I really enjoyed this breakfast dish. Croque Madame.What I didnt like is being corrected loudly how to say croque madame, like its not that serious, but being corrected on not only that was a little turn off.Other than that the place is clean, bright and food is really good. Went for a hike after up the way in the canyon. A must try

Great go to place just off the 210 x Citrus near Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College. Always students in the chairs when the lobby is open Tod guests. Great ambiance. Fast service in a clean store with all the expected iconic offerings. Drive through at this location very efficient. Love the quad espresso or a bone dry oatmeal cappuccino. Great way to jump start the day!

Drive-thru has the longest wait time Ive ever been through. They neglect the drive-thru and get walk-ins out the door quicker. Drive-thru staff can be abrasive during peak hours.

My grandson wanted breakfast from Starbucks as he had a gift card. We both had a sausage and bacon breakfast wrap. He also had a strawberry lemonade. The food was tasty and my grandson loved the experience. He now loves Starbucks.

This is my favorite place to get my drinks! Theyre always on point! Sevice this time I would rate one, but one employee doesnt make a difference. The staff in charge of drive-thru wasnt as friendly as others. I requested a straw for my venti drink and said that it was inside the bag, to my surprise it was not! Even with this experience I will be returning.

If a requirement for working, at this location, was that you had to actually know how to make the drinks on the menu, there would be no workers left. At any shift. Ive been coming here for years, and in all that time, they have messed up even the simplest orders easily 90% of the time. Ive had to take back drinks multiple times in a single visit because they got them wrong or made the wrong drink entirely!I come to this location out of convenience, because its the closest one to me. But at this point, Id rather pay the extra gasoline, just to get to a Starbucks where theyll make the drink correctly the first time.Im not sure if its worker incompetence or the irresponsibility of a lazy manager who doesnt teach their workers correctly, but either way, Im done with this location.

Im not sure if the recipe changed for the caramel Frappuccino but when I took a couple sips of my first drink it was all ice, no coffee flavor, so bland. I went back and they were nice enough to make me another one and it still had no flavor, all ice. I dont know if its the barista who made it, or if Starbucks is scamming you out of actually having coffee in your drink but its just a huge NO for me. Waste of $4.95 for a small drink.

Enjoy ones normal day, it could turn less than normal unexpectedly. I dropped by this joint from time to time. Its located at an intersection and in a sprawling shopping center. All walks of life would be passing through the door. One evening, weeks ago, I dropped by as usual. A staff member approached me and some other patrons, wanting to close early. The reason was, she uttered, while trying to be calm, they had just been robbed. Wow, I am so glad we came at the perfect timing, even being kicked out, and had missed the episode. Id like to give a shout-out to the crew who still come to work every day, and even keep the restroom door unlocked – truly exemplary of everyday unsung heroes!

Every Starbucks Ive been to has been a pleasant experience. I only had order mixed up and they were quick to correct it. Friendly, nice, helpful, and sociable. I get my mochas with alternative milks and use the app which makes it a whole lot easier. Order ahead, wait 10 minutes tops, go there and its ready. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I order the same drink at every location and this particular location gets it wrong. My drink was disgusting and I’ll never come back; not the first time they’ve screwed up my drink. I don’t want to come to your job to make sure you do it right. Stick to the script or at least learn the freaking basics! 😡

Let me start off by saying how nice the staff is! However, they got my drink wrong both times. First, they gave me a cold coffee drink(which I didnt order). So the girl refunded my drink. Took my order again, charged me for what I asked for(which was more lol). I dont mind the cost at all! However, after I drove away with what I thought was my yummy drink, I sipped it only to find out it was wrong AGAIN. Very disappointed. Fortunately, it wont stop me from going to Starbucks again. However, I will definitely not be going back to this particular store. =/

The drive through is always packed, but the line moves relatively quick. The service is always professional and efficient. The iced coconut milk matcha pineapple drink that I got was weird however, none of the flavors worked together. Its not horrible but probably wouldnt get it again either.

Just got my order in drive thru, we rushed when I didn’t even see cars ahead of me. Just to get an order that was all wrong and burnt breakfast. I ordered a venti but got a tall. Never had this experience at Starbucks. When handed my food his arm was just hanging out the wonder, no smile no eye to eye contact. That was not a good experience ☹️

This branchs services has been above average; unfortunately, today as I went in to pick up my mobile order and place another in-store order, although there is a huge sign stating facial coverings required, none of the patrons INSIDE the store was wearing one. Most importantly, the staff were not enforcing the rule. This made me feel extremely unsafe, and I got out of there as fast as possible upon obtaining my orders.

They seem to be under a lot of stress but most of the employees are pretty genuinely happy and kind. They usually allow our group to meet on Friday evenings with our emotional support dog without any issues, but I would rather them just ask for the proof rather than eye ball me like Im lying to them. Take your chance whether they will be open or not. I pulled off the freeway because the app said they were open went to the front door which said they were open but the door was locked and an employee just gave me the gesture with his fingers across his neck that they weren’t open so I called their phone number and they said they were short staffed so they aren’t opening. How about a note on the door.

This location is the worst I have ever been to. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The line is extremely long and even IF you use the app(which never is available it seems) you still end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes longer than it says you will. Ordered 2 drinks both Venti. Got 1 Venti one Grande. How do you make that mistake? Not only was it wrong but it also wasnt sealed and ended up ALL over my front seat! I called and was told to come get replacements. Im not going back for that. Id rather just take the loss at this point.

