I had a horrible experience.The supervisors or whoever there name is had a terrible customer service. I had to ask for my refund. They claim to be individuals. I know not to come here anymore. I am expecting my refund 2-3 days. One was lvn Cathy Murphy and the other . Is it a nurse aswell? The one with grey pants ?

This Starbucks is my main spot off of baker and Fairview. It has great service. And there’s always an “old guys rule” club outside that’s always so friendly when I walk with my kids. The service is consistent and no issues when it comes to mobile orders. Their artwork always has cute starwars or Pokémon characters, which my kids appreciate.

This is a good Starbucks location. I often go here and use the drive through on my way to work. It is often crowded during that time and I think they could do a better job at getting everybody served. The food is great though and the people who work there are always nice.

I visited this Starbucks location, for a quick bite & drink.Food was ok but my drink missed flavor. I tried to say something but I was in a rush to have my drink redone.The location was a little dirty but the restrooms were clean.

Can I put less than one star in this chain!!! Stupid clerks ask your name but didn’t mention it!!! Was not written on the cup, just announce what the drink was & if I wasn’t paying attention & if there’s another order same as mine how would I even know it’s my drink? Why the need to ask name? Does not make sense! Unprofessional! Getting your coffee in the morning here will only make your morning worst! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

There are not a lot of tables here and also, there are two tables that have access to plugs. So if you have an older computer, you can forget about coming here. Starbucks should do better and provide more outlets.

The barista at the Baker locations asked to see my POP. He also informed me the order was not at his store. The barista sent me to the Harbor location. The Harbor location stated that it was at the Baker location according to the receipt. I was very upset to find out why the barista lied to me and sent me to the further location to pick my order. I called corporate office to file a complaint. I believe better training and better customer service is required of this individual.

Nice people most of the employees know me by my first name. Love it. Very kind they know what I want. Also take my grandchildren who are 5 and 6 . and they are great to the kids also...... Best starbucks in the oc, they make the drinks the right way, i always order a pink drink and its delicious ever time. ive been to other starbucks and they make the pink drink wrong adding too much coconut milk and not enough of the strawberry acai base. i always go here and never have an issue

The best Starbucks there is. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. They welcome me with smiles, know my name, and are the hardest workers. Im so thankful and love them so much!! Im moving near a different location about 10 minutes away, but I refuse to go anywhere but this one for my daily fix ♥️♥️♥️

This became my store for six weeks while I had a training near by. Every morning the line was out the door, and every morning this staff had my order ready in a few minutes. The staff is amazing and so so efficient. I worked as a manager for Starbucks for almost ten years so I really appreciate a great staff when I see it.

Love this location, I love to get my coffee fix here, then I go a few doors over to frenchs bakery 🧁🥯 🤤. My order at Starbucks is always perfect. ALthough, I do advice that the person taking the beverage orders read back the order to make sure or no discrepancies and/or waste.

Robert is probably the best Batista/manager Ive ever seen. He has great customer service skills and I have never been disappointed in my drinks when he makes them. He puts 110% into it and keeps the shop clean and welcoming. Feel free to verify this yourself. A trip to Starbucks on my way to OCC is always a pleasant experience

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. I live closer to other ones, but I still try to cruise over to this one. I can’t quite explain why I like this one. I think it just has a good “feel” to it. Maybe cuz I’ve always been a Costa Mesa guy? It does have a very nice, open layout. Not claustrophobic. So going in here right now, during this social distancing, mask wearing pandemic, isn’t too stressful. Five stars.

Especially when its an item that can reasonably be acquired from a market or Nother local Starbucks, since theres always more than one clustered together.And, please also ensure that attentiveness by the employees is being practiced, in that they are being observant of those amongst the customer crowd and how long theyve been there. The reason of this is mentioned is because when the ticket system fails, like this morning, it should be visible enough to anticipate that someones been waiting a little too long and that waiting for a bagel and a single drink item order should not take more than 15 minutes when you only have a weight line for pickups of about eight and a staff of four to five.

This place was a mess! I mean its Starbucks so you know what to expect...normally. My coffee was fine but the floors and tables were dirty. It was ridiculous! I have never seen anything like it on any coffee shop. Yuck! I was meeting a friend so I was there for a long time and no employee ever even came out from behind the counter to try and tidy up. Really surprised by this!

I come here because it’s the closest location to me but, I always order the same thing a caramel macchiato and I usually order it through the app. THREE TIMES ALREADY that my coffee taste like pure milk and no thing else, I asked on of the baristas to remake my coffee today and it still taste like PURE MILK, I’ve had many caramel macchiatos and I’m sure it isn’t supposed to taste like milk. So it’s my money going in the trash cause o ordered coffee not steamed milk. Very upset I couldn’t get my order right.

I had the worst experience, I stopped 10 min. before they opened, so I waited at the door not knowing they had 2 doors. At opening, the lady went to open the other door first, she even pushed open and took a step out. There was no one at that door. When she came to the door I was at, she just unlocjed it and walked away. ok, so i walked in and went to the counter and waited for another 5 min. while the other barista stocked pastries, i dont know where the lady had gone off to but sge finally returned and came to the counter very annoyed and asked what do you want, I contained my irritation because I was going to work and it was too late to go elsewhere, I wanted 2 cafe travelers, she tells me it will be at least 1/2 hour before she can get those. I ask why, because she had to brew the iced coffee and get the shop ready. The sign says they open at 04:30, i gues they meant 04:30ish. Very bad service, poor attitudes, no, I left with no coffee but i know where i shall not go in the future. at least there are 6 more srarbucks just as close, maybe they want my business.

Took 15 minutes to take 3 orders. A marshmellow overly social person taking my.. overly because the conversation doesnt flow and isnt flowing along with the actual process of tpaking/submitting my order.. a Prince look alike provides the barrista service. Marshmellow and Prince giggle and chat while I try to get their attention to get a wet rag so we can sit at the only available table which someone had spilled some white foofoo coffee drink all over it. I ask for the rag.. she insists she will do it.. yet hangs out with Prince... so finally she comes out, wipes, but it is still all sticky.I have had better customer service at a kids lemonade stand.I ordered a venti Americano with half hot water and half hot skim milk.. after saying okay to each... she then asks.. will that be hot or cold?
