*Updated* 2022-10-07 - I went to this store a few days ago, I needed to get some work done so I thought Id get a drink and write a couple of emails then be on my way.I was surprised to see a big banner up front saying Grand Re-Opening but when I went inside I was disappointed with the new store layout. If I thought this was a pass-thru store before in my original review, now I wonder why they even have a storefront.The new store has about 1/4 of the space when you go in. They expanded the work area but greatly reduced the floor space for the customer. Before, they had 3 or 4 tall tables, now they dont have any. If you want a quick coffee or snack, it may still be fine. But if you want to sit down to enjoy your drink or food, dont go here, there is absolutely no seating.-- orgiinal review---This is what I think of as a pass-thru Starbucks, but its fine and does the job. It seems that the majority of the customers use the drive-through service. This makes sense since the store is near a busy intersection and next to the on-ramp to the freeway.The place is clean and neat every time Ive been there. The staff is friendly enough. The only downside Ive found with it is that they dont have power outlets, so if you bring your laptop or your phone charger and want to get some work done, you will not be able to keep your device charged. They have gone out of their way to cover the power outlets with blank plates. I suppose it is to discourage people from hanging out all day.Parking can get a little crazy because of the location, but generally there are a few spots open.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I live closer to 3 other Starbucks but prefer to drive to this location because their refreshers are always super fresh and yummy.

This is a very busy Starbucks with a lot of traffic. That being said, there are lot of items out of stock and cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority. Pretty mediocre experiences every time I’ve gone.

This happened 1/27/23 at around 7:20am.I ordered a grill cheese sandwich through the drive through, I asked nicely to please leave it in the oven alittle extra to make sure the cheese was well cooked, after arriving to the window and paying for my order i was asked to please move to the parking lot and someone was going to bring the order to my car, after waiting over 10min I had to go inside and asked for my order just to find out it had been on the counter for who knows how long, the sandwiche was already hard, cold and not even well cooked.

First time at this location. First thing I noticed was limited parking, a typically drive thru lane and a mobile order pickup window. Convenient. Went inside and surprised to see a small area, no sitting, limited standing - just an order counter. Must be the quickie get & go Starbucks. Great coffee as usual.

Came here evening of 12/6 . I ordered a scone and some coffee . I used my debit card but then a minute later the girl comes back and says were out of scones but dont worry I canceled your transaction so did you want to order something else, which I did so I ordered something else and then she charged me again but my card has a safety feature that will decline if it suspects a double charge which I did not realize at the time So I paid cash, Well come to find out she did in fact charge my card $12.75 and took my cash for the same amount and now I cant get a refund according to management whenI called and spoke to the a.m Jen who pretty much says oh well, tells me if I want my money that I can do a charge back through my bank which could take over a month, I dont want to explain but its incredibly inconvenient to do a charge back and while Its only a few bucks i feel its the principal, they should train their employees better and maybe offer a better solution for the customers, Like ...oh I dont know practice ACTUAL customer service . It isnt smiling while telling me oh well tough luck .. customer service is treating people with some degree of dignity and actually finding a solution to a patrons issue which was caused by incompetency on the employees behalf . ya crazy concept to expectcompetency instead of just saying oh well do a charge back to your bank, but I guess thats what happens when you have a bunch of spaced out kids running a business.

I use to have this starbucks at a 5star, But the last few times I have come here the staff is so very very rude. I have dropped my daily trips down to occasional due to the staff, especially the evening managers. They have absolutely no idea about customer service or how to talk to customers. When your staff is rude, as a manager you should fix the problem NOT create more of one. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

HORRIBLE ORDER AHEAD EXPERIENCE... I ordered ahead on the app and it gave me an estimated time. When I got there 5 minutes after the time they only gave me my drinks. He said food would take a few minutes started working on other orders; was no acknowledged again until another 5 minutes. They gave me one food item. I had to wait to tell them about 2nd item. They gave me second item; had to ask for 3 item 20 minutes later! Very poor customer service, non-existent communication between staff and NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME. I understand being busy but then give a more realistic estimated time and work on accuracy of orders. I will not come to this location again. If you value your time dont come here.

She was mad and instead of asking if we wanted to keep the coffee they got wrong, she threw it away and gave us the other one all irritated. Two occasions back to back my order was wrong 😑My husband ordered a vanilla nitro cold brew it was by far the worst drink ever tasted in my life. I couldn’t even drink it myself. We requested Carmel instead of mocha drizzle and they still put mocha drizzle I mean really? Twas the middle of the night.... which in this case, means early morning, like 3am... my girlfriend and my dog were all awake nervous about early morning medical appointment... so at 3am, did we sleep 2 hours and get up groggy for the appointment? no!! We needed to stay up the next couple hours... lets get coffee, someone said... I cant remember if it was her, me, or the dog... but upon searching what was open, we found out this Starbucks on 17th and Tustin, right off the 55fwy was 24HOURS! We never knew!So off to the drivethru, back home and the caffeine plus extra espresso shots did the job. Dogs medical procedure went wonderful.Awesome to low these guys are open 24hrs

Terrible customer service. The girl in the a.m. shift Monday through Friday has a horrible attitude. This is not the first time shes been rude. I will no longer be attending this Starbucks as she has deterred myself and others from going. Today was the last straw. The first few times I thought this girl is having a bad day, but no it is now every time.

