My daughter and I hit this location on our way home after visiting friends nearby. Services always great and wait times are good. The parking lot is a bit difficult.

The staff was a little unfriendly. I was there in the morning- the large table didnt have crumbs but definitely did not look or feel clean. The coffee was good though, and restroom was clean. Nice space.

Updating my review from last year. The new group of workers are amazing. I live a couple blocks away and am in here often and everyone is so nice and will remember my name/drink order. Only complaint is that it is always busy so you will spend a couple extra minutes in line and that the garbages are always overflowing.

Awesome, clean and beyond friendly Starbucks. The staff is great Chris, Collin, Sophie, Trista and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always give great customer service. I go their almost everyday and couldnt recommend it more.

Slowest moving Starbucks ever. If theres any store to avoid it is this one! Ive waited 20 mins in line several different times, and with 2 or less people ahead of me!!! It is absolutely astounding. Ive never seen employees move slower or care less. Corporate needs to step in, fire all the staff, and rehire people that can move just a little quicker than a snails pace.

Ive ordered I think probably like 6 role from here and while they have never out right screwed up an order they havent exactly gotten on perfect either theres always like one extra pump of something or something missing that you requested or it takes a really long time just theres always something it seems like. that being said it is a decent location the one thing that really brings this place down and score in my opinion, is the absolutely atrocious parking situation around the area if its a busy time you might not even find parking Lee recruiter block away at the end of the parking lot where are all the other shops AR. Unfortunately this is probably one of the worst Starbucks Ive been to. Not due to the coffee, but the customer service. When our coffee was ready they stated it with the wrong milk, so unsure if it was ours or not we waited. Finally we asked after 10 minutes, as the coffee did not have our name nor the label. Even the employee was not sure if it was ours and just told us to taste it to make sure. My wife has numerous of allergies and there was a reason why she asked for almond milk. I would hope that Starbucks would take more concern especially as there was only 4 customers inside.

Im currently enrolled in college and whenever I am stressed out or need to relax I always come to this Starbucks! Yes, sometimes they are busy, but they have the best employees who are extremely nice. Every time I go in there I end up leaving a satisfied customer. Occasionally (If Im extremely stressed out and they can tell) theyll give me a free dessert or some kind of sweet! Love this starbucks. Cheers!

No power outlets. Great lighting and great work space. Key coded bathroom.I got the Holiday Panini that has Turkey, stuffing and cranberry (not too sweet). The filling was NOT well distributed between the bread. They stand the sandwich upright in the fridge which I am sure makes it hard to keep the sandwich contents where they are supposed to be. It was delicious and filling. Worth trying.

The girl working at 5pm on 8/6 is very nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The guy with the blonde mustache is the rudest employee Ive ever seen at a starbucks. He ignored me 3 times when I called for him and when he acknowledged me he had an attitude. I asked if I could have my drink that was out of arms reach while I was holding my baby and he said No thats not yours. Then the girl mentioned it was mine and he gave me my drink with an attitude. While he was just joking with another coworker right before. Terrible customer service for him!

This Starbucks is about a block away from the beach. The parking on the weekends is pretty terrible, so you either fight for a spot by the store or park on halfway down the other side of the parking lot. Its not bad. Just inconvenient. Im sure during the weekdays the parking is widely available.I ordered their small batch coffee in grande size with some cream. It tastes better than the normal iced coffee so its worth it for me. They have one large community table with chargers for your phone and a few satellite tables as well. Service was good, but the line was out the door.

Wow this was a terrible Starbucks experience. I came here to study, walked in and every trash can is full. Im still sitting here studying (4 hours later) and the trash cans are still full. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I doubt they clean it more than once a day. Customer service is terrible. The cashier didnt give me my change. I let it go seeing that it was only 5 cents and now the workers are back there yelling and laughing. Not to mention Ive been staring at a sliced Apple laying on chair since this morning.

Giving four stars. one staff member is extremely friendly to me personally after another staff was quite blatantly rude about a simple refill. Since I had picked up my coffee a half hour earlier at a different Starbucks I was accused of bringing in an old cup for a free refill. Well as I write this review the same Batista hasnt made my drink. Not one single person in line..... fifteen minutes now. Im walking out without my drink! Keep the money and the coffee. I will not be insulted again!

I am a Starbucks regular, especially if theres no great local coffee shops around. All the bucks in HB are bad at service, has been for decades, and this one that I drive by more times a month than I can count is no exception.Its still better than the psuedoItalian place across the parking lot but i deal with the additional time and just go to the Coffe Bean and Tea drive thru less than a mile south on Beach Blvd.

No electricty for anyone at any time?!?Never been to a Starbucks anywhere in the world where they took out ALL of the electric outlets like at this one, wow.They also wont even plug in a small battery behind the counter for this paying customer so I can continue working.Also undercharged for the outmeal ordered, and when picked up asked for the blueberries ordered; then made a big deal of charging me $.50 more, finally gave up, cuase they couldnt figure out how to make the transaction.Cold, officious vibe by most employees too.Wont be back here, ever!
