Literally came here from another Starbucks because they took so long I just left. Got here, its practically empty and I ordered a pain black coffee. After 10min I asked what the hold up is, and they had poured the coffee and then left in the back area.How hard is your job? This is why I never go to Starbucks. Its mediocre coffee thats overpriced and takes forever

Hours apply to drive thru and not the lobby. Lobby gets closed three hours before they actually close. Maybe update your hours to properly reflect that. Was planning on getting something. But oh well. An actual Starbucks can accept the bill and $5 top I usually leave.

The iced coffee didnt have hardly any sugar, cream or ice. Unsanitary environment. Staff was not doing there job, i.e. cleaning the lobby or attending to customers. They were paying more attention to the customers in drive -thru.

Im sure theyll get better with more training, but everytime I come here, theres always something wrong. I always have to double check my order. The hot drink would be warm at best. One time they didnt toast my sandwich, they just gave me a cold sandwich right out of the fridge. Another time, they removed the egg from my sandwich for whatever reason. They just have a lot of teenagers working their first job, and they need more training.

This afternoon I had a horrible experience with the customer service. I proceeded in the drive Thru, Try to read off an order for My partner. And unfortunately the associate(Manager) wasnt able to understand what I was asking for in the drive-thru. So I proceeded to the Window. And Brianna was talking about me Disrespectfully/ unprofessionally with the other associates. . I told her that I heard her, and can I speak to her manager. Is this crazy because she was actually the manager of the day. Shaking my head... I cant make this up. This location is the worst location Ive ever been to.

They always get my drink order correct. And i love the pumpkin bread. I had a little one with me and sge loved the hot chocolate. We also trued the banana bread. It was really good as well. The young lady who helped me so so friendly. She was very helpful and had some great suggestions that really helped.

I am greeted by name almost every time I walk in. My online order is almost always ready when I arrive. This location promptly set up outdoor seating as soon as it reopened after the first COVID shutdown so people could have a sense of normalcy, sit and chat over their coffee outside like real people who were not hiding in fear. They showed a great balance between proper safeguards and getting on with life without panicking. Even when busy, the wait is half that of the location just over the freeway. Highly recommended!

Im a former employee so I know the rules. Also I know basic life things. The manager here refused to let me use the lobby restroom minutes after they closed the doors. Ok, you have to draw the line somewhere but I know the only reason we close the lobby is to mop the dang floor without people walking on it. Even after buying a 4 drinks in the drive thru and then explaining, that we were having a bathroom emergency, they REFUSED to open the doors. Not only this, but the beverage she suggested to my mother (while we were franticly looking for a toilet) had lemonade AND cream in Lemon+cream= curdled milk! Never coming back here.

Great coffee. Fast service and nice staff. Have been here more than a dozen times and have never had an issue. I will be coming back and would recommend to anyone else. It does get somewhat crowded at times. I try to order online and just pick up my drink, sandwich, pastry or salad when I get there. Very typical Starbucks atmosphere.

Awesome place to eat at. The atmosphere is never a rushed one, but on the contrary, is a very relaxed one. I will definitely be coming again. Only improvement would be to have the employees actually call out the names of the people, not the drinks. Its actually one of the things I look forward to when grabbing a coffee.

Worst store ever! Ive been going to different store but Ive never been questioned everytime I get a refill. Telling me that once i get out of the store or if Im just coming back again from somewhere then i cant get a refill which i understand however in my case, Ive been studying there for 5 hours straight and I was sitting just across the counter. Every single time the next shift changed, Ive always been asked plus they are not really that friendly. As if they hate you for getting a refill but thats a perk of being a gold member right!?!

They offer great service, but its extremely hard to get to because its located at a busy intersection. The parking is difficult due to the random steep slope of the lot and the large number of businesses that are squeezed into the complex. Doesnt flow well, but if youre looking for a good ole Starbucks drink, its fine.

My coffee was made wrong at a different location and didnt realize it until I had already left the drive thru. So I went to this Starbucks because it was closest to me. They were very friendly and carried conversation out with me while they remade my drink. They never made me feel awkward about the situation and didnt show any hesitation or annoyance. I bought coffee there yesterday morning. I had my eyes closed, I guess, because a worker came to my table and told me, you cant sleep here. I dont think I was sleeping, but it doesnt really matter, because the second time she came to my table, I definitely wasnt sleeping. I was stretching my neckYes, with my eyes closed. Great atmosphere and great baby boomer oldies music! My grilled cheese sandwich was heated nice and toasty and my chocolate orange frappachinos was yummy and refreshing but I couldnt taste the Orange. Friendly staff and pretty outdoor setting as well as comfortable indoor seating.

Theres a new Starbucks being built 3 blocks away! But this one has their lobby OPEN! Inside and outside dine in and the other Starbucks right over the bridge on Elkhorn Blvd didnt have their lobby open for me and my group. In the early mornings that I come here before work, I always get greeted by friendly and cheerful baristas. Depending on the time, there can be quite a line and wait time - those are the days when I wish I have pre-ordered my coffee but then again, I am usually undecided what to get, lol. They seem to have the usual retired patrons who hang out here every morning, otherwise everyone else just come & go. There is ample parking & the restroom is clean.

This place has the worst bathrooms ever! To me, if the bathrooms are gross imagine the kitchen? The toilets and sinks look like they they have been srubbed in years.
