I swear no other Starbucks makes better drinks than this one. Most especially when you customize your drinks, which is always nice!Batistas are always friendly place is clean and energetic.

Im not really a big fan of coffee, but coffee shops are the place to go early in the morning if you want to meet with people. I was more than pleasantly surprised at 5:40AM by not only a smile but a truly heartfelt good morning. The barista even knew several of the customers by name. I am a morning person so I really appreciated the happiness that I found at this location this morning.If you love a lively cheerful place in the early part of the day I enthusiastically recommend THIS Starbucks.Just a quick update, the barista was actually the manager of this store. I ended up seeing a friend of mine who is a regular here and he let me know. He said that she and her crew are amazing. I have to agree and my decaf Breve latte was great!

I don’t know why I keep giving this Starbucks another try, the drinks I get here always taste watered down, like they’re missing a shot of espresso. The drinks are very inconsistent, and baristas always appear inconvenienced by customers like we’re interrupting their conversations. Go to Harbor and Baker if you want decent coffee.

Literally just walked out of this place, and didnt even order. After the girl at the register took another customers order, she walked off, didnt say I will be right with you, nothing. She proceeded to put pastries in the oven, and walked around the corner to check stock as I stood there with absolutely no acknowledgement from her part. There was a young man making drinks, and another girl clocking out or doing something. She just stared at me and said absolutely nothing. The only reason I didnt give this place a 1 star is because usually there are some very nice employees who acknowledge you right away, but today was a horrible experience at this time, on this day. 1:07 p.m. 8/27/23

Just bought Caramel frappe and Double choco frappe. It really tastes bitter, my daughter is complaining that it doesnt taste good. I love starbucks, hopefully the workers pay attention making drinks. Yet another mediocre hipsters paradise. Coffee is ok. Personally I like their refreshers but that is about it. The small snacks they do have are over priced. The only good thing they have going for them is their service. Employees are always friendly and have a smile on their face despite the ridiculous orders the Karens are shouting at them.

I love ordering online and picking up without having to wait in line. Great staff and friendly. I highly recommend the banana nut bread. It especially pairs well with my coffee when I order the bread not toasted, this way you can taste more of the banana flower & its perfect with my hot coffee!

This place is disgusting dirty. Dusty, food all over the floors and just looks like nobody has cleaned it in two years… tables chipped and very dirty. the order taker- manager I think, was very short with me when I asked for food when ordering my tea. Nobody was in any kind of uniform so I had no idea who was managing. I had to come here purely out of location convenience and work today. I won’t be returning.

This is my go to place. I do miss some of my barista favorites that I have grown to know over the years, however everyone needs to grow and let life carry them on their path. Jessica is fantastic how she runs this store and her ability to balance getting into the grit of things, keep on task, all while staying engaged with her staff & customers. I have been enjoying a lot of the new team members as well as some of those who have been there for the past few years. Eric always has an inviting demeanor with a smile. Tiffany can power out drinks in the mid morning rush like a boss. Its people like this that make it far too easy to become attached to big brands with a small town community feel. I could not survive the heavy semesters without this specific location and all of those who are a part of it.

This Starbucks, on Harbor and Adams, gets my order incorrect over 50% of the time. I alway moble order my coffee asking for “room”, which is an option- and they put cream in it. I order it black with an add shot and with room. I’ve talked to the manager several times and she smiles nicely and says sorry and offers me another coffee; however, I don’t want to wait for another coffee- that’s why I Moble order- I want her to teach her staff how to read the orders correctly- and then make my drink correctly. I’ve managed restaurants in the past- and if the staff was incorrect over 50% of the time, they didn’t keep their jobs for long. Typically I now go to the Starbucks on Brookhurst- and I get my coffee made right- but today I went to the harbor and Adams, as I had to go to vons- and - they made it with cream again and it was with heavy cream and no room. There are so many choices if I even wanted cream- milk, cream, coconut milk, almond milk…… ugh just so frustrated with this place……

My wife was excited tonight as people had recommend their chicken salad and she was getting it. One of the hardest things these days is figuring out where to eat so I was happy she had a decision she was excited about. She ordered online as I told her I did not want to drive up and all see that all the salads were gone for the day. She confirmed her order and off I went to pick it up. The two people (very nice people) working in Starbucks had to deliver the news that the Starbuck’s computer system just is not up to the standards you would think a large corporation would have these days. There was no salad available and now I have a wife is quite upset and hungry. Thank you Starbucks for starting my weekend off with such fun.

