Extremely disappointed with my Starbucks. Barista filled my Starbucks with only ice and little coffee. Paid 6.47 por ice. Not okay. They need to fire those kids.

Today November 3 they have terrible customer service at this location the cashier are more attentive to the cell tha to the costumers this happens at 4:44pm

The young girls working here were so rude... For no reason. One of them let their friends jump ahead of me while Im standing at the register.. the young barista girl proceeds to take their drink order without even making them pay. Ok cool.. just kept standing there at the register. I try to put no tip after paying, still charged $1.46 extra when I did not choose to. I dont think it was the girl at registers fault. She was actually the only kind person. When my drink was done, no one even bothered to say my name. They just gave me a look and continue chatting. Soo rude! After reading other reviews, looks like its not just me! Why are they still employed?!

Very good coffee, banana bread and cookies and lots of room for sitting. A busy place certain times of day.

Horrible employees, poor management. The children working here make it out to be their little after school clubhouse. Good luck getting good service, or food that isnt mishandled or going bad.

I love this starbucks. The people that work here are always great. Friendly upbeat happy personalities. Its hard to come in here and not crack a smile or laugh. They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure your drink is correct and that you like it. I wish i had started coming to this location sooner.

This Starbucks can get pretty busy at times, so ordering ahead is a must sometimes. The staff is a hit or miss. They either are really awesome or they’ll completely ignore customers. But it’s a Starbucks, it’s reliable.

I ordered a frappuccino, pumpkin spice, nothing fancy or anything. I got a cup of ice. A snow cone that had no flavor. I know this Starbucks is very busy but the coffee is terrible and the frappuccinos have no flavor. It is not worth the unnecessarily long wait. All who stand in line will waste their time.
