I love Starbucks! I worked their in 2013-2017 as a barista. If you put a green apron on me I can definitely work away on making drinks. Its like riding a bike you never forget it. But Starbucks will always be special to me and have a good place in my heart. A good company to worm for forsure with an array of delicious drinks and food items as well as pastries to choose from. If you never heard of Starbucks I suggest you go.

Bad service, wrong order and awfully treat to the Hispanic people. The two employees from the afternoon shift are rude and racist. Change those employees for a better ones and find people who are not racist different cultures.

The service was impeccable at the location. Ordered my drink, and it was made exactly as wanted. This place knows what it means to have excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in, I had several staff greet me with hello and good mornings. Once I received my drink, I was greeted on my way out. The cashier Kristen and Ryan, the brista, definitely know the definition of customer service.

Been at this location two days in a row as Im in the area for work. The first day went great and was a solid experience as expected from Starbucks, but the second day the doors were locked at 6:30a, lights were on inside but not a soul in sight. Tried to call the store at 7a to see if they were actually open and no answer. Not happy about the inconsistencies in operating hours.

I’ve been going to this store for last 4 yrs and had the worst experience on 9/4/22 between 7:30-7:45 am.The woman who took my order forgot to put my breakfast sandwich in the oven and people who came in after me got their orders before I did. When I told her to cancel the order, Instead of apologizing, she kept saying ‘it’s ready.’ When I told her I saw her putting it into the oven just now, she yanked it out of the oven and handed me the cold sandwich. I went back to the store and demanded refund. The male employee who was with her, exchanged weird facial expression with the woman and kept yelling at me to ‘scan the card’ when I told them this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. As I walked out of the store I heard them laughing. I have never seen these people at the store before, and they were the worst. I reported the incident to the corporate office. They apologized, issued two gift cards and asked me to send further information about the experience.

Coffee was prepared quickly thankfully. Difficult store layout for this location. Pick up and orders called in are placed at the back of this narrow store so people have to elbow their way through to that area. Employees were more interested in each other than customers. Covid rules has this shop keeping everything behind the service area understandably. One table outside that wasnt cleaned and limited standing room inside. I asked for a dusting of cocoa and the barista had no clue. Asked if they had chocolate cocoa to shake on the top, she said no. No solution was offered. I asked for a packet of natural sugar. She asked, stevia? I answered natural sugar, please. She asked, real sugar? Finally, she handed me a packet of real, natural sugar thankfully. I had empty gift cards to return for recycling and the barista guy said, no we dont do that. The one restroom was filthy.

Its a TINY Starbucks, but the staff is wonderful. Ive only had positive experiences here.Edit: ehh, turns out this is one of the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Ordering ahead of time adds about 10-15 minutes to your trip so better to just order when you get there. Its hit or miss especially in the late mornings.

Been coming to this Starbucks for a couple of years. Good coffee, as always. The complaint I have is sometimes a couple of the baristas get caught up in extended conversations with customers/acquaintances/next door business neighbors and, like today, inappropriate language was used. In addition, the baristas get distracted from doing their job as proficiently as they can. I dont see this happening often, but it has occurred enough timea that it prompted me to say something.

The staff now are not like the ones they used to be, they are slow, you have to wait for food to be ready for several people so that they can pass it to the front and if you tell someone to please give you yours, because you are in a hurry for work they tell you to wait, I asked him twice and he told me to wait, he was very rude and unpolite, Im not going to this place any more.

So according to them, if you show up for a promo that ends at 7pm 10 min early, but they ignore the line because theyre short staffed and got ambushed by a huge online order then they cant honor the promotion because it ended by the time they talk to you. Its the computer. Theres nothing I can do. Great customer service right?

I came out here because I had a flat tire so I needed a place to rest before I got here they told truck driver was dropping my truck off near the Starbucks so I called they said they had no seating I got here they were seating then the lady gave me a free coffees at a flat tire which was very nice then I came back for round two got ripped off on a sandwich meat only on half. I wish I could share a picture

I knocked on the door to ask about the parking after 10p to see if they knew if people were issued tickets. The two employees (a red head woman and a younger male) just looked at me through the glass door and ignored me. A guy walked up to me and tried to randomly hug me then went on to start cursing me out. All the while the employees are just looking and doing NOTHING about it, refused to acknowledge my signal for help and everything!!!! I yelled at the male employee so you just stood there and watched it happen!!! Then the male had the audacity to walk to the door and say I cant help you!!!!

This is a small but mighty Starbucks. The coffee is consistent with other Starbucks so make your own assumptions. The only downside is that there are not many seats (inside or out) but because of the size I cant hold that against them.

Its Starbucks, so if thats your thing, then youre in luck. This location is a bit small, and the line conflicts with the seating. There was a line when we entered, but the wait wasnt that long. I felt a bit cramped, as people filed in and out past us while we waited in the line though.
