I havent had a Starbucks coffee in a long time. Stopped at this unknown drive-thru location, this cashier was so friendly and so nice. My order was done correctly. This location was clean and quick. I was the 3rd car in line but didnt wait long. Really impressed with my severs hospitality.

The Latina lady here wont let you use the restroom until you order.I pull up in a 2022 car fresh off an hour on the freeway and sorry but I cant think to order whem I have to use the restroom.I aaked her and she ignored me.I asked her again andi explainedshe refusedI only ordered the coffee for my meeting. Very disappointing when you spend over $6 for a coffee with add ins and you get a cup only half full. I rechecked my order and I did not request any extra foam. It not just this Starbucks but it has been happening more often recently. Not sure if they are just trying to cut cost or are in to big of a hurry to fix the drinks correctly

Worst customer service ever. Not sure if they are over worked but lady in red was rude. Came in to make an order for tomorrow for my company meeting but decided to go with the competitor. Trash was overflowing at register and restrooms needed to be stocked and moped.

Just came from this location And first of all they got the order wrong and when you politely tell them they get mad then they dont even put enough ice so your cold drink is warm not good at all I will be reaching out to corporate we pay too much for them to mess up our orders

Good experience. It wouldve been nice if they had an air conditioned place to sit, but you have to order and sit outside. They have a restroom with a code on it for customers. They had Chocolate brownies as well even though I didnt see one on the menu. Just ask and maybe theyll have it. Very friendly and helpful.

I hate to give this location only 2 stars but there is nothing worse than having to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to grab a drink because people are allowed to add their orders at the window. Not only is this totally inconsiderate as though people do not have places to go like work but this is longer than ordering a full meal at any given fast food place. Even at food places people are asked to park to the side and wait for their orders instead of inconveniencing the other paying customers

Its like when I say around the cup they think I mean around the outside of the cup and on top of the lid. Seriously, dont come here unless you enjoy wrong drinks that will dirty your car every visit, I only come here out of convenience and routine, otherwise you are much better off heading to the one on Irwindale and Arrow Hwy, they are far more superior in every aspect. If you HAVE to absolutely go here, ask for Nathan, he is the only worthy employee there. Everyone else always looks high or miserable.

I originally asked for a kiwi starfruit and the barista told me they were out of the juice to make the beverage. She informed me they could make the other refreshers. I asked for a mango dragon fruit refresher and after waiting about 7 minutes or so it came out as a yellowish liquid. I was upset because that would have changes my choice if the person who was taking my order had informed me they didnt have the items to make the drink to completion. Once the order came up I asked to confirm that it was the beverage because it didnt resemble the original drink made with all of its components. Another girl stated it tastes the same but they have no berries. I had said that no one told me that there werent any berries for this drink as well. Instead of asking if I wanted another drink, because I hadnt even touched it she retorted with I just got here, no one told me ethier, I just make tge drinks and it tastes exactly the same. Although her tone wasnt rude at all I feel they should have a) notified the customer if there was a missing part of the beverage to make sure that is fine b)offered another beverage if the customer wasnt satisfied and wasnt informed. Instead the other girl decided to try to defend. I feel on the part of the person who took the order and the person who talked to me at the end and made the drink this should have been handled differently. This experience reflected a lack of customer service. I would recommend going to another location if this situation would bother you as well. The drink did taste like the orignal drink. It just looked like yellow urine instead of a beautiful put purple with added texture. Note: they did have a sign stating of supply shortages but I dont feel that means they shouldnt disclose which items they dont have when it specifically applies to something you ordered

Im a regular at this Starbucks. The service and quality have always been 5 stars, especially when I see at the window an extremely efficient young man whose name I cannot remember despite the fact that he always remembers mine. Well he was not there today and after I waited standing at the window for 10 minutes I asked for my order and it seems to me that it got going right at this moment. I saw several people coming ordering and leaving. My order finally came out 15 minutes after I placed it and also for the first time the drinks did not have the printed sticker with the name of the drink. When I finally arrived to the office 10 minutes late, we had to star trying to guess which drink was each. This is a 1st at this location. I hope it doesnt happen again.

