Thanks for being Very polite and for offering great customer service.I or the cashier messed up my order, But they were kind to make me what I desired. I ended up taking both drinks at no additional charge though I offered to pay for it. This makes me trust this location for all my coffee drinks. They are in the business of satisfying customers. A happy customer will always come back.

Ladies are lovely - but the order was wrong and they handed my husband somebody else’s drink 🙈 I’m fine with it since we weren’t in a rush anywhere… but I feel bad for anybody who needs to get somewhere and isn’t flexible with what they want.

Some things I love about this location:- lady that rushes me during ordering, because it keeps me on my toes!- When you ask for cold foam and it says it on the cup but you don’t get it (see picture). Sometimes you discover new tastes when your orders wrong.- Not getting greeted with good morning by any of the staff during the visit. Who needs good mornings anyway!For a better Starbucks go to the Niles location. Not all Starbucks are created equal. Please don’t let this location create a bad name for Starbucks.Whoever is reading this, have a great day!- Starbucks Customer

I walked in at 545am, stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes, and waited for one of three baristas to help me. About 15 minutes of waiting, someone walked in, walked to a different counter, and was helped immediately. Once I ordered, I was told I had to wait because, of course, there are now orders ahead of mine. First review I have ever done.

I ordered a decaf caramel ribbon crunch frappe, vanilla foam instead of whip, extra crunch. The lady working the drive through on 9/27 @ 9:40pm made it with cream base, I asked her to fix it and she lied that it had decaf coffee in it. There was no coffee, she was very unpleasant and rude.

Bree (not sure of the spelling) needs to be retrained in customer service. I was standing waiting a few minutes at the register before someone came over what I thought was to acknowledge me since no one had spoken to me up at this point. Instead, Bree looks behind me and says oh, your regular and proceeds to share with the customer his regular order and he agreed. She then turned away and started making it. I was completely ignored and not acknowledged. I asked her if someone was going to help me and she said oh, hes a regular. I stated and? Next thing you know the manager comes over and takes my order. The manager stated everyone is welcome here, clearly I did not feel welcome. I wont be returning. There are many places to choose from and I dont need to support somewhere that has poor customer service. To add, the manager decided to comp my drink, hich I absolutely didnt ask for and would have been fine paying for and had given the money for but it was appreciated and at least he tried.

First off I was greeted with a smile and generally by my name after the first couple visits. I showed up with my dog and they even caught on to my dogs name and asked where she was every now and again when she wasnt with me. Id like the fact that they can remember your order and seem to have that Small Town coffee. The manager was a nice guy and always had time to work out any issues with my card. Great service and the peppermint mochas are fantastic.

I travel in (from Long Beach) for work on a weekly basis. For 7months now, I order a hot Vt Cafe Latte, oat milk no foam. I purchase this drink regularly 2-3 days a week), on hot days I get it cold. The current morning staff struggles to read the sticker print out that identifies my order, makes it, yet fails to remove bitter oat milk foam from my order. $6.95 a pop, and no accountability🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Wow!!!! After working at Starbucks for many years I understand the expectations Starbucks employees have. This is absolutely the BEST Starbucks I have been to in terms of environment, customer experience and quality. Right when you walk the store is decorated in pride decor, which really set the tone for the well operated store. I was greeted by Anthony who rang me up and he was very kind and took the time to give me a good experience. Fernando immediately told me he was making my drinks and was so sweet. Bryce handed me off my drinks and talked to me about my plans for the day and made me feel like he was talking to me as a friend. All three of them were Incredible- they went above and beyond for the customer. After going to many Starbucks’ and working at many as well, often times I’ve realized that the employees can sound forced when trying to connect with customers. At This Starbucks it felt like nothing was forced- all the employees seemed to love their job and were genuinely interested in the customer and their experience. Thank you to you three for all of your hard work- it was noticed and made me leave with a smile on my face!

Doing mobile orders are my go to thing and they are super easy. The pick up part however, is terrible at this location. Nobody greets you and you have to basically chase someone down to tell them you have a mobile order. If you dont say anything, they will just let you stand there for forever while they make coffee right in front of you.

