Love this place! I usually mobile order but have also ordered at the counter. They have never messed up my drink order (more than can be said for a lot of Starbucks locations), they are always friendly, my drink is always ready on time or early, and the place is clean and comfortable.

We had an exceptional experience at this location today! Loved meeting their barista Karla, a sweet woman who made our family and all customers she helped feel welcome and at home. She was a wonderful reminder that Starbucks fosters a true atmosphere of community. Here, families, friends, business partners etc. can all meet, enjoy a coffee or other crafted drink and snack as they spend quality time connecting with each other. Feeling blessed to know this location is a special spot our family’s “coffee dates” can meet and make special memories as we chat recap special events in our lives. We can’t wait for next time! Thank you so much Karla for you warmth and being our inspiration to appreciate this community!

I rate this place with a two starts today because the staff who was there when I picked up my order at 6:45am. was rude. She gave an evil eye whenI was getting in to the place and she didn’t respond my greetings. This is not the only employee who has been showing awful attitude when buying at this Starbucks location. Some of them are missing the good skills in customer service.

No restrooms at that Starbucks. Lady at the counter said it’s outside the bagel shop and when you get to the bagel shop, it’s access code only. Would be nice if next time they tell you the code. 0 stars if I could. 🤮

The good thing about starbucks is that they care to do the drink the way you like it, no matter which branch you visit. And i especially love their scone, which is evenly hard both outside and inside just the right way, I did not find any similar scone elsewhere.

Ordered caramel late and I got hot milk with caramel, no coffee taste there. I’m not sure if they need additional training how to make coffee properly or they loose their sense of what coffee is. Also coffee was extremely hot.

Pretty bad experience this morning 2/16. I ordered a Vente Gr Matcha Tea Latte. After waiting almost 1/2 hr I asked about it. Young guy had filled about 5-6 drink orders after me, said he was sorry, got drink. Get to car to find out he gave me wrong order (coffee) despite correct drink label on cup. Back in store, explain I can’t drink coffee —- they correct to Matcha, but didn’t use fresh cup so could still taste coffee in my Matcha. Disappointing for price and after now waiting about 40 min to get right order. :-(

Strange experience here. There seemed to be another store manager from another location pick up some trays and she was super chatty and distracting the other manager while they were working.They were playing Ariana Grande’s thank you next album, so for that 4 stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like coming to this location as it is the closest to my place however, lately I have observed they have sheer chaos in the morning, starting from 7AM all the way to 11:30 AM. Too many orders come in but they have super limited space to even put the prepared food and drinks out. At times I feel sorry for the staff but they need to find creative ways to manage the morning rush of people and their orders.

I got a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunchy things on top. They ran out of caramel drizzle, but they had dark caramel drizzle that was just as good. It was so tasty! I came at 1:30 on a Tuesday. The shop was empty and the service was very fast. They were also so nice and checked the ingredients to make sure that the crunchies were gluten free :)

Usually I have no problems here; its fairly clean, the staff are nice, and the drinks taste good. Except yesterday when I ordered two drinks through the app. My coworker went to pick them up and i was so upset. My frap was dripping everywhere, the whip cream was melted around the edge of the lid, and the lid itself wasnt even on right. I almost spilt it everywhere when picking it up. My coworkers drink wasnt much better. I realize Starbucks gets busy, but at least take the time to wipe off a drink and make sure the lids on correctly. I used to work at a Starbucks myself, but I always did this, even when we were busy. This was super irritating, unacceptable and unattractive for a Starbucks drink. Please do better. 😖😡

Nice little place, and well staffed in the morning. Nestled in the middle of the building in the complex where they are expanding more retail space. Is it me, or does Starbucks all over seem a bit more empty in the mornings now that people are using the mobile app to order drinks?Pros: free parking; easy to find with Gooogle maps; very clean and well staffed; quick service; no lines when I went in at 8am Monday morningCons: tight parking spaces, a bit hard to maneuver in the lot; small store, and it seems triangular; only 5 small tables by the wall, and a table in the center; also closes around 8ish (earlier than ones I regularly go)The rest is Starbucks as you know it; same drinks and same pricing

Came here for a simple brownie, waited 10 minutes and got nothing. Of course I’m irritated, but what makes the situation worse is poor customer service. One employee turned to her co worker, LAUGHED and said “ holy Mary and Joseph”. As if I didn’t sit in line, pay, and PATIENTLY waited 10 minutes to receive NOTHING! Won’t be surprised if this location closed permanently

A quiet Starbucks, clean and orderly. Parking is easy, and ordering ahead online makes the pick up a breeze.I do wish this location (well, all locations) were better staffed during busy times, as the staff seem overwhelmed and coming from previous barista experience I can understand why.The drink I purchased was the cold brew with soy milk, and an extra splash of soy milk, and trust when I say it was delicious! Just sweet enough to be a treat for someone who never sweetens their coffee.

I’ve been a patron of the Starbucks for many years. This particular store is extremely shorthanded. It can take more than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. That store chooses to turn their online ordering on and off at will. When I asked about why they did that they said other stores did it too so they do it! Management at that Starbucks appears to be incompetent at this point.

This place is FAST! I come here at least once a week on my way to work, and I quickly realized that the “estimated prep time” for my order (I do mobile order through the app) is much higher than the actual prep time. My lattes are consistently ready within 5 minutes despite the app saying 10-12 min!

Like most Starbucks locations these days, this one is understaffed, and has long order lines and long wait times. Mobile order is rarely available. Baristas are new and mess up orders regularly. Until Starbucks gets it’s act together, avoid this location.

The two gentlemen inside (whose names I didnt catch) showed unbelievable patience with me. Even after I showed up late for my order (after closing no less) they still took care of me with no hassle at all. I am so very impressed with the customer service here.

Dirtiest starbucks in the area, dust everywhere, nobody cleans, food spilled everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and neither staff nor managers respond well when you talk to them about it. Manager just says okay in a rude tone when you notify them. Didnt end up ordering because it was so bad.

The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because of the few nice and quick baristas. I visited this location at approx 6:30 on a Wednesday evening, there were a total of 5 customers inside but all sitting down except one in front of me buying a bunch of pre-made sandwiches. I ordered my drink and sat down to wait. I waited 10 minutes and continued to watch the blonde barista talk to the male customer. She wasnt making my drink at all. When she actually made my drink, it sat in the blender while she continued to talk to this guy. I looked up and made eye contact with her, hinting I was extremely annoyed and she finally put my drink into a cup and gave it to me. This is a location I will NEVER return to because of this horrible service. Whoever this girl is should be fired for not doing her job. I waited 10+ minutes for a drink that shouldve taken 2, considering the guy ahead of me didnt even order a drink.

Probably my favorite restaurant for lunch and for keeping me in line with healthy eating. Have the most control of what I put in my mouth. We went here on the way for a family outing and had a horrible experience. They reheated our food twice and it was still cold. We asked for them to reheat them again and they decided to throw them out and said they ran out. We then had to find something else to eat. They had to remake 2 of our drinks. The manager wasnt involved at all. Hope they fix there problems with customer service. Visited on 10/6/18 at 0930
