Definitely, my morning go to… This place is full of character and personality, but I am super excited to see all my favorite baristas every dayDo you know how I like my drink made I order the doppio Contana, but they are so cool that they drop the shots over the whip creamI almost have to come in every day, because they are like good friends to me… But I have never regretted ordering a drink here because I’ve never waited more than five minutesIt’s also quite nice to sit in or outside, they keep it clean, and the seating is wonderful !!Great store, great people! And the greatest drinks!!!

Extraordinarily kind, professional, patient, and great communication skills deriving from the manager and the blonde employee at the register. Plus, its a warm environment. They also prepare the drinks just perfect.

Friendly staff with great customer service. Its located across the street from Huntington Beach High School. Even with the crowd HBHS, its a clean Starbucks and the staff is attentive. They have a lot of outdoor seating which helps those concerned with social distancing. They were out of the almond croissant, but everything else was perfect.

Went into this Starbucks and ordered a breakfast sandwich- paid with card, and didnt hit tip or anything at all. When I checked my receipt, I realized I was charged $10. somehow a $5 tip got added. That was the exact value of the sandwich, and it definitely wasnt me that added it- glad I caught it. But when I said something to them, all they could do was give me a $4 gift card, not even a refund. disappointing- how does that happen?

My mobile office includes each and every Starbucks! This one is close to my home office it’s a great place to meet my new clients looking for homes or selling their homes. It’s usually quiet enough to discuss options for a new homeowner or strategize on how we will sell their home or discuss how to be landlord with rental properties along with the mechanics of being an excellent landlord and how to keep tenants long term so they can payoff the mortgage.I have a 40-60 mile radius I work sowhatever city I’m meeting my clients in there is always something I can count on a nearby Starbucks with free wifi and excellent coffeeThank you SBUX for always providing a good meeting space

Very nice location, good amount of seating, one long bench-table good for studying, six cushioned chairs, a few small round tables and a couple small round but taller tables.The service was pretty good, they didnt have any reluctance about my order for a pour-over, and the did tell me it would be about seven minutes as there were a bunch of drinks in process ahead of me- I really appreciate being informed like that.However- they made the order wrong, served it to me black (I ordered with cream and sugar) and they forgot to bring out my bagel, had to ask for it. So, not the Best service but I will say it was very busy, they were all working, nobody slacking off- its just that Ive been to many other Starbucks similarly busy but still got my orders right.Overall, still one of the nicer Starbucks Ive been to in this area, Id give four and a half stars if it were an option.

I arrived later than normal today. I missed the school crowds and didnt need to wait at all! I order my usual coffee and Neliana stepped in to help prepare my coffee just the way I love it! She does a great job and a hard worker! Im always happy to see her and the other staff.

Very nice location. Great indoor seating area. The outdoor seating area is pretty nice too. Not many charging spots and it seems a little cramped inside and out. The staff has been great every time Ive been there. The only reason I dont five star this location is because of the tight fit.

I used to go to this specific Starbucks all the time. I’ve seen probably about four or five different full employee rotations and bosses over the years.Well today I went and was met with something of a horror show. If you believe in the efficacy of masks for pandemics, you will not be welcomed here. They would pull down their masks to talk or otherwise interact closely with other co-workers. They did in fact, pretty much everything you were warned about not doing during virus outbreaks including but not limited to; hugs, handshakes and coughing into their arms without the mask on. I thought the hugs between a male and female co-worker were strange in the first place, I have never seen that in a Starbucks. Not saying that hugs can’t happen but the context in which it did was truly bizarre.I have no clue what happened to this place, that manager (short-ish girl) used to be extremely kind. Get your Starbucks from a place that doesn’t discriminate against people with compromised immune systems or takes two-way respectfulness seriously.I can no longer recommend this one.

Terrible service.Ugly and terrible customer service, I came early in the morning to get a regular coffee with spinach Feta wrap, it took them more than 15 minutes which supposed to be done within 5 minutes. They put my order with mobile order and cause me to west my time waiting. They didn’t even care seeing me waiting until I ask the second time. After all they weren’t apologetic at all. I don’t usually write negative comments, but this is not appropriate and not upto the standard.Date 10/10/20 7:30am.

This Starbucks is the one store I go to before church. I meet my girlfriend there each Sunday morning. Service is awesome! They will go out of their way to make their customers experience one of joy and laughter. Considering all the traffic this store has the store is pretty clean. Always a pleasurable experience. Thank you to all the staff in the store!

