This Starbucks is real nice! They have a drive through but it kinda gets in the way of the parking lot as you walk in almost got hit 2x! Also the phone order parking is next to the handicap spot and everyone thinks they can park very close to it! Luckily I was able to summon my car out so I could leave. The parking lot was my only issue! This location is convenience and easy to get too . Our drinks and food were very hot and fresh. Staff was nice and place was clean.

Its very off-putting the way the baristas push for tips. They focus more on getting a tip them they do providing good service or making the drinks correctly! Im not going to tip you when... you are making my drink wrong; are slow; not following basic company rules; give attitude and/or suddenly become rude or indifferent when you realize youre not getting a tip. If you want tips...become a server at a restraunt and actually work for it / deserve it. Then maybe you will see what it takes to actually earn tips and that your service and performance directly determine your wages and job security. I miss living in a large city, because the sheer number of people waiting to snap up your job forces a worker to do their job as they were trained or risk losing it on the spot. Not so much around here and it really shows.

Drinks were perfect as always, service fast and courteous.Parking is not so good. full. had to park next door. I usually order ahead on mobile, but didnt have time.

We went through the drive through and when we pulled away noticed our lattes tasted like straight milk, they had it filled to the rim with milk . We had to turn around and go in to change it. We waited quite a while enough for the rest of our food we had in the car was cold now. And my new latte still tasted like just milk filled to the rim.If a customer comes in after already paying and going threw the drive threw that customer should be priority . We shouldn’t have had to wait as long as it would have been just to come inside.

Ordered through the app this morning. Got 2 white mochas, extra shots, long shots, extra syrup, one no whip, and one extra. Etc.In my experience, the barista hands the drinks out and informs the customer which drink is which. That didnt happen. The barista handed one out and was about to hand the second, and my girlfriend inquired which was the one with whip.Its on the label is what she responded as she walked away. It came across as dismissive and rude.BUT ... had that been it, I wouldnt even bother with a post like this.The drinks were hot, and we had to wait for them to cool. Long story short, I get all the way across town, and my White Mocha is just milk and espresso. I paid extra for 7 pumps of syrup, and got none.Thus not only was she dismissive with me as customer, but, come on! How do you make 2 very similar White Mocha drinks but not put syrup in one.I get that accidents happen, but her attitude/demeanor sure make it appear that she was just indifferent.

I had Ryan as a barista and he was so kind and had the biggest smile on his face. Even had the best recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to get. Will be back!

I ordered online for pick up, first they were out of the bowls for oatmeal so had my oatmeal in a cup, then dont tell us. Then they are out of stevia and apparently brown sugar too that I also asked for with my order. The oatmeal was supposed to have a splash of cream, not drowned in it. Completely disgusting and inedible. Just cancel the order next time, but theyre obviously focused on wasting peoples time and its a theyll just deal with it mentality. Waste of money. I mean, does this look like oatmeal to anyone?

I absolutely love the one in paradise. They know my name and my regular orders. They go out of there way to be helpful and always have a smile on their faces, even when I know they are having a hard day. I go there a few times everyday. I look forward to seeing them everyday. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. Its a breath of fresh air for a moment during your day. As you can tell, I absolutely love this place and everyone that works there.

My favorite Chico Starbucks. Something about the spot always is my fave whether inside/outside or drive thru!
