It was a slow day so the latte came out fast and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was dirty and had lots of papers on the floor. They didn’t have sweeteners outside so had to ask for some. The napkin area had trash overflowing as well.

Service was great! I typically don’t frequent Starbucks due to their over priced coffees but I came since my wife recommended the breakfast. As soon as I walked in I was greeted a messy lobby with dirty tables and chairs. There were many on staff and none bothered. Before you roll your eyes I was here at 7am.

My wife & I Went through the drive thru around 9:35pm last night and had an Amazing experience. We ordered a Venti Iced passion tango tea, Grande Nitro cold brew with an added espresso shot and a lightly toasted plain bagel. The drinks and bagel were TOTALLY PERFECT!!! Didnt get the baristas name @ the window, maybe Kay?🤔but she is the Best!!! Extremely Nice and Friendly!!! Weve been to so many Starbucks locations and the level of customer service is Horrible!!!So Thanks so much for your Awesome customer service!!! 🙏🏻♥️

Would be quite a nefarious action and affront to allot this Starbucks one star. This location is ideal and operating at a above average level. Many familiar faces here.Art inside and at the drive through. Staff is really honing the experience---knowing one’s favorite drink, displaying style and positive vibes along with thoughtful words matching actions. This SB operates well in crisis.Drive through and at counter service is good.This is a lively location and it’s staffed well. In times of crisis, we are able to see the measure of many and what rises/falls. Good location.

Busy, busy location and weird parking arrangement with cones blocking off some of the areas.Sometimes the partners ignore the order ahead customers because they are so busy making drinks. The interesting things is that the pick up drinks are out of reach of customers for self service so that seems like they could have a better pick up arrangement. Their order ahead shelf is always full of drinks and a few people waiting to pick up when I come in.

Placed a mobile order at 5am, and when I showed up, they were not open yet. The guy seemed pretty upset that I was able to place an order. Had to wait at the door for my order that was already paid for. He says they dont open until 6am, well Im sorry, but thats not my fault. The app let me order. Had to rush to get to work on time because they made me wait outside the locked restaurant. Havent gone back since. Too many other starbucks in my area I can give my business to.

Went inside to avoid the drive thru line and get my order ahead in the queue. I was sitting around inside for over 20 minutes aimlessly looking around without distraction because I forgot my phone in the car. They never called my name when my drink was ready and I was left just sitting around until I asked if I shouldve stayed in the drive thru line.

Giving 1 star for the long wait & customer service. Went through the drive through on Sunday 8/14 morning and it was going a little fast until the car in front of me got to the window. The worker (brunette girl) was taking out her phone was was giggling and showing the car in front of me videos and pictures for more than 5 minutes and was having a whole conversation not caring about the cars in her line. The truck behind me got irritated at the worker too. When I got to the window, the worker asked me if I had a problem. Of course I did because it’s extremely embarrassing having to tell a worker that when they are working they need to work and not spend 10 minutes at the window on their phone. People use the drivethru for faster service because they are on the go. It’s always nice to be friendly but take that conversation inside or do it off the clock.

The short line was a plus, only three cars ahead of us in the drive thru. They moved super fast, though. I brought the shaken oat milk brown sugar espresso for the first time and I have to say that it was so delicious, I really hope it stays on the menu. It was wonderful, I just got they had not added so much ice, it seemed excessive. Other than that, fast service, delicious drink, super nice barista... yes, please!

Hands down the best Starbucks around! The Baristas are top talent here, making each drink taste as it was intended, but they also know how to successfully and flawlessly create customized drink orders all without losing the essence of the drink itself.Dont know what they do here?. Maybe its their awesome attitude and service alongside passion that Ill drive a few extra miles to get my drink of the day. Ordered over the mobile app so you think theyd get the order correct. 2 sugars and a splash of milk in my tea with a warmed muffin. Not complicated. Arrived to pick up my order got a plain tea and a cold muffin. Nice.

Eddie took my order at the drive-thru. He was very polite and apologized for the wait. He had a great energy and positive attitude inspire it being New Years’ Eve after 8 pm. I only wish that I had had cash to give a tip- sorry, Eddie. Hope this review will make up for it. 🥴 He made a great Crème Brûlée Latte. Thank you for the hard work. Stay safe and healthy!

