I’m a regular at this Starbucks for several reasons. First and foremost the baristas are friendly and professional. They make my day!Second my drink is always right and if I need something they always accommodate, and with a smile! They never make you feel like you’re asking too much.Third the atmosphere at this Starbucks is always welcoming and comfortable. Paula the Manager, and her crew, make an effort to get to know their customers and that creates a “family” feeling.Fourth, the Starbucks Store, especially the restrooms, is always clean and tidy. No one wants to sit down to a sticky table or chair. You won’t get that here. And if they get slammed, they still make time to make sure the cafe is clean.

The drinks and service are great and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Too bad it is usually swarming with kids riding between the tables on ebikes and hopping up and down on skateboards.

Love the service here and one of the coworkers today acknowledged my honesty in returning the second red cup they tried handing me today. :) Would definitely swing by a bit more often.

Good drinks, but did not fill up my cup just because I asked for no ice. I asked them to fill it, and they said that they were not allowed to. Other locations fill it up, so I dont know what the problem is.

People who work here are always great. Is too nice such a thing? Service is fast, place is kept exceptionally clean, and there is always parking available close behind the store. Also has patio seating and a nice big table to work at where you have more than enough space to spread out or collaborate with others (After COVID QT lol). Careful what time you go through if you need to be quick, this place gets popping in the AM and afternoon Monday through Friday because its located 1/2 mile from a large high school.

I recently placed an ubereats order from this location and it was great! They packaged my coffee really carefully and even added a water. Can’t wait to order more from here!

Poor service. Ive been coming here twice a week since the start of 2015, but have barely ever ordered anything because most of the staff is unenthusiastic, move slowly, and usually cant process customers in under 5 minutes.To be fair, today I was pleasantly surprised when my iced coffee with cream was delivered within 3 minutes.However, when I went to grab a refill, the barrista didnt take my order. He was too busy talking to a lady about his busy schedule. I waited 3 minutes, much longer than it would have taken better Starbucks to finish my drink, then left.

The staff at this Starbucks takes a lot of pride in the food and drinks that they prepare, and they should. Its really well done. A good way to start my day. I like the variety of food and drinks that they offer. Many can be made with sugar substitutes, and reduced fats, and plant based milks, and Decaf coffee.

Worst starbucks ever, do not go to that place, the baristas are slow, and have policies that are not in any other Starbucks, they do not care about customersI ordered two refreshing fruit drinks without ice from my app, and when I came to pick them up, my glasses werent full and they werent fruity either, when I asked, their response was I cant explain why we serve them like thatmy answer was: Well, bring your manager so he can explain it to meand she told me that the new Starbucks policy was not to fill the glasses when they asked for them without ice, that they were going to fill them just this once, but they did not put fruit in my Strawberry limonade and Dragon fruit limonade, I have never had this problem with other starbucks

I went to Starbucks with the intention of purchasing some make at home coffee. This particular Starbucks oh, well easy to see with in traffic, was less convenient to get to then others. The store itself, while large, seem to be poorly laid out. Instead of one large space, there seem to be strange walls separating different sections making them invisible from the main store. Nothing wrong with that, it just took a large space and made several smaller spaces out of it against what I have seen in practically all other stores. Part of the fact that these faces were smaller, meant that the store carried a very minimal selection of make at home coffee.

This is a nice Starbucks in a great neighborhood... They have a nice long bench and 2 cushioned chairs, however the biggest problem is you need to wear a jacket in here..they keep it around 68 degrees and the blower is on high...the idea seems to me is so people wont sit around for a long time...i asked them nicely to turn the fan down, they cant do a thing... Something about the corporate blah blah blah...if u come wear a ski jacket !!!

Stopped in to pick up a quick coffee in between teaching lessons. When I got there, I was the only person in line. I bought my coffee and a salad and went to the restroom. When I came out there had been a small rush. Almost 10 min later I asked if my drink was on it’s way and I got the excuse that they had gotten a bit backed up and my drink was next. It was obvious they had forgotten, and I would have appreciated an honest answer instead of a made up excuse. If the barista had let me know they had forgotten I could have left at that time bc I was getting close to missing my lesson. Instead she said it was next and proceeded to make TWO MORE DRINKS before mine. I watched someone who ordered while I was waiting get their drinks first. And because of this, I was 10 min late to teach.

I just was in there to get a drink and typically everybodys really friendly very helpful fast service & courteous, the place is clean and seems to flow well . but the person that they have working the register today: June 22nd at 1:15 was a total pretentious a******!! He acted like his s*** didnt stink like it was a problem for me to ask how much a apple fritter was. There is clearly no sign in there for it and he acted like it was beneath him to look and do his menial job! Hes there to greet and serve. I ended up deciding to not get it... that was a sale they missed. Yes today its just one sale but if theres a hundred people he is treating that way thats quite a bit of a loss in Revenue! my word of mouth for this location is not going to be good anymore! He needs to be fired or let go however you want to do it. He doesnt need to be working in customer service when he treats people like hes more than he actually is when hes just a customer service representative whos making Starbucks look bad!!! I wont be coming back here. Ill drive to San Marcos Ill go to the Starbucks inside Vons or even just go to Better Buzz Coffee in San Marcos but Ill avoid this location because that guys a Colossal rude prick!

I come here all the time I am a local and they by far have the rudest baristas out of any Starbucks It is almost like they purposely go out of their way to be rude I say thank you, I am kind, and Genuine. It has become a running joke. Oh well

I specifically ordered for a frappe without coffee. I received a frappe with coffee. I explained to the barista my request for no coffee. Her response was,I know its decaf. I thought requesting no coffee and creme base was clear. I orded this frappe for a young child. This was a terrible Starbucks experience.
