Went in here to pick up a two drink order. Wasn’t greeted. Then I asked about the order and was told a second. Then the girl made me feel bad for not smiling. I put an end to that quickly. Then when my order was finally ready they put it up on the counter and didn’t let me know. 😂Could do way better!

I went to have my Starbucks beans ground, the lady did not want to do it and it was obvious. Also all three people working ignored the growing line inside to take care of the 2 cars outside for 10 minutes.

I love their grilled cheese. Extra crispy please! I also like their teas. Coffee is okay consistent. Not my favorite but consistently does the job 😁

This starbucks is near where I work so I will continue to get my much needed dose of caffeine from this location, but this is the second time Ive been here where the coffee tastes terrible. The first time I thought it was an accident, but this second time around just doesnt hit at all in taste like other locations. It tastes really bad. Maybe too acidic. There might be something wrong with the beans or the espresso machine needs some tweeking.

This Starbucks is a scam. My partner and I went to Starbucks minutes ago for their BOGO deal on fall drinks. We confirmed with the female employee at the window that the BOGO promotion was in place. She took our order (2 grande fall drinks) and stated that it would be a total of $11.90 at the window. We both were confused since it was a BOGO, but drove up to the window anyways. When we got to the window, she repeated the $11.90 total to which my partner questioned whether that was with the BOGO applied. She responded, Oh yes, its $5.95. What will you be paying with? Apple Pay? My partner replied, Oh yeah. But he was actually using Google Pay. She then says its going to ask you for a tip. He didnt put in a tip yet and did not see a tip option. He then asked, Pay first, then tip, right? She didnt answer the question as she was distracted with quickly giving us our drinks. His phone was scanned and she told us we were set and gave us no eye contact as she handed us our last drink. As the window closed, his Google Pay alerted him that he was charged $10.95. Confused we parked and went inside to dispute the payment. It turns out, the employee had initiated a $5.00 tip to herself. Another male employee was helpful enough to refund the tip. The female employee however saw my partner getting the tip refunded but made no eye contact as she knew clearly what had happened.Highly recommend not going to this location, unless you like employees initiating a 50% tip without you knowing. Please double check your transactions/payments.

I tood at their register for five mins two lady’s saw me their at 2:19 pm never been here will not return don’t live in the area when I told the girl she said short staff their was two guys who also saw me young guys said nothing the two other girl could of took my order she saw me she just ignored me they all did I called corperate unwelcome then got started at cause I said something rude you all

We ordered our food and drinks. The place was pretty much empty. We received our food and the feta wrap was falling apart. We are waiting for our drinks.. 10 min goes by and drinks weren’t there. We gave it a few more minutes and were about to go up and ask the status of our drinks and found that they were sitting on the counter- no one had called our name or notified us that our drinks are ready. A little annoying but we looked past it. Get the drinks and they taste awful. We go up to order and pay for a different drink that can’t go wrong- get the drink and it tasted awful. We also asked for a water which took another 6+ minutes to get. I’m not someone to write a review, but felt inclined as I’ve had Starbucks plenty of times before and this was the worst experience. The cherry on top were the gross bathrooms as well. Highly recommend avoiding this Starbucks and picking another if you can.