They were so friendly despite how busy it was. It was a line out the door and it wasnt getting much shorter. All the drinks I ordered were some of the best Ive had. It took a little long but what do you expect when its so busy!! Definitely will go again :)

Im here all the time. Theyre excellent and friendly and attentive. One time I was sitting down doing my homework and studying for finals and this girl noticed that my coffee was empty and offered to refill my iced coffee for me. She sees me all the time and knows I have to study a lot. The one at my college is so busy that I can never find a seat. This one is busy, but I guess since its near more businesses than homes where people just get their coffee for work and leave, so I can always, always find a seat. It works great for me. Theyre fast, too. Ive never waited for more than a few minutes in the drive through. So this is the perfect one if youre a student like me.

Usually the staff here is very friendly which I like but they can use a bit more training on making the coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato but it tasted just awful couldn’t even drink it. Not to mention they didn’t put a beverage plug and spilled all over me and my brand new car. Don’t think I’ll be coming to this location again.

Im only giving this location 2 stars because the baristas who work here are super nice. The manager was working the register and she asked me a very rude and discriminatory question when I went to get a refill on my drip. Basically she questioned whether I paid for my coffee and could be allowed a refill. I am a poor person and felt she singled me out because I do look like a poor person. I really dont think she would have questioned anyone else like that and it was solely based on my appearance.

My kids love this place. My son gets the DRAGON FRUIT LEMONADE REFRESHER, and my daughter gets the DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAP substituted with almond Milk! I never go inside this location so no clue what it looks like inside but drive through is always quick even during morning work traffic. Drinks are delicious.

Its convenient. But the help is not as friendly as other star bucks. I once placed a order by mobile. They did our read the other star bucks. So I then ordered there to get my drink. Not only did they not offer it to me free. They didnt even say sorry. But after I got back in the car and looked at history both chai lattes had been charged to the same place. So I payed for 2 chai lattes at the same location. And didnt even get a apology.

I had the worst experience at this location. I have been going to Starbucks on the regular since 2011. Bree at the register had the most smug attitude as I asked questions regarding the drink and my options. Then the barista had the audacity to repeat my order to Bree and Bree laughed and said, yeah, she ordered it like that because its cheaper. The barista making my drink laughed along with her and broadened her eyes as if my order was crazy. I cancelled my ordered and requested a refund. I let Bree know that I heard their belittling conversation about my order. Then as I was walking out they were all giggling. I turned back around and asked for the manager. Sarah was not in but her stand-in, Amber, was and unfortunately she was also part of the cackling after I requested my refund. I did not feel at all comfortable letting her know how my experience was with the other two baristas. I got Sarahs info but after the reviews I read on here doesnt seem itll get better. Corporate office will hear from me as well. Ill be following the chain of command. Coffee on afficionados! Peace!

I dont know what happened, but after they had the renovation done they have completely gone down in my book. I live 2 lights away so my wife and i frequently came to this location. Now we are driving to Brea for faster service. On average i wait about 20 minutes in line, which is NOT ok....maybe i just get here at bad times ( all the time )Need to hire more people l, or train them to be faster. Do something.

This Starbucks is nice, has a cool menu that offers small plates of food that you can pair with your wine. Yes I said wine. They sale wine and beer. They also sale Brewed coffee from the Starbucks Reserve in Seattle, as well as sale the bags. Im surprised that out of all Starbucks here in brea and Fullerton that this little one got chosen. Customer service was also great.

You can get Starbucks coffee anywhere. BUT.. I pass two other Starbucks to come to this one. The employees are the coolest, nicest, and friendliest of any around. I went this morning to buy two tall pumpkin cream cold brews and one coffee cake places my order got my coffee cake within 2 min I sat and waited for my coffee for about 12 minutes and nothing everyone else that was behind me in line received their coffee so I came to the realization that they had not even started my order I went to the register and let them now she then states it’s been ready I let her know that the one on the counter belonged to someone else she then let me k ow that they don’t have anything for me and if I even payed for it I let her know I payed for both and one was payed with her looked like the supervisor or something and the other coffee with another girl I pointed her out she then tells me they will work on them I had to be at work so I wasn’t able to wait I was pretty upset waited and did not get what I was waiting for and payed for they dropped the ball and did not even offer to upgrade the drink due to them making me wait and serving everyone else this is the second time this happens to me at this Starbucks they need to be on top of their game honestly!
