Service is friendly but it’s kind of annoying that my drip coffee gets put in line with all other drinks.. it was much faster when the register person just got it. also, they only have pike at 11am.. Pike is not very good.

Waited in a very long line and we have always gotten the inclusions on the side at every Starbucks for years because my sister can’t have it in the drink, they refused and said they can’t do it but we explained we get it every time that way. Why pay $7 for a drink if you can’t even customize it, will not be back very disappointed in the service.

Ordered a venti iced coffee and asked for easy ice. The whole cup is full of ice... The drive thru worker had a poor attitude as well. Not happy, these drinks are almost 5 dollars it shouldnt be this difficult.

Starbucks is in the process of closing stores or remodeling them into drive-thrus and and walk-up windows only, with no interior seating (See Kensington and Lake Murray). This store is great! They have comfortable leather chairs with little side tables, some bench seating, and numerous tables. I drive a little farther just to get to the store!

Went here today at 6:00 pm. Poor girl behind the counter was left by herself without knowing how to make even one kind of coffee. She could make tea, refreshers, and water. Considering this is a coffee place this in absurdly unacceptable by management. Staff correctly or the manager needs to step up and come in to help. She’s obviously flustered and having to deal with backlash from customers wanting there precious starby’s. To not have her trained and to leave her alone? That’s like going to a hair salon and the hairstylist only knowing how to do makeup or wash hair but not know how to cut, or style it. Ridiculous!

I’ve always came to Starbucks when I crave coffee and all the baristas are all sweet and caring! But today I walked in and ordered drinks and the lady who made my drinks (Analise) was the sweetest and most perfect barista I’ve ever encountered. It was the little questions she would ask me that meant so much. Not only her customer service was perfect, the drinks were the best! I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific location again.

My mom had to run into this Starbucks for water while my dad was having a heart episode. The employees stood around chatting even after she told them multiple times that it was an emergency. Manager told her, next time go through the drive through.

I never complain about Starbucks,But this time I have to, service from the old lady in the mornings at the check stand taking orders with a rude attitude, I think if you don’t like what you do, don’t work there… it may not be for you since you’re always with an attitude…I have decided to go to one that is five minutes away to start my day off right

Beautiful store, lots of natural light. Friendly and upbeat employees. Delicious drinks, barristas got them perfect. A few homeless hang out, they were pleasant, respectful of personal space and did not approach us (but we had a 120# German Shepherd with us) One man got his whippedcream can from the dumpster and went to the corner of the parking lot to do his huffing. Would still go back as they have nice seating areas inside and outside.

Great service. They took good care of me. Parking is plenty and the seating outside is nice. Indoor is organized, clean, and feels relaxing. The dark wood tables and chairs create a balanced atmosphere for meetings or studying.

Decent experience, just be aware that the drive thru doesnt have much space, so you may end up waiting on the side of the road even if it isnt terribly busy. The parking lot isnt big and isnt *terrible* but definitely could have used a tiny bit more care when laying it out.

This is the only Starbucks I ever want to go to! Day staff is great (havent been in at night, Im not THAT crazy!) and they always get my order right, which is surprisingly impossible to find at most locations. Its not like I get soy milk to be fancy! I am so thankful theyre pretty close to me since the three Starbucks closer to me have gotten me sick from giving me real milk at least a dozen time combined! The employees are always so cool, too!

We just had the best starbucks experience here!! my boyfriend is a SB barista so our standards are pretty high, and this location exceeded them. Maddie (i think?) took our order and was so polite, friendly, and awesome. Diana rang us up and was super nice, engaged us in conversation and made sure everything went well at the window. 10/10, wish it was closer to become our new regular store!!

Feb 12 2021 ** They handled my walk-in order of 12 drinks and 6 food items superbly! The Drive thru was slammed and everything in my order was correct! I have never had any issues at this location with incorrect orders and I was still impressed, considering how busy they were today. My co-workers and I appreciate the great service! Thank you!!

This is my spot! I work at the hospital nearby and enjoy dropping by before going in (and would often leave early just to hang out and have a drink). Its not as cozy as Id like but it has a great atmosphere, a real chill spot. My coworkers and I also meet up here and there is usually seating available (at the time we go).

Used to have my drinks in escondido where I worked. This location in la mesa will get your order wrong 3 out of 4 times. I dont like to put down places on just a few ocasions but everytime Ive gone, my order has been wrong. If you go there and get an order wrong, you can only blame yourself and i am blaming myself for continuously going there.

This is my go to place every morning. I havent been disappointed yet by the service or the drinks ☕ I know the coffee, Frapps, and specialty drinks are the best here. Honestly if I could give this location no stars I would. From the second I walked in to this location with my two young children there was a female employee screaming across the store at other employees. Telling them to shut up, they are not her boyfriend, that the male employees are annoying. Not only is it super uncomfortable, but unprofessional and inappropriate with customers in the establishment. Let alone my children. This is the first and last time I will be visiting this location

Thank you Starbucks for having this very convinent location. I am in town from out of town working Comic Con. My friend taught me how to order using the Sbux app so now every morning I place my order when im walking out to my car & its ready by the time I arrive! This location is perfectly located half way between where I am staying & the Amaya Trolly station so its very easy to grab & go! The Baristas are very plesent as well!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Ordered a hazelnut breve latte on Sunday Sept. 18th at 1:35. The brunette barista with black rimmed glasses does not stop talking to her co workers and my one drink took about 5 minutes...no one was in front of me, so it wasnt like they were busy. Whe she finally finished making my drink, she called out, breve latte. I said, with hazelnut right? She responds, I didnt think it was necessary to list all the details as you know whats in your drink. I wish i wouldve said something to the bitchy barista. The reason i clarified was to make sure SHE knew what to put in my drink, obviously i know what i ordered. Again, dont go here, barista is rude, unprofessional and gives Starbucks a bad name.

Try to avoid going there at least 30 minutes before closing. They start flipping the chairs on the tables about 30 minutes before closing and no way to have a seat. In other words, they close before 8 pm.
