1. Theres no foam in the lattes they serve. But when I asked for extra foam in my grande latte, half the cup was foam. Literally half.2. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Its akin to those nasty gas station bathroom you see in horror or dark movies. Theres blood on the toilet, and something seems to have run down the walls and the door. Also no toilet paper. Trash can is broken, nasty, and full (its not even noon yet).

Starbucks has an exceptional staff, always friendly and attentive. However, the limited parking can be a challenge. Nevertheless, the ambiance is pleasant and the store is always clean, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your coffee.

Never drive here. I spent literally half an hour (no exaggeration) trying to find parking to pick up my drink, and eventually had to leave - there’s literally nowhere to park. When I called, they refused to give me my money back.

Large outlet for this chain with all their offerings available. Plenty of seating. Rather dark interior thats not super inviting, but not too bad. During my visit, the place was full of people who must live nearby as they seemed to know each other.

Very Very Busy Little Place & Its Loud. Semi Safe & Its Located Next To Pleasant Hill Bart Station. If You Come Here To Work On Your Computer. Bring Sound Cancelling Headphones. For Seating, Its Kinda Hard To Find. If You Dont Want People To See Your Computer Screen. Then You Will Have To Come Early When They First Open To Grab A Seat With The Wall Behind You. The manager is absolutely ignorant of the needs for this branch. (1) The outlets towards the end of the store don’t work.(2) The outlet of the one table that works is destroyed and can be dangerous cause it’s falling off!(3) There are flies coming to your face when you are sitting by towards the end of the store on the comfy seats! (4) from the pictures I’ve added, one can see there is no cleaning happening in this store! (5) they blocked one of the bathrooms to use it as an storage when the store needs both of them and people are in line all the time to access the restroom

Bought a venti cappuccino and it was filled less than half the cup. Probably a third.You know how it feels when you’ve taken gulps of a cup you bought, and towards the end when you lift your cup from the table, it feels light?Right from the pickup it already felt like my large cup was at its end.Starbucks tells me in their reply to tell the employee to remake it, which would be more time spent waiting. I took the time to take out my wallet to tip cash, don’t short your customers. If they order a large cup of cappuccino, they meant they want more cap, not the larger cup.

My go-to Starbucks with some of the friendliest employees! Added bonus is that they all seem to love dogs here. Whenever my dog and I come in the lovely Baristas know us immediately! As busy as this place is I cannot believe they remember us and by name. Everyone here is so friendly, energetic and you cannot help but to have your spirits lifted.Sadly I have seen them have to deal with some tyrants (customers) before but they handled it with so much grace and tact. I walk to this location as it is along the route I walk my dog daily. They are definitely a cheerful, inviting and very well run location. The staff here really know how to work with the public and are also very efficient.

I frequently go to this Starbucks (as well as the one in Emeryville by the Home Depot and Taco Bell). The people inside both all know and greet me by name and I get good service. This is why I gave it 5 stars. All Starbucks do allow dogs to be brought inside, but I do not know what the controls are. This morning at the Sunne location there was a small white dog/puppy who was not on leash and running around on the floor, the owners did not really have control over the dog, they are frequently in this Starbucks. This dog started barking at me and came towards me. I ignored the dog, but it continued to bark. I know that this is not normal for dogs in Starbucks, but I do not go to Starbucks for dogs to behave this way. I go to enjoy my beverage and food in peace. When you do bring your dog inside, please keep it under control.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the East Bay. Comfortable, not overly crowded, well designed and very good and fast app service with great designated area. The only problem i have encountered couple of times is that their pastries may not exactly be available as you order online in advance, so you get to change in store or cancel. The staff are friendly, professional, and fast. Great taste of coffee.

This place is awesome! I live across the street from it, so I come over here almost every day to get some coffee, and occasionally hang out and do some coding.The employees here are all super friendly and nice. Its really clean. And theres always a decent amount of people here (I like the background noise).Theres also two working bathrooms, a parking garage (if you drive here), and plenty of space to sit and work both inside and outside.Overall, its awesome!

Definitely one of the best and most well-run starbucks I have been to. Little things go a long way during this pandemic, and good customer service is appreciated now more than ever.

If I tell the employee who takes my order I want 2” of half n half and 10 sugars, they should take that literally and write it on the order so that the person making it doesn’t have to ask how much...

I tutor students here every so often and always have found the baristas to be exceptional. My only complaint is that busy times often leave seating scarce and immediately after school local students coming by for after school drinks tend to be a little loud.

Customer brought in 2 dogs, one leashed.All Starbuck employees petting dogs with both hands.Afterwards no hand washing and touching other customers food items. My hot tea came as an iced tea. Returned for a hot tea. No profit for this transaction, Starbucks paid twice for tea. Inept people behind the counter.ZERO STAR AT THIS STARBUCKS!

I really appreciate the friendly staff and their ability to keep the long lines moving on those busy mornings. I will go out of my way to visit this location rather than others closer to my home or work. The baristas I encounter on a daily basis always put a smile on my face. Very busy as they get a lot of the commuters in the morning. Staff is very friendly. It is very clean. There is street parking or you can park on the garage at 7000 Sunne Lane and run in thw back door and get your coffee to go or relax a few minutes.
