The Staff/Service and Products sold here are 5 stars, but because theres only 2-3 people working, im giving it 4 stars. The wait time can be from 20-30 min because theres so many customers and not enough workers working. I was late for a meeting because of the slow service. But besides that, the food and drinks here are great!

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks Towne CenterMy recent visit to the Starbucks at Towne Center left me deeply disappointed. Despite its convenient location at 1212 El Camino Real, San Bruno, CA 94066, the service and management were sorely lacking.Upon arrival on a Saturday, I was informed by an employee that the wait time for a simple drink would exceed 15 minutes. This unacceptable delay reflects poor staffing and management decisions. While the location itself is promising, it’s clear that operational improvements are desperately needed.Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Starbucks until significant changes are made. It’s a shame to see such potential wasted due to mismanagement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to provide a better experience for customers in the future.

Late hours make it convenient. Service very good. Never had food at this location, but Starbucks food is very uniform from past experiences in other locations. Dessert is generally preferable. There are no longer any seats, tables or restrooms after the remodel though it looks great. So please be aware of this if either is needed.

Didnt go here because there is no drive through despite the description reporting so. When you have sleeping kids drive thrus are important.Update: for what its worth, I tried to modify the listing to clarify there is no drive-thru, but I dont seem to have that ability.

Yeah I really have to concur with recent reviews. Remodel look very nice and i wish they could have prioritize the guest experience rather than themselves. The new counter takes up half the store, no chairs for you to sit and as a type this I’m just leaning against the wall waiting for my drink with 5 other people. It’s horrendous! Why spend money to remodel ONLY to make it worst? Headscratcher… someone needs to pass these messages to corporate!!!

A girl on duty today April 30, 2024 @ 7:30am, I forgot to get her name. Shes very rude. Its okay to be slow. But rude. Not good in the morning.Sad my favorite store manager is not there.

Starbucks destroys another location. This has been converted into one of the stupid pick-up concept stores. I used to be able to come here with a friend to sit and gab as we enjoyed the full Starbucks menu. No more. There is not so much as a bench to use while I wait for my order. My bad knees can’t stand up to that. There’s no restroom, either, and the staff seems just as excited about the changes as I am. They are morose and perfunctory. No more pleasantries. I won’t be back.

So I use to come to this Starbucks before they did the construction it was nice and chilled and you had access to a restroom.First off there is no seat to wait for your food or drinks.No restroom anymore.There is no posting of all the drinks so you are standing up trying to figure out what drinks they have. So unless you are a regular dont go to this one. They only present 4 drinks on there menu.Customer service was great if you knew what you wanted but I felt pressured into giving my order right then right now.So please put up a menu sign you have a TV to where you can. We know that its a Starbucks so no reason for the logo.Also post a sign saying there is no restroom available for being a pregnant women having to pee outside near a dumpster sucks.

I use to come here all the time, order a drink and snack and study. Me and my friend would come meet up here. Now that the place got converted to pick up only, Starbucks feels like a hassle to go to these days. If you want to come and study, seems like Starbucks no longer provides a nice environment to study no more.Staff is still lovely to talk to though.
