Staff here are so rude and unhelpful (on duty between 1040-1120 today). When I asked a question about how to earn Starbucks reward stars on my app and how to earn points on a purchase just made, the staff where really aggressive and unhelpful to me and just tried to get rid of me by talking in a condescending tone even though I was just confused about how your loyalty system works. Shocking the staff working here dont understand it. Even though I was trying to be loyal to Starbucks in my question, this experience made me feel like never stepping into a Starbucks ever again. Is it so hard to be kind and considerate to customers who are asking for help?

Always busy location. Depending on the time of day, can be hard to get a table for yourself. Service is friendly and fast so the wait isn’t to long if you don’t use the app. As for the coffee, it’s like any other Starbucks.Is #disabilityfriendly. There are designated handicapped tables so can easily roll in and fit under a table. Also #babyfriendly - there is a high chair and the order line and that ability to push a stroller around inside is easy, stress-free.Parking can sometimes be tough depending on the day with Crunch Fitness right next to Starbucks.

Worst place to put a Starbucks. You can NEVER find parking. Either Starbucks has its on designated parking spots or move this to another location.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and accommodating with customer’s orders. It’s always well staffed, so the place is always clean. I’ve never had a single issue with my order.

First time in a long time I tried plain espresso in. Starbucks. I have had so many sour tasting espressos at other Starbucks locations. The one at South Lake Tahoe restored my faith in Starbucks. Their espresso was great.

Usually all Starbucks employees at alllocations are nice! But this location in Safeway, Stacy is rude! Been here a few times and she never says hi and is kind. She doesn’t even tell you the total, you have to look or ask! She’s not friendly and always looks in a bad mood. Dobetter

Came in first thing in the morning. The store was nice and clean. I was greeted and helped right away. Ordered a grande caffe americano and got it within minutes. This store has always been my go Starbucks near work. Theres 2 other Starbucks near by but I like going to this one. They have a really nice staff, the store is always clean and I always get my drink in a timely manner. When I mobile order, they have a very good system. I can always find my order right away. Parking is easy as well.

We always buy here and the staff are great and kind. BUT unfortunately... their managements priority is to own the sidewalk for more sales not even think of other peoples safety. Some of the patrons are quite inconsiderate as well when lounging outside of the store. They would congregate and even block the way with their chairs, dogs or bags forcing other people to walk around on the road/driveway making it dangerous and inconvenient for all. People dont even clean up after themselves. This is not the culture of Walnut Creek ...

I came here on 7/21. I ordered 2 grande Starbucks double shots on ice. The barista first tried to put the order in hot cups, then after making the drinks he stated, I hope I made it right. Well, he did not. Filled the cup with milk then put one shot in the shaker cup. I have worked at Starbucks and this is NOT the way to make it. I told him they were wrong and he stated that he didnt know what to say. I took my coffee flavored milk and left. Unfortunately $8.10 for 2 cups of milk. I want a refund and them to train them better.

This is my local Starbucks. The baristas are friendly, personable and efficient. Excellent customer service! Wish there was a little more room for seating because it can often get busy. Great location.

This says inside safeway but its not. In the same shopping center but the stand alone starbucks is my favorite. I order from the mobile app daily. Im a big starbucks drinker and have ordered through my app at many different locations. This is the only place that always has my order ready, they know me now and as soon as i walk in they smile to greet me and i can walk out within a minute sometimes.. The people are so friendly. There is a tall guy with dark hair i wish i knew his name but hes the best. Hes been working there for awhile it seems.. he knows what hes doing and ive seen him training newer associates but doesnt act cocky like ive seen at other starbucks with people who are training. Hands down best starbucks. Especially if u use the app daily like i do.

This place advertised that they close at 8 pm and I got here at 7:15 pm. Alexsandra and Rudy are not the right person to be in this place. I ask for a manager Alexsander say she did not wanted to give the number or do anything. This is the worst Starbuck I have ever expectedPlease dont come to this location.

We only come here because it’s the closest one. We don’t order anything too fancy but it’s at the point where i expect them to have to make one part of our order twice. They screw up the order probably a good 80% of the time. They’re a bit of a low level disaster at least at the weekends. After today’s comical experience it’s time to go elsewhere.

So I placed a mobile order from my Starbucks Apple App and was quite confusing. Don’t know if it’s the Apps fault or SB? It seems there are 2 SB in the same shopping center, 1 inside of Safeway Grocery and another standalone location a few doors down from Safeway. If you order through the app it doesn’t tell you which location the pickup is at. I first went to Safeway then was directed to the other location a few doors down. The person at Safeway stated she’s get people coming all day long for the mobile order which they do not offer.So...if ordering from your app, proceed to the standalone location and not Safeway. SMH

They closed much earlier thatn the normal closing hours, whenever I went there. Almost every time. That sucks. If you are scheduling for a business meeting, please do not consider this place AT ALL

I have been to this location for many times because I go to Crunch which is next door. This is my worst experience ever asking for a Latte.I ordered a medium Soy Latte (I normally order regular Latte). First of all, the wait was more than 10 minutes, and there were only 3-4 people ahead of me. The guy before me got his drink and I waited for more than three minutes but there was no one there making drinks. Finally, a lady came back, she put the cold drink cup (without ice) right underneath the expresso machine (my understanding is dont add hot drink into the plastic cup). After she had the coffee in the cup, she added ice. Another lady took over, as she was adding the soy milk, I told her I dont want that drink as the hot coffee was dripped right into the plastic cup. I am concerned with the health hazard. Then the lady got an iced cup and added coffee into the cup. Afterwards, she topped more ice to the cup (I dont know why she did that for). She left no room for soy milk (probably only two mouth full of soy milk). It ended up tasted awful (bitter and without the soy milk taste). I took a sip and gave it back to her. The lady kept on saying it is how they make it. The lady went to the manager (who put the cold drink cup right under the expresso machine for coffee). She came and asked me how I wanted. I questioned her about whether they should pour the coffee into the iced cup then add milk/soy milk. They said that is not how they make (she stated, if I wanted that way, I should have ordered soy milk macchiato). For Latte, they always have coffee in the cup first before adding ice, then milk. She then asked me step by step how I wanted my latte to be done (as she was making it), like my way is out of norm. The other lady was just standing there enjoying the scene. I told the ladies, Latte is the only drink I order basically (hot or iced depending on the weather). I watch how others make it. This is the first time seeing how it made differently from others, especially having the hot dripped coffee right into an un-iced plastic cup.I would recommend the Headquarters that they should have better trained their employees, especially when the shop locates next to a gym where more people are concerned about health.