Ive never been to a Starbucks as efficient as this one. They have possibly the fastest drive-thru service that Ive ever seen. Ill spend more time waiting to get on to Azusa Avenue then I will in the line to order and pick up my drink. Not only that, the Baristas are very courteous and polite and respectful of your time.

I came here on wednesday 7/18/18 for happy hour from 3-4 pm and i was one of the few first people in line. When it came to my turn i ordered 2 drinks and the offer was supposed to be 50% off any frappe. When i was about to pay i noticed i was paying my drinks at full price and when i asked the lady for my discount she told me i needed to have a code for eligibility. I have always gone there for happy hour and i’ve never had to give a code or anything. So i decided to go to the one in eastland and i had no problem ordering over there, they didn’t even ask me anything. I was really upset with the service at this location.

Typical Starbucks, but this one is an outdoor location. Its on the perfect route if youre headed to or from the canyons on a motorcycle from the 10 freeway. The workers are helpful, and overall my experiences have always been positive.

Unpleasant baristas for the most part, went there yesterday to get a cup of coffee in my break, the window was closed & 3 or 4 people inside saw me & chose to ignore me & take care of the drive thru. I literally had to KNOCK on the window to be acknowledged by a rude barista who hated being there. Asked for easy ice & got a cupful of ice.I work in customer service & I understand how frustrated you can get with people; but I also know that I should NEVER take it out on customers. Thats how professional customer service should be.Their coffee doesnt taste that good anyway. Next time Ill be smart enough to get Coffee Bean on my way to work.

Drive up location primarily however you can place an order at the window. Best to use app at this time. I ordered trenta iced tea and trenta water. Only the iced tea was the correct size. The iced water was served in a smaller cup. They gave it too me and didnt ask of order was correct. After a minute. She looked at me from inside the store drive through window and waved goodbye. They definitely didnt read the tag that goes on each cup....we ordered 2 caramel Frappuccinos and 2 mocha cookie with peppermint Frappuccinos...they gave us 2 caramel Frappuccinos which were fine, but the other 2 was wrong. 2 straight peppermint frapps. And we asked them to remake them and the 2nd drinks were big Java chips and few cookie crumbles in a mocha drink. No peppermint. It was all wrong. I was highly dissatisfied but didnt want to go back to the store to fix it. I just wont go back to that location

I went to the drive-thru and asked for two of the pumpkin cream cold Brews (Venti). I also asked for them to be upside down. The guy who took my order asked what is upside down. Which I thought was really weird that I had to tell him what upside down was considering thats a very common thing at Starbucks. Then I get to the front and he is about to hand me two Grandes instead of two Ventis. So then I say hey I ordered two ventis not Grandes and also why is the price still the same price as the ventis. He then gets his manager who says oh sorry we didnt have enough cold brew for the venti so we just did Grandes and we forgot to change the price in the system. In my head Im thinking why didnt you ask me if I was okay maybe I wanted to change my order I did not want Grandes I wanted ventis and I certainly did not want someone to assume that that would be okay. In the future I would probably ask someone if thats okay because maybe I would have gotten something completely different instead of that. A grande for me was not enough coffee and if I wouldve been told ahead of time I would have just changed my order. Horrible service!

I ordered frappuccino several times this week. I didn’t think it was frappuccino.. because it already melted and wasn’t even cool.. all the service is too slow.. so today another customer told me it took too long to get the baverage and I agreed with him! When I visited here today, I couldn’t see more than 2 customers.. This starbucks sucks at mobile order. I couldn’t have the sandwich which I ordered by mobile order, because it was sold out. So I needed to choose an alternative one. If I didn’t check the price of the alternative, I couldn’t receive the difference, $1.80. GET WIFI FIXED! 😣I was there yesterday 03/17/17 & there was no WiFi on patio & only one (1) bar on the north side of building where the parking & walkup order window are, but the reception in the bathroom was five (5) bars! I ask the staff about it & all they had to say is it is not very good. When they first opened you could get 2-3 bars in the front patio. I am going to call customer service to report the problem!Good stuff, fast drive through, but a little expensive!To exit move to left of exit drive to make your right turn eaiser. Depending on your vehicle you maybe able to turn right into the right turn for Badillo. To go north head to left turn lane at Badillo where U turn at Badillo is OK.