Ive ordered both inside and in the drive thru here and never experienced any issues. The staff is friendly and attentive, and this location has one of the quickest Starbucks drive thrus Ive visited. I went yesterday, ordered my drink, and was paying in under 7 minutes, and this was with at least 3 cars ahead of me. One thing a few shops have missed in the past is double blending drinks, but my order was 100% correct and waiting at the window when I drove up.

Likely because they gave it to somebody in the drive thru who ordered after I did. I sometimes work from this Starbucks. One timw I dropped my drink and spilled it everywhere. A Starbucks employee came with two warm wet cloths so I can clean the coffee off myself, cleaned the floor and table, and made me a completely new drink without being rude or sounding annoyed. The employees here are pretty kind. The only thing I dont like is that Google should specify that drive thru is open 24.7 but not the inside.

Place needs to be kept up, theres usually quite a bit of homeless people hanging out at this location. That of course is not a never a seat available when you want to come in and enjoy a cup of coffee. The restrooms do need to cleaned, they were pretty bad.

I just wanted to say that I’m greatly impressed with this Starbucks location and there kindness. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have come to this Starbucks location usually purchasing a chi tea and cinnamon bagel, but there has been many times I have come through Starbucks just to get an ice water to cool off during this hot summer. I’m throughly impressed with there kindness to fulfill the order without actually purchasing something from time to time. Starbucks always treats me fairly with kindness and respect regardless of the fact, the order is a paid one, or if I’m just coming through to get an ice water. It’s sad that many drive thru’s won’t give you an ice water “unless you make a purchase”. 5 stars Starbucks to you and your employees for treating everyone equally regardless of a paid order or just getting ice water. Your kindness is not forgotten and will be regarded in the long run.

My frappuccino was ordered and made to perfection. I was a walk-in and now realize that the drive thru patrons seem to have preferential treatment in the wait time. To add to that, parking lot is like a sardine can. I was boxed in for 1-2 minutes. Better to use this, location as mostly drive thru.

I like coming to this Starbucks because even though it is small, the drive-thru is usually very quick and employees are always very sweet. Just visited on Sunday 12/4 @ 5 - 5:30 pm. Drive through was serviced poorly and the store was out of stock on all first requests. Time between vehicle movements exceeded 5 min. Over 1/2 hour of waiting culminated with the decision to not purchase the ordered beverages and we followed the previous customer out of the drive through. Hands down worst starbucks experience.

Worst starbucks experience yet!The place looks messy and neglected. The glass display for desserts looked trampled on. Although the place was not busy at all, we waited 10 minutes for the girl helping us to tell us that they didnt have an ingredient for the drinks we just ordered and paid for(she couldnt have told us this any earlier?). When our first drink is up she comes over and says, I probably should have told you when you order but I cant fill your drink all the way when you order no ice. (Excuse me? I ordered a trenta cup and you fill it up halfway because I dont want ice? No other Starbucks had told me that before). When we ask the lady to adjust the price since we got significantly less drink than expected, she has the audacity to say, even if you order a smaller drink Im only gonna fill it halfway (...) (Excuse me, again?)oh, and while we were waiting for our drinks, another guy comes in and doesnt get acknowledged. So, he goes and stands right in front of the Starbucks employee and the employee guy straight up just ignores him, continues to type on the screen without even looking up at the customer. After 3-5 minutes, another girl employee asks the customer if he had been helped, customer says no, so the girl tries to help him out and take his order, but the other guy that had just ignored the customer finishes up and says, oh Ill help you out right over here sorry man I was just trying to take care of something. (What?!)These guys clearly need a reminder of their role with their customers. The customer is giving you the opportunity to serve them and is not interrupting your work, but is rather the reason you work.Also, to the employees there, would you like to get that kind of service next time you go to a coffee shop?

I work as a EMT and was on a 36hr shift. I was told about a 24hr Starbucks. So I go and my ambulance doesnt fit the drive thru. So go to the window to see if they would take my order. The girl was very rude. I understand walk up can be sketchy even more so at that time of night.. Around midnight during my lunch (I work night shift nearby) I ordered a drink from the Starbucks app to pick up at this location. When doing so I was unaware that this location is only a drive-thru late at night. I walked there and politely waited for a car to leave so I could go to the drive-thru window which was the only thing open. The man refuse to even give me eye contact until I tapped at the window a couple times, and then he told me I could not be helped. I told him I was picking up an order already placed. He continued to argue and then raised his voice. Finally he gave me my order I had paid for and slammed his drive thru door. The man was beyond rude, if he had just given me my order and politely told me not to walk thru the drive thru window I would of been ok, but his reaction to me really ruined my night. And note: the app didnt tell me I had to be in a car to pick up my order. The Starbucks app took my money before I walked there so I had no way of knowing this place was drive thru only.

I’ve been here couple times. My expierences haven’t been the greatest. Drive thru takes forever at all times of the day. I always get ”we don’t have...”. Terrible customer service. On my first cappuccino order, the cashier didnt get it right and the barista didnt add sweetener. On my second cappuccino order, different barista, still no sweetener. On a strawberry refresher with lemonade order, no strawberries and no lemonade. On reloading my card, the cashier combined the reload with the purchase, causing the transaction to result in the store owing me. The cashier called over the barista for help. When the barista came over to reverse the transaction, he rudely asked me what I wanted from him.

I am lactose intolerant so everytime I order a drink I ask for no whip cream, yet everytime I come here they put it on. The first few times I just let it go, however, the most recent time I asked about it, saying I requested no whip cream. The barista shrugged his shoulders & suggested I knock it into the trash can instead of offering a new drink. I am bothered because this has happened everytime I have come here.