First! The place is dirty. You can’t tell how dirty it is if you come in the early morning or at night, but it is. Most importantly was the service of the so-called (needs to be re-educated) assistant manager. I was having a problem with a registered Starbucks card. A day before I added $$ on to the card but it was the wrong card. So, I went in the store and waited for my turn to be served. When I briefly explained and asked for help she would not take the time to assist me with the app. I was told to call customer service. I could see how busy it was so I said: “can I have a cup of coffee while I figure this out” the server looked at me with this “iffy” ambivalent look and went to ask the manager. He came back saying we are not in the habit of giving away free coffee ☕️ but I can give you a glass of water 😱. When I asked the barista what the managers name was he walked over to her and came back with a reply: “I can’t give you her name” 😤 I called customer service and they told me that the solution was a simple fix and the problem could have been solved quickly by the manager at the store. The App is virtual, and the $$ is in the cloud.

Ive never been a big fan of Starbucks coffee, there are several locations I wont visit because of an indifferent staff. This location, though, has an incredibly friendly staff that doesnt shy away from asking how you are. It seems like they actually care about you enjoying your stop in. I cant stand the standard roast coffee so Im a pain in the neck & always request a pour over blond roast, and they are always more than accomodating. Great location for a franchise that overall is far less than my favorite.

Really the only thing they have going for them is that they are conveniently everywhere. Over priced bitter not flavorful regular coffee. The people that drink the fancy drinks probably dont realise the coffee itself is not so good. When I first tried Starbucks a few years ago the coffee was strong but had a good flavor. Now it is just strong, way too hot and bitter. And what is with the tip jar. You turned around and put coffee in a cup and turned back around and handed it to me. How does that warrant a tip?

Who doesnt love Starbucks specially when the staff is great. But not this past Saturday. Josh the supervisor so he claimed he was. He had such a horrible attitude while I was ordering my drinks he kept saying ok what do you want rolling his eyes and didnt look so happy to be working. So I asked him why was he so upset why was he going so much attitude (yes I had big order) so then I asked I speak to his manager as things got escalated all because the way he was talking to me he was like am the supervisor of the day ( well that didnt go anywhere) I honestly felt racism for all the comments that he kept saying and the way he spoked to my brother when all my brother asked him was what kind of lemande do you recommend? And Josh told him you need to speak clearly I dont understand. (I was lit I wanted to go off, but I stead I kept it cool and I told him that I was going to call corporate complain ) his reaction just change.

Starbucks is probably my favorite place to grab a cup of coffee or hot tea. The price isnt much more then other coffee shops but the quality of product is much better.I sometimes grab a breakfast bagel or sandwich when I dont have time to eat at home. The sausage breakfast sandwich is decent. This location has plenty of parking and its located in the plaza with the Boston market. They have plenty of seating and free wifi.

Intimate little Starbucks in Costa Mesa right off Harbor blvd. Its in the Mesa Verda shopping center and its literally right next door to Bank of America and Vons.As far as I could tell they didn’t have any outdoor seating but that could have been because of the rain. It does seem like a smaller store but there’s still plenty of seating. Service is good and the coffee taste great. Blonde roast all the way.

This location is so close and convenient to my house, but the employees are so awkward and kinda rude... I went in with my infant son who is in a carrier, and ordered an Americano with room for cream and a sausage breakfast sandwich. I grabbed my drink and went to go add cream but the carafe was empty. No problem - I went to the counter to ask for a new one. The lady said sure, anything else? And I said, yes, Im waiting for the sausage sandwich. To which she put the sandwich (that just came out of the oven) into a bag and walked all the way to the other side of the store where the drink counter was located to give it to me..... Um, I WAS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. So while lugging my infant in his heavy seat around, I had to put the carafe on the coffee bar, and walk all the way to the opposite side of the store to grab my sandwich. It was obvious I had the baby with me - why did she insist on making my life more difficult???? So weird.

Its always cold like the North Pole. The restrooms arent very clean, but I make do by using the restrooms at the supermarket next door. Its perfect for studying because there are people working there. Wi-Fi is also good. There are only a few outlets, so its always a battle for them.