This starbucks is my favorite. All of the baristas in the early AM shift are always super friendly, and my drinks come out super yummy. They make me feel like family and they are the best thing to my early morning work days.

This is a very nice Starbucks. You can enjoy your drink to go, as the interior areas are still closed for Covid. The employees are very helpful. This location is near many of my regular stops including a pet store, lots of casual dining, and a grocery store.

Ive been in Huntington the last week while my wife has had a tumor removed from her brain at USC KECK hospital. I have stopped here every morning and every barista has always had a smile, a soft kind voice, so friendly and patient with me with my venti ice white mocha with this that and shaken ridiculous order. They have been my moment of sanity and to see them everyday through this and I hold on to their smiles and beautiful energy as long as I can through my daily drive to the ICU. Today a man stole their tips. I begged him to put it back and I would buy him food and coffee but he just walked away. They werent scorn or harsh at him, they didnt yell or make a scene. I watched them watch him and I admired them for keeping their hearts open and letting him go. I dont know their names though I see them daily, but this group of beautiful people are truly phenomenal. All I could do was refill their tip jar and hope they continue to be the phenomenal people they are. How I will miss these beautiful people when we make the 7 hour drive home. But I will never forget how they gave me a breath of fresh air every morning. I love these people. From our family to yours. Angie Littell. 💙🫂

My review is based primarily from my roommate comments. She visits this Starbucks about every other day. Shes fanatical about the froth in her lattes. Im happy to hear they always get it right here because the other location does not. Also, the employees here remember her name.Anything Ive gotten here was good, employees friendly, and lots of outdoor seating.

Friendly and professional staff and. App can order ahead here. Accurate customizations, good selection of snacks, tasty seasonal options. Free wifi. Has a few vegan options. Plenty of parking, curbside pick-up. Sometimes busy at rush hour when high school is in session, no drive-thru.

Not sure if theyre just always training brand new employees because the turn over is that quick, or if it always seems like its their first day because they just never figure it out. Always super slow, too. Otherwise atmosphere and product is good. Just kind of awful service.

I was at Starbucks last night inside Albertsons at Seacliff. I felt like a little caffeine, so many great choices, but indulged in a regular coffee and a Holiday Snowman cookie, yum, very good. The cookie was flakey and not too sweet, perfect with my coffee. Theres a nice sitting area with table and chairs. It was nice to kickback, atmosphere was very peaceful. Starbucks employee was very upbeat and attentive.

I never publicly rate places negatively over little instances. However, Im super irritated with what happened to me tonight. I saw a woman standing at the counter and assumed they were open so as im walking up to the door the woman rusbes out and says they are closed as shes getting to her car. And the male worker shuts the door really fast in front of me and walks away. Now I didnt bother checking the hours because it was a spur of the moment decision to grab a drink as i was already in that shopping center. Im a waitress and have also worked retail for 4 years so I know how customer service should be. It would have taken him a second to say were closed Im sorry but have a nice night even when my restaurant is closed i still answer the phone to let people know that Im sorry but we are closed or at the.door also. Now in all honesty this little mishap isnt going to stop me from going to starbucks or anything but if the manager or any current employees of starbucks or any hospitality place sees this review, learn a lesson and have decent customer service because other people will make an even bigger deal about something like this than I have just now.

Compared to making it yourself, You can buy a Keurig coffee brewer and pay it off in a month! I know its a social thing also, but Ive evolved beyond that! Buy yourself an insulated coffee cup, and youll have fresh coffee all day, no lines, no parking, and use the saved money to go to the movies more often!You can even get the Starbucks Coffee for it! Save 90%! Then its always the way you like it!

Came to starbucks with friends and ordered with mobile order caffe latte with vanilla add in. We got the drinks and they were made without vanilla so my friend went to return the drinks and the blonde curly haired lady told him that the order didnt say that we wanted vanilla and she was rude. She took the iced drinks back and pumped vanilla into them and gave them back. They were watery, and tasted yucky. We didnt return them again because of how the staff member treated us the first time. Usually starbucks remakes our drinks completely if they were made wrong, I dont know why this lady didnt like me.

Drinks not being made correctly when ordering on Mobil ap. Last two times I have been to this location off Yorktown I have order a holiday drink with an extra shot. Drink was not made correctly in that it had no whip cream on it and no extra shot on top. Drink was made with too much milk and ice making it taste horrible. Due to drink being picked up by a friend they didn’t know that the drink wasn’t made correctly. I don’t recommend order on Mobil ap if you use this Starbucks, try a different location.
