Yuk! No kind greeting. Waited two minutes before I was helped. Went here three times to give the benefit of the doubt!Dirty floors, tables, glass doors and windows, pastry glass...RESTROOMS ARE DISGUSTING! NOT CLEANED FOR AT LEAST 4 DAYS!!!!OH...MY GOD!I HOPE CORPORATE SEES THIS!

My friend and I went here at 9:30 tonight. They close at 10 and we were both highly disappointed in our drinks. Hers was the frozen Matcha and it was literally so icy that she can barely even drink it. It’s like a rock hard and mine was the vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew, the drink was literally 95%. It was gone in like four. I was so disappointed because I really wanted some coffee and I feel like I got ripped off never going here again.

I am a fan of Starbucks. Love the drinks, love the foods, and most of all love the legendary friendly customer service. Back in the days, I actually worked at Starbucks, and training and classes we took were so customer service oriented and of course beverage knowledge to the point that you can describe the body, flavors etc to the customer who never tried particular product.I am so sad to say that this location disappoints on all levels consistently.I stopped shopping at this location for those reasons. Today, I did stop by because it was on the way and deeply regretted my money spent and vibe distrupted.

I used to come to this location often as it is closest to my house, however, I stopped wanting to come here because of the awful smell.I understand that homeless people come in a lot and Ive seen them sit here for hours when I come to work and sip on my coffee.I came here on a Thursday, and immediately left. I came back today (Friday) in hopes of the smell being gone, but the terrible smell still lingered.Sure, there is probably nothing the employees can do about the homeless, however they can mop the floors, wipe down the tables and chairs with disinfectant, and febreeze the place every day on closing.Id like to come back here and order my cup of coffee while I work on my laptop because the staff is always so kind and quick to deliver. But the smell is deterring me away.

I used to go here almost daily then for some unknown reason a manager there copped an attitude with me. I believe he said something to the staff about me. I have a video of pretty much my last visit there that I am going to post. The video is one minute long but it will only show 30 seconds, hopefully it gives you a good idea about what happened.

This is my daily starbucks, they know me and my order. There always fast even when there is a long line! They are my favorite part of my early mornings.

Drinks are almost always disappointing. Their lobby will be closed often so don’t mobile order bc you will more than likely have to go through the drive through anyways. The one in the valley near Vandegrift is better and their service is better too so just do yourself a favor and head that way instead.

Coffe is fine. But this Starbucks has blocked outlets. I think they only had 2 available outlets and the rest were blocked. It seems intentional, maybe they dont want people sitting here too long. But for me, it goes against the culture that they developed from the start.

So, I admittedly am not a coffee house person and rarely frequent them . Yesterday I was meeting a friend at this Mission location Starbucks and was having a hard day. When I went to order, I was flustered and didn’t know what to say, this angel barista, Monique, was so sweet and so patient…she made my whole day! I very much enjoyed my coffee after this and thanked her again. Great, great service.

This is my go-to Starbucks! I love this place. People who complain about long waits in the drive through should either plan accordingly and get there earlier or try parking there car and coming into the store. Theres almost no one in the store in the morning (there all sitting in the drive through). The customer service at this location is next to none and always feel welcomed whenever I come in. While everyone here is awesome there is definitely a few that stand out above the crowed. Ranee, Anthony, and Michelle. If you have the pleasure of having your order taken or made by one of these guys than be ready for outstanding customer service and the best drink youve ever ordered from Starbucks.Is this location perfect at everything? The short answer is no...but nothing is perfect. Will you get outstanding service? The answer to that is yes, and thats why I return to this location everyday. Keep up the good work guys!!
