We just can’t have enough Starbucks! The one across the street is inside of a grocery store so this one is much more accessible and has a wonderful drive through. There’s no shortage of staff since I counted 11 people working there, which explains why there was no line and very speedy service.Our coffee was delicious and our food order was piping hot. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside for gatherings and study groups. Probably one of the larger Starbucks restaurants that I have seen in Roseville.

Good place %70 of time(despite long lines). %30 of time they mess up your order somehow :/-Had to edit this review because they always keep messing up a simple order. Thought initially just simple honest mistakes, but now it’s just incompetency from this place. I ordered a coffee frapp, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, only to be met with a mocha frap. When told it wasn’t a coffee frap they removed the whipped cream and sent me on my way. They will take shortcuts to get by.

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through for a sandwich and drink. Got to the window and tried to pay them with a $50.00 bill, which was all I had on me at the time. The girl at the drive through asked me if I had another form of payment and I told her I did not. She then told me she didnt have change which would have been $40.00. I asked her if she could go get some change from another till.She was confused at this request and went to get the Shift Supervisor, Erica. Erica then came over to the window and told me it is against Starbucks policy to go into the safe and get change. She also explained to me that they drop $20.00 in a lock box per transaction. She refused to take the $20.00 out in change from the box and I had to leave without my drink and sandwich.A few things to point out here...1. How is it the customers responsibility to bring the form of payment you are comfortable with?2. If your a Shift Supervisor do something to make it right such as take your key and take two twentys out of the lockbox, or go get change from another til and pay it back, or give me the drink for free since you have to now through it away. You wasted company money and provided terrible customer service. Lastly, she tells me No worries.Very poor customer service here. Be aware if you want to pay in cash, you may not be able to and could be sent away with nothing by people they choose to be Management.

They really need to slow down and do quality over quantity. Cup barely 3/4 filled, have had other orders not done very well also. Newly opened store and would rather drive further to a different spot for a better coffee. Facility is nice and staff are nice, but when the price of coffee has increased, I expect quality of the drink to remain good quality as well.

Worst Starbucks EVER!! Horrible customer service from Alley & Faith. The supervisor Alley does not posses the skills as one should with the title. She is rude, condescending & inappropriate talking about customers (myself & children) in front of us. We waited 10 minutes for 1 Carmel Frapp. Several customers behind me including an order with 5 strawberry frapps made prior to mine. When I asked the status of my drink Alley said “I don’t know what happened I wasn’t there & we made your drink as a favor remake.” It was rung up at the register (4:18 & finally received at 4:27pm) & ticket was misplaced out of order. This store staff needs to be trained on order intake, customer service & etiquette. Reevaluate Alley as a supervisor whom represents poor behavior on behalf of Starbucks. Once I received my Frapp it was watered down. Beautiful store but lacking basic customer service skills & personality. By far the worst service from any Starbucks store I’ve been to. Needs much improvement.I’d recommend driving down the street to the Fairway Starbucks (10441 Fairway next to Bellagio Nail Salon). The staff there are ALWAYS AMAZING & should be a model store. Fairway store has excellent customer service, always friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable of menu items. It is defiantly worth the drive to Fairway to receive consistent service from the polite & knowledgeable staff. The bar has been set high. Fairway Exceeds Standards.

I would appreciate that when I ask for Honey in my Americano that you don’t substitute it with Hazelnut. It is not the same thing and your Baristas are taking a shortcut ! Completely unacceptable when coffee costs that much now and we spend so much everyday in mobile orders! Now will have to drive back and get it corrected. Starbucks is taking too many shortcuts and will not be able to make this a priority anymore. Pete’s does not take shortcuts when making its coffees !

This location is 8/10 guaranteed to put you in a bad mood. I frequent this Starbucks all the time via the Starbucks app because it is so close to my house. Main issues: they get our drinks wrong all the time. All. The. Time. I let them know this drink in particular is supposed to be iced. And like USUAL Im met with some version of you probably ordered it wrong on the app. I point to the sticker on the cup that literally says iced. Then proceed to wait 5 minutes for them to finish their conversations with fellow employees and/or other drinks.The drinks themselves are inconsistent. I order the same iced Americano with a splash of cream every time. Sometimes the drink comes out dark brown, sometimes its all cream with a splash of espresso and everywhere in between.The employees are very unpleasant. The manager is even worse. I get nervous when I have to approach them about the incorrect drinks, as I dont know what kind of attitude Im going to receive. So awkward and super unprofessional.I wrote this review simply because Im fed up. And theres not a lot I can do to express my grievances as the manager and employees literally dont care. Its really a shame about this location as its still relatively new. Thats (supposed) to usually be when customers recieve the companys best.

I almost never leave reviews but this location absolutely deserves a wonderful review. Aside from the occasional long line (which they get through quickly) I have never had any issues here and on top of that, they provide wonderful service. Twice in one week now, they were out of the the item I ordered and instead of leaving me empty handed, they replaced my item with an alternative and also gave me an additional food item which was so thoughtful. It totally made my day and everyone working has been so sweet and accommodating when they are out of the item I want. I regularly come to Starbucks and this is by far my favorite.