The management at this location are not very helpful.My wife had hot coffee spilled on her by another customer. One of the employees witnessed the situation and did not even offer any assistance or asked is she was OK. My wife informed the manager and wasnt even concerned. He didnt bother account my wife if she needed anything. He just said be careful next time.The staff needs serious customer service training at this location.

Just came through this morning Tuesday 4/14 at 9:00 am and realized in line at drive thru I had forgotten my wallet at home, not to worry I had a gift card that has plenty on that my wife used. Big mistake as my wife is a frequent flyer. Long story short, I was short and without the proper cash to make up the difference and the young lady working the drive thru graciously still gave me my order all while remaining extremely polite and cordial. First visit enjoyable. Energetic and fun staff. Spacious! Must be serving the college better in this location than the one that used to be in the Stater Bros. Center nearby on Alosta.Since it is new construction, the accessibility features in the restroom are better than most. Also, (currently) the restrooms are not security code restricted like most Starbucks I frequent have upgraded to. But a little concerning that a spacious two stall bathroom does have a privacy lock. That seems unnecessary or a safety issue.

So I used to go to this Starbucks place in my college days, pre-COVID, usually in the afternoons and the occasional morning when I did some homework. One of the things that stood out was the staff working there. I recall one of the store managers at one point had a meeting with a supervisor and had free samples of either a baked good like coffee cake or some coffee. Another was a barista who’s blonde woman who was so sweet to me whenever I placed my order that when I was doing homework at Starbucks one day, she came in for her shift, saw me, and greeted me. I don’t know if this blonde girl still works for this particular Starbucks location, but I just wanna point out how that is a cool gesture and it made my day back then. Other than that, love the coffee atmosphere of the location.

This Starbucks was great, the bathroom was clean and the drinks were great as usual with Starbucks. What really impressed me though was the baristas honesty about a drink that looked good but that was way too sweet. He also recommended using the powder instead of the syrup to flavor the drink I ordered and it was delicious. This Starbucks is very close to Azusa Pacific University so it had many students studying. Is was a very nice vibe.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I feel like if youve been to one you have a good idea of how all the rest are. Service here is pretty quick and the employees Ive encountered are friendly. My biggest complaint would be seating. I really love having corner seats or nooks to hide away in while I study. With the exception of one outdoor table, most of the other seating feels pretty central, which I dislike. But thats pretty common for places like this.

It was 7:30 am, a very busy morning, and the line for drive thru was going well until there was one car in front of me to take her order. Somehow, the car in front of me took very long to get her drinks when out of nowhere, a person from inside the Starbucks begins talking to her, looking at me and all the other cars behind and ignoring them! She made eye-contact with me several times, having no clue why she is simply talking as if she was on her break. It got even more frustrating to see the lady was paying with a gift card, some change, dollar bills, and her phone, simply to extend her time at the window and eight min. after they were done talking, she finally got her drinks! Somehow, it takes EIGHT minutes to get a venti coffee, a venti cup of water, and a bread! Not to mention, the fourth drink on her tray was mine! The cashier was about to give the lady my drink, but thankfully the car realized it wasn’t her’s so she returned it. Instead of putting it back inside, she decides to leave it standing outside on the table to get cold, which was by the time they were done saying goodbyes. The cashier gave a last look at the line and ran back inside as if she had done nothing wrong. In the entire time waiting, I was debating whether to take a picture of them or not, well, it turns out they gave me enough time to think about that I actually got one without them even noticing! I guess they were too busy talking to each other they forgot where they were. The car finally leaves, people behind me and myself being late to work. I get to the window and my drink was sitting in the cold, no sleeve, I paid, and left all within ONE MINUTE. Did I forget to mention the cashier who was talking to the customer for so long WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN DRIVE-THRU?! The actual drive-thru lady apologized for taking so long and it turns out she had left her position inside just so she could have a good laugh with her pal who was in the car. If you know her, please DO NOT place her on drive-thru ever again. All your customers would appreciate it!

I love the atmosphere. Seating is comfortable and there is plenty of it. The baristas are friendly and helpful with choosing a tasty drink. It is walking distance from both Citrus College and Azusa Pacific University. I enjoy coming here to do some homework and drink my favorite white tea.

Youre better off just going down to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf down the street cuz they actually have good drinks, and better service. I ordered a drink inside the Starbucks cuz the drive thru line was too long, yet it wouldve taken about the same time anyways. There were barely anyone inside and three baristas. The employees dont know how to make their drinks, and even if they do, they take forever to make them. On a separate occasion, I want in for a water, and I was waited 20 min just to get a grande cup of water. Maybe if they had a spout that you could turn on and off as opposed to having to hold down a lever, it would speed up their process cuz they could work on a different drink as the cup fills, but Starbucks just loves making things difficult for themselves.

The service is prompt and the baristas make pretty good espresso. I also really enjoy the nitro cold brew.One word of caution: this Starbucks seems to get a number of homeless people. Today a homeless man sat in the corner for several hours. He kept his hand down his pants and stared intently at a woman sitting outside. When she left, he removed his hand from his pants and began sniffing his hand. This, combined with a number of other anti-social activities made my experience less than pleasant.Perhaps this location would benefit from some security?
