Horrible service this visit. No experienced coffee maker employees on shift. Current workers are sloppy with their drinks not mixing correctly or taking the time to make them right. Im not sure they are even adding the correct ingredients....very disappointed this visit.

The male manager/ shift lead here is very rude. I forgot to scan for points and asked if we could redo the transaction. Only one person behind me. He had to be called to help and when he first came out, I apologized for trouble and said “I appreciate your help”. He ignored me. When we were done with the transaction, I said “thank you”, loud and clear. He responded, “yep”!My daughter who lives closest to this location previously told how rude they are here and now I see. It all starts with leadership!!!

Ive been a frequent patron at this Starbucks for many years, recently Ive been using the app to order ahead. The service was quick, and was surprised how convenient it is to order the app, and how fast they were able to get my order ready.Definitely recommend this Starbucks, just based on their fast service and convenient location.

My current Starbucks location is closed due to remodel . I’ve been coming to this location this week for coffee in the mornings as of Tuesday. Coffee is not good. The worse I’ve ever tasted . My husband stopped by to get me iced coffee this afternoon, DISGUSTING 🤢. I thought maybe it’s was the morning shift crew, but I see it’s possibly all the employees at this location. Won’t be returning.

I wont go to this starbucks location. Went here Monday to get my free drink, because I purchased one of the starbucks green mug and it says free grande drink. The short lady not sure if shes Mexican said she will put it inside my mug because thats the purpose of it. I didnt argue, but it did not say on my mug that its to refill. It says free grande! My green mug isnt even the size of a grande. SUPER DUMB!, but I let it go, shes too busy flirting with her coworker. She didnt even put a sugar in my Tea. She should get more training, starting with her attitude.

Great customer service!!!! 🥳 I asked for a cold chai latte, it was very sugary! I asked if they would remake it please, with less sugar. They said absolutely sorry about that. I told them how It might taste better for my taste buds.... they actually listened and my Cold Chai Latte tasted soooooo good! Thanks to the Starbucks team@ at the florin rd. Unfortunately they prioritize mobile orders over physical ones and as a result I had to ask for a refund after waiting 20 minutes for 1 drink. Fortunately they have a new manager, hopefully she can turn it around, she was very courteous.

My neighborhood Starbucks. There have been a few times that my drinks were literally half filled and other times when my drink was completely wrong. I wouldn’t have taken a star away but the staff has been rude to me in the past when they got my order wrong.

The Barista (unsure of her name) was very aggressive about my mask when I was trying to use face id to make a payment! Literally came at me aggressive did not greet me when I approached the counter but happily greeted everyone else. Light skin barista with colored eyes I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL. Soooo rude her customer service was horrible!

I just found out that they have a selection of hot teas that arent on the menu board. Just ask and ye shall receive. The hot tea menu that is. Haha. I have always loved Starbucks even though I try to avoid all things basic b*tch but so what if the coffee is pricey, I pay for quality and atmosphere and you get that at Starbucks.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. Internet according to speedtest was only 1.0 MB at its best compared with the average Starbucks speed (8-12). Then, the poor baristas were doing their best to attend so many people, but still, this place needs at least 2-3 more baristas. Longest lines ever for a Starbucks.

This is the only one i like to hang out at. Mario is the best cashier ever. Ronnie is the kindest barista and everyone else is great too but they are soo happy i think theyre loaded on cafiene but then again so is everyone else in here.I once came in here just for water and they told me they had a ready to go cups and dispenser and to go serve myself. Now Thats service, so i bought an iced coffee for their trouble.Lots of chairs and spaces for their many customers too and though it can get crowded in here, thats a good thing as people are forced to sit with an weird man like me and make conversation so thats always appreciated.Anyways good place. Right off the highway.

Bad experience happened 3 times in a row they got our order wrong we called spoke with a manager and they said they will replace it but then they got the order wrong again I don’t know what’s going on if it’s new employees or if the employees are not good at all but they customer service and production isn’t the best I usually don’t complain like really but this Starbucks really irritated me I completely stopped coming here and now I have to go another 5 minutes to get to another Starbucks I stay across the street I shouldn’t have to go to a whole another Starbucks . I spend a lot of money here but they no longer have my business at this location
