out the items when she clearly knew it belong to us ? Still don’t know why the long wait time,, … sensed discrimination, up to this day still wondering why the long wait ??

Staff are always welcoming and gracious about helping you figure out what you want to order. They go out of their way to make things right if your drink isnt how you wanted it. There is no drive through at this location, but generally adequate free parking. Small outdoor patio with seating and a water feature.

Got impressively fast service at this location and appreciated the sign telling customers they need to now ask for plastic straws. Many other locations I have been to have not shared this information with the public. Sandwich was heated up before I even left the ordering counter and my drinks came out so quick and perfectly made.

Friendly service. Nice enclosed back patio, so my 3 year old son could run around. Patio doors were tough to open, which would give me enough lead time to catch my son if he tried to make a run for it. Patio also had a nice water fountain outside my kids reach, but elaborate enough to keep his interest.

We went late Sunday and was already cranky needing Starbucks kick and staff was great! They where helpful Koa was the best even started my kids drink over rinsing cup again after she changed her mind about the amount of pumps. Truly a great experience and totally patient and helpful will be back to this location again!

All the baristas are friendly, line moves quickly for the most part and mobile orders are ready on time. The one thing that really bugs is their lack of seating inside. There is unused open space that could have a couple more chairs and tables.

I love the atmosphere of this Starbucks because of the big windows and patio, but this is the only Starbucks I know that has a line no matter what time of day I go. Usually all the tables and even the window bar seats are taken as well. So I go for the atmosphere but expect a wait.

Coffees good, was able to charge my phone using one of the outlets. One of the main issues I found was that all their thermals and coffee cups are way over the top. You could buy 3 for the price of one at target and possibly Walmart

Depending on who is at the counter is the difference between a good experience or bad. I wish all the employees were good. There are some rude ones. I encountered one tonight at the Starbucks in Long Beach the one on Atlantic and San Antonio. I complained to the main office and I hope someone comes in undercover to see who is nice and who:s rude. I feel if you have a bad day dont bring it to work. Customer Service is very important. I work in Retail and understand that. I dont mean to get anyone in trouble but it really bothered me because I come in here all the time for at least 20 years pand have good experiences.

They didnt have all the items available on display and not all the electrical outlets worked (specifically the ones at their bar seating). I tried the new Cascara Latte (garbage). Fortunately the staff there was very helpful throughout and even replace my drink when I didnt enjoy it.

Ill start by that due to work I travel all over the country. This means that Ive been to many Starbucks from coast to coast. While most offer pretty good service and satisfactory drinks I, objectively, think this one stands out over all the others Ive been to. The drinks are always perfectly made, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, Natalie and Juan In particular, although theyre all great I just dont know all their names. This is the place to go if you want your starbucks fix.

I give it 2 stars...one for good parking and one just cause I needed coffee. I waited in line for a long time because staff was more concerned about talking about what they were doing after work vs. actually working. There was a homeless man digging threw the indoor trash cans and nobody said anything...just watched. When my single shot of expresso finally came up ten freaking minutes later, I asked for half & half and was directed over to the self help counter where there was...no freaking milk of any sort and it was poorly understocked and unkept. I went back to the counter where I said excuse me 3 times and 2 staff members eyeballed me but looked away and one actually ran to the back so they literally didnt need to help me. Finally after I said excuse me for the 4th time and was ignored my boyfriend yelled HEY HOMMIE WE NEED HELP...and the boy quickly came over realizing he just pissed off a 62 240lb boyfriend whose girlfriend was in desperate need for cream for her oh so cold espresso shot....QUACK!So yeah 2 stars but it definitely was the WORST Starbucks experience Ive ever had. Oh...and btw the crowd outside of the establishment are definitely the crazy talk to yourself come up into your space asking for money, cigarettes or bananas type of people....just FYI.

It’s a hit or miss here sometimes they have enough people working to make the drinks sometimes they don’t have enough people and it takes forever for their drinks. And now it’s annoying because they close at 6pm. What’s the point of a Starbucks here if they’ve got to close early? Hire people who are willing to work after 6pm. The ones closing today are still in there standing and talking and making themselves drinks.

It has gone to the point where the phone orders customers are more important than the actual customers that walk in and order their coffee drinks . You can order a simple latte and wait 20 minutes before you get your drink .While all the phone order customers can casually walk in and pick up their drinks. I only live a quarter-mile from this Starbucks and have been a customer for the last 11 years. Im done with this Starbucks theres other coffee brands within the area. Id rather go to steelcraft on Long Beach Boulevard.

This is the one starbucks that I try to avoid at all cost. The waits are super long even if you do moblie order. I noticed, the couple of times I have gone here the staff just seems to not really care and are just there for a paycheck. In adcition to the lack-luster customer service, my coffee was not made right. I have gotten coffee there twice and each time it seems like they give me coffee TINTED milk. My barista boyfriend, thinks that they either forgot to add the shots (which is not hard to remember, so i am told) or that the espresso machine was pulling water. EITHER WAY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I suggest that you avoid going to this starbucks and just go to the one in the vons down the street.

This is a great Starbucks, but too many kids and freeloaders use it as a squatters paradise. Others just ask for a cup of water and occupy the seating area for literally hours. While others use it as a Chucky Cheese; purchasing a single frappuccino and feeding it to their five loud unruly children. They need to begin enforcing some rules here. Customers who purchase from the store shouldnt have to complete with freeloaders.