Terribly unfriendly staff and very dirty store. The counter to receive your drinks is full of spilled coffee and the barista dumps your drinks there, so the cups are dripping when you pick them up. I travel for work. Everytime I visit this Starbucks they cannot follow simple directions for Iced Mocha, literally make it hot everytime. And I always just ask for a cup of ice to not be wasteful. But it is terrible to drink this way. I’m tired of them NOT listening when taking an order. It’s ridiculous. I’ve ordered the same drink for over a decade. I know how to call it. Todays barista was by far rude.1) the indoor dining was closed so couldn’t order inside.2) their online mobile app didn’t accept orders.3) I place my order have my barista scan my code to receive my free bakery item with my points she tells me I cant because she already cashed out and that I could have got them if I ordered it before hand and that’s I should be fine because I gained more points for next time not mentioning her shutting the sliding drive thru window as I was speaking to her not even have a good day !Definitely not going back to this location !

This was a busy place! 10 people inside waiting, drive thru people waiting and online orders! To top it off, it appeared as if they werent trained at making more than one drink at a time! Shouldnt they be trained to make 2 iced teas at once for example? Assembly line style maybe? Management needs to help these poor people in order to make it easier for the well meaning staff.

I have to tell you about this Starbucks. I just got back into town and it was Friday February the 18th Ive been out of town for a couple of days I came home to mother who had a stroke and a house full of men that have been left alone for 2 days. It was 5 minutes to 10:00 at night I was exhausted I was wore out and just mentally drained. I found that this Starbucks was open and went there to get a drink I ordered my drink and got to the window and Id forgotten my wallet at home. The crew that worked at night were so amazing they didnt ask any questions they didnt roll their eyes they didnt give me a look. THEY WERE GRACIOUS AND HEARTFELT and with JOY in their SMILE on their EYES and said dont worry we got this I offered to come back to bring the money in the morning and they said no that it was THEIR PLEASURE. Its service like this that keeps me coming back to this company Im in the retail business with customer service for over 35 years not only in the restaurant but the last 18 years in the healthcare profession but the crew at this store is above and beyond what they have been trained. They are genuinely concerned and care about their customers Im just not another dollar bill I just want to give a huge shout out to this Crew💞

“Bryce” shift supervisor will make sure you know as you walk through the doors, “no refills on drive through orders” he was incredibly rude and unprofessional to single me out as I came in to get other coffee. I’m fine with a policy, which I’ve never heard of in my 20+ years coming to Starbucks, but make sure you are not rude about it when you are talking to a CUSTOMER!! The workers need to understand that when you leave milk out on the counter because its easier than putting it back in the fridge the flavor of the milk is changing due to it being exposed to warmer air and light. Once the flavor of the milk has been changed it will ruin a latte and it wont matter how many times one remakes the latte it is still flawed due to the poor tasting milk.

Always a pit stop on our way out of town due to its proximity to Hwy 65 & Hwy 99. Great service and fresh food to go with your coffee. Can be busy there at times but the service has always been professional and prompt when Ive been there. Drive up usually moves quickly. Gas stations and mini Mart are close by.

This Starbucks is a total let down. I am a loyal customer of Starbucks, I go twice a day, everyday.I just moved to this side of town and was excited there was a Starbucks close to me. In the mornings, you sit in the drive thru for no less than 25 minutes waiting for a drink and when you actually get your drink its either wrong or its only half filled! If it only happened once or twice I would understand, but this has happened to me every other time Ive come here! Its ridiculous! I will no longer go to this one.

The sign at the beginning of the drivethrough where the door pick up mobile order hours is not the same as the sign on the window. Apparently the employees think this is hilarious and laugh when pointing it out to people and telling them to go through the drive-thru to pick up their order.Added:The shift leader was kind about it and she had no issue remaking my drink (I have been going to this location for almost a decade). I did stop and double-check the sign at the beginning of the drive-thru and it was clear that someone had wiped off the am. :-(

My girl friend and I just recently bought two featured drink from here, ice caramel frappuccino and a ice caramel Latte. The drink look fine and ever but when we drink, we got sick within about an hour and so and then when my mum try a some too, she then got sick too. Now all three of us are very sick and may require to visit the hospital because we are experiencing Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have already reported to the USDA food safety and inspection service.This isnt not the first time we experience this from this place.Place check all of your product expiration date.

I walked in and there were no customers in front of me at the register. I waited for a couple minutes and the drive thru girl took one of my drink orders and walked away. Then another girl finally came out of the back and took my second drink order which was just brewed coffee... it took 10 minutes for me to order and get my second drink... again with one person already waiting for their drink. The drink making girl was moving at a snails pace at best and kept telling the other girls to stop trying to help her... not the best experience. And I travel all over the West Coast and have seen more than my share of stores!

I love his stop, it’s very convenient, right off the freeway 99 and plenty of space around the area for large vehicles, there’s 2 gas station right in front and other fast food restaurants but overall the Starbucks is always clean and they sometimes are short staffed but always get the job done.

I can breathing sigh of relief whenever I visit this particular Starbucks location. Many other locations are staffed with extremely rude and occasionally antagonistic employees, but here I dont experience any dismissive attitude or rudeness. The workers here are friendly, helpful, and they work hard to make such a busy shop run smoothly.Starbucks has 1300 shops in every city, and theyre almost identical, the menu is the same yadda yadda yah. Because of this companys ubiquitous nature, the feature that always delivers the greatest impact is the quality and professionalism of the staff (or the lack thereof). 10/10 for this particular Starbucks, keep up the good work and thank you.

A typically well run Starbucks that was quite busy this morning with a small crowd of students on a bus and many locals.The baristas were fast and efficient even with the crowd.The manager Brittney was polite and stated that photos not videos were allowed in the store, however upon checking that does not appear to be Starbucks official legal stance.None the less I always try to make sure there are no personal conversations or detailed photos of individuals or baristas.

Great customer service in spite of being a busy place. There was a customer that was really rude to the barista and I felt bad for her, it was an honest mistake. This customer went to sit down and was still talking bad about this barista. I told the barista not to take it personal because the customer will forget about it in a few minutes. I go to many Starbucks locations and I get it I am not a barista, therefore I do not always know the correct name for certain drinks. I clearly know that the honey citrus tea does not truly contain medicine, but when I was told about this tea the person who recommended it called it a medicine ball so I just knew it as that. I was perhaps ignorant to the correct name of the tea however I was aware that this tea did not contain medicine. Baristas are typically nice and this barista who attended me just seemed a little rude when she was explaining to me why it is not called a medicine ball, I felt embarrassed and upset at the way she responded to me. I will now forever call the tea as it is by the by the correct name, I did not like the way she explained it to me because it felt a little rude. I did apologize for not knowing the correct name for the tea though and I will definitely never call it the medicine ball again. You can call me sensitive if youd like but I just truly felt like she did not have to be so rude in her reply about the name. Ive gone to many other Starbucks near my town and the baristas have never shot back with a reply like that. I Thank You I will still go to whatever Starbucks that is near by but I am now aware to just call the drinks for their correct name.

After not having caffeine for over 5 months, due to surgery. I decide to get a hot chocolate. Not only did they put coffee in it they got my whole drink wrong. Ive been drinking cascara lattes for about 2 years and there are no sprinkles. Also, they did not dissolve when I bit into them and they were definitely coffee grounds when I examined them in my hand. Then she said the coffee comes from the espresso machine so they couldnt be coffee grounds. What does she think espresso beans are??? I was a barista for 3 years and rule number one is apologize and make it right if you make a mistake.

The 7th Standard baristas are SO thoughtful! Coffee shops are a second home for grad students and telecommute workers (of which Im both) and the service here has never ceased to amaze me. It really brightens the whole study/work day :)

My husband and I went to the drive thru. The lady who handed my husband our drinks handed the drinks in a rushed way, spill the coffee on my husbands hand and clothing. She didnt even apologize, instead she asked my husband, oh, you need napkins. What kind of person asks, oh, you need napkins after being the one who spill the drink?
